Description
ケーブルを分離するために、ピストンが設けられており、そのピストンはシリンダ内で、圧力のない状態においては、たとえば挟持された剪断カラーのような適切な手段によって移動できない。装填された弾薬が点火され、点火のその後の推移において発射薬底部に点火された場合に、点火の結果として発射薬点火装置内部で高圧が形成された時のみ、ピストンは作動される。たとえば、ピストンの、圧力領域に対向する面に設けられた切断エッジのような分離装置によって、ピストンに対して好ましくは横方向に位置するケーブルが剪断される。これが、発射展開の早期の時点で行われる。
Claims (11)
- 弾薬が、推進装置に内蔵された少なくとも1つの発射薬点火装置(1)を有しており、該発射薬点火装置(1)が、導線ないしケーブル(3)を有しており、さらに、該導線ないしケーブルを介して、電気エネルギおよび/またはデータが、弾薬(100)の一部としての弾丸(101)内の電子的点火装置(4)へ案内されるようになされた弾薬、特にプログラミング可能な大口径の弾薬(100)において、
前記発射薬点火装置(1)の尖端(6)に、導線ないしケーブル(3)を分離するための分離装置(102)が組み込まれており、
分離装置(102)が、主として、固定的に挟持されたシリンダ(8)内で案内される、鋭いエッジを備えたピストン(9)からなることを特徴とする弾薬。 - ケーブル(3)が、発射薬点火装置(1)と結合された保護パイプ(5)内で、発射薬点火装置(1)の尖端(6)へ固定的に支持され案内されており、さらに弾丸後部(7)まで配線されて、そこで固定的に係止されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾薬。
- 分離装置(102)が、火口パイプ(1a)上に螺合されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弾薬。
- ピストン(9)が、負荷のかからない状態において剪断カラー(10)によって位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾薬。
- ケーブル(3)が、シリンダ(8)の上方の領域内で、ピストン(9)の加速方向に対して横方向に位置する孔(8a)を通して案内されるので、ピストン(9)が前方へ移動した場合に、ケーブル(3)がピストン(9)の鋭いエッジによって分離されることを特徴とする請求項1または4に記載の弾薬。
- 内側に配置された透孔(14)を通してピストン(9)に発射薬点火装置(1)の上昇する内圧が供給されて、剪断カラー(10)の強度が凌駕されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弾薬。
- ピストン(9)の移動が、シリンダ(8)内の直径減少によって停止されることを特徴とする請求項1、4から6のいずれか1項に記載の弾薬。
- シリンダ(8)とピストン(9)が、発射薬点火装置(1)の端面に配置された閉鎖ボルト(15)に内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1、4から7のいずれか1項に記載の弾薬。
- ピストン(9)とシリンダ(8)が、押さえナット(11)とブッシュ(12)のような、螺合され、あるいは取り付けられた部品によって、閉鎖ボルト(15)内に保持され、それによって係止されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の弾薬。
- ケーブル(3)と分離装置(102)との連通のために存在する自由空間(13)が、液状の、硬化可能な材料によって充填することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾薬。
- 発射薬点火装置(1)の内部空間を密閉し、かつ/または水分に対する保護として、シール部材(19、20)が嵌め込まれ、前記シール部材がピストン(9)内またはその下の方に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の弾薬。
