BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a fraud prevention label that is used by sticking to an article in order to determine whether the article is a genuine product, a recommended product, or an unauthorized product, or to detect unauthorized removal of the product. The present invention relates to a fraud prevention label with an IC memory chip to which an IC memory chip on which information for preventing fraud such as product information is recorded is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional anti-fraud label with an IC memory chip to which an IC memory chip having recorded anti-fraud information is mounted, the IC memory chip has a memory function, and various fraud prevention information is loaded or written to prevent fraud. However, when the communication protocol using electromagnetic signals for the IC memory chip mounted on the anti-fraud label is performed in a non-contact manner, it becomes an extremely short distance communication method. A large antenna and large expensive equipment for receiving protocol signals are required.
[0003]
On the other hand, examples of the anti-fraud label having another anti-fraud function different from the anti-fraud function by the IC memory chip as described above include, for example, a surface layer, an electromagnetic detection preventing conductive layer, an electromagnetic detection layer (reaction layer) There is a tamper-proof label with an electromagnetic detection layer comprising a multilayer laminated structure with an adhesive layer.
[0004]
This tamper-proof label with an electromagnetic detection layer has a magnetic signal generated from a gate (entrance, entrance gate, etc.) installed at a position that passes when the article with the label attached is taken out to the recording layer of the label. The recorded information (gate passage permission or non-permission) is read, and the gate is turned ON (gate opening operation: gate passage permission operation) or OFF (gate closing operation: gate passage warning operation) based on the information.
[0005]
As described above, the recording layer of the tamper-proof label with the electromagnetic detection layer can perform a communication operation even when the non-contact communication distance between the gate and the article is long as compared with the non-contact type IC memory chip, and is small in size. However, it is possible to record only an instruction signal for turning on / off the gate as described above.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-fraud label that incorporates the advantages of both the anti-tamper label with an IC memory chip and the anti-tamper label with an electromagnetic detection layer.

【The invention's effect】
The tamper-proof label with an IC memory chip of the present invention is provided with both an electromagnetic detection layer and an IC memory chip built in the inner layer of the label, and one electromagnetic detection layer is provided by a store cash register or a dedicated input device for reception. Only the ON / OFF electromagnetic signal, whether checked or unchecked, is recorded. When passing through the detection gate of the store, to detect the presence or absence of illegal take-out of goods with labels attached The other IC memory chip can be used to write and read information on goods such as products with labels attached thereto as data, and therefore has the effect of exerting multi-functionality. .
[0086]
In addition, the electromagnetic response layer and the IC memory chip (non-contact type) built in the fraud prevention label with an IC memory chip according to the present invention each have a relatively normal electromagnetic response distance. Has the effect of interpolating the drawbacks to each other.
[0087]
In addition, the anti-tamper label with an IC memory chip of the present invention has not only a function of detecting whether or not a cartridge main body mounted on an office equipment main body such as a copying machine or a printer has been loaded, and whether or not there is a consumable in the cartridge. A function that determines and recognizes whether genuine or recommended cartridges that should be used in office equipment are properly used by reading cartridge information recorded on IC memory chips and comparing them with reference data. It becomes possible to grant.
[0088]
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the market loss of cartridges filled with genuine or recommended products, and to prevent troubles such as troubles with the main body of office equipment due to the use of non-recommended cartridges, and the causes of failures. There is an effect that can be prevented.
[0089]
The tamper-proof label with an IC memory chip of the present invention detects the remaining amount of consumables such as toner and ink in the cartridge by a detection sensor that is conventionally mounted on a main body of an office machine such as a copying machine or a printer. With the remaining amount information of consumables and cartridge information read from the IC memory chip, it is possible to send cartridge order information to the office equipment, cartridge manufacture, and distributor online via a network such as the Internet. Cartridges can be purchased, ordered and exchanged.
