Description

The present invention relates to a panel fixing mechanism used for detachably fixing a panel such as a plurality of free access floor panels constituting a free access floor laid on a floor portion of, for example, a clean room or an office room, to a support member. It is about.

As a conventional panel fixing mechanism, there exists a thing as described in the following patent document 1, for example. In this conventional panel fixing mechanism, the panel fixing bracket 3 shown in FIG. 3 of Patent Document 1 is inserted into the hole 1a of the panel 1 as shown in FIG. From the temporarily mounted state, the head 5a of the lock pin 5 is pushed downward, and the head 7b of the lock bolt 7 and the engagement pins 7a, 7a are formed into an oval hole 12a of the receiving portion 12 (see FIG. )), And the lock pin 5 is rotated clockwise so that the engaging pins 7a and 7a enter the lower side of the short diameter portion of the oval hole 12a of the receiving portion 12 and the lower surface of the receiving portion 12 The main mounting state is engaged (see FIG. 5B of Patent Document 1).

At this time, a force that causes the head 4b of the sleeve 4 and the engagement pins 7a and 7a to approach each other due to the biasing force generated by repelling the compression coil spring 6 being compressed in the axial direction, The head 4b of the sleeve 4 can be fixed by pressing the panel 1 toward the receiving portion 12 side.

By configuring the conventional panel fixing mechanism in this manner, the panel can be attached and detached in a substantially one-touch manner. For example, by another method, the screw member is continuously rotated by a long distance from the beginning to the end of the screw. As a result, the panel can be attached and detached in a short time compared to a method that requires a long time to attach and detach the panel, and the workability of the attachment and detachment can be improved.
Japanese Patent No. 3422934

However, in the conventional panel fixing mechanism as described above, the panel 1 is moved to the receiving portion 12 side via the head 4b of the sleeve 4 by the urging force generated by the compression coil spring 6 being compressed in the axial direction. Since the structure is such that it is held down and fixed, when an external force such as an earthquake greater than the urging force acts on the panel 1, the panel 1 overcomes the urging force and separates from the base 11 and floats above it. Therefore, it cannot be stably and firmly fixed, and there is a problem that reliability in fixing the panel 1 is lowered.

Accordingly, in view of the above problems, the present invention has an object to provide a panel fixing mechanism that can improve the workability of panel attachment / detachment and can improve the reliability in fixing the panel. Further, in the panel fixing mechanism of the present invention, the cap member is provided so that the position thereof can be adjusted, so that the panel can be fixed securely even if the mounting position on the panel is slightly deviated. Can be improved.

Further, in the panel fixing mechanism of the present invention, the closing plate portion is formed in an inclined surface shape, and has a locking portion that can be locked by the engaging pin, thereby improving workability of panel attachment / detachment. It is possible to absorb variations in the dimensions of the panel.

Moreover, in the panel fixing mechanism of the present invention, the engaging portion and the small diameter portion that can be engaged with the engaging member are formed at the distal end portion of the panel fixing member, so that the moving direction when the panel fixing member is attached or detached can be changed. The engaging portion can guide and improve the workability of panel attachment / detachment.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the panel fixing mechanism according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 11 are views referred to for describing a panel fixing mechanism 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment is used to detachably fix a panel 40 for a free access floor on a panel support member 45. A cap member 26 which is erected on the bottom plate 24 and joined to the panel fixing member 22; a compression coil spring 28 (elastic member) housed in a space in the cap member 26; and an upper end portion of the compression coil spring 28. A diaphragm washer 30 (engagement member) is provided. These members are all made of metal.

As the panel support member 45, the thing similar to the square pipe 2 shown by FIG. 11 in the said patent document 1 is used.
As the panel support member, in addition to the panel support member 45 using a square pipe, a support leg 52 shown in FIG. A panel fixing mechanism 50 may be provided on the upper end portion to fix the panel 40.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the bottom plate 24 is formed in a substantially square shape, and each cap member 26 is disposed at each of the four corners. 2A and 2B, the two-dot chain lines in the vertical and horizontal directions indicate the boundaries of the corners of the four free access floor panels 40 adjacent to each other. Therefore, the cap members 26 are formed at the corners of the panels 40. It can be seen from this figure that they will be arranged. FIG. 2B is a side view showing a state in which the panel 40 and the panel fixing member 22 of the panel fixing mechanism 50 shown in FIG. 1 are omitted.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the cap member 26 has a flange portion 26a formed at the lower end thereof, and a closing plate portion 26b formed at the upper end thereof by, for example, drawing. As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4C, a shaft hole 26c (hole) is formed in the central portion of the closing plate portion 26b, and the shaft hole 26c is disposed so as to face each other. A pair of cutout portions 26d is formed.

The semicircular arc AB line in FIG. 9 showing a plan view of the closing plate portion 26b is linearly extended, and the inner peripheral curved surface of the shaft hole 26c as seen from the radial center side of the shaft hole 26c is made flat. As shown in FIG. 11, which shows the unfolded state, most of the circumferential direction of the closing plate portion 26b is formed into an inclined surface along the same direction.

The inclined surface portion of the closing plate portion 26b is formed in a 180 ° region in the circumferential direction of the closing plate portion 26b in FIG. 9, but also in the remaining 180 ° region in the circumferential direction. The same other inclined surface-like portion is formed so as to be disposed at a position shifted by 180 ° from the position of the previous inclined surface-like portion.

Therefore, if the same development view as the development view of the closing plate portion 26b shown in FIG. 11 is connected and shown so as to be continuous in the left-right direction of FIG. 11, the inner peripheral curved surface of the shaft hole 26c of the closing plate portion 26b. Can be developed and shown over the entire circumference (including the abutting surfaces of the two notches 26d).

The top portion P and the valley bottom portion R of the inclined surface portion of the closing plate portion 26b are connected via a steep inclined portion in the reverse direction at a location corresponding to the notch portion 26d. For this reason, the cross section cut along the circumferential direction of the closing plate portion 26b has a saw-like corrugated cross section in which the top portion P and the valley bottom portion R appear alternately over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction. Become.

As described above, the cross section cut along the circumferential direction of the closing plate portion 26b has a sawtooth waveform cross section in the present embodiment. However, in the drawings other than FIGS. In order to prevent the configuration of the present embodiment from becoming difficult to understand, the closing plate portion 26b is simply illustrated as a simple disk having a single surface for convenience.

As shown in FIG. 11, the inclined plate-like portion of the closing plate portion 26b has a plurality of downwardly protruding locking portions 27 spaced apart in the length direction (circumferential direction in FIG. 9). Is formed. Such a locking portion 27 is formed between the press working portions 26f so that the closing plate portion 26b has a convex portion on the outer side (upper side in the drawing) and a concave portion on the inner side (lower side in the drawing). It has become.

As shown in FIG. 11, a projection 29 that protrudes downward in the drawing is formed at the lowest portion (the vicinity of the valley bottom portion R) of the inclined surface portion of the closing plate portion 26 b. When the panel fixing member 22 is rotated at a large angle (approximately 180 °) around the axis, the projection 29 abuts on the engaging pin 22f to stop further rotation, and the panel fixing member 22 rotates. The engagement pin 22f is pushed out from the cutout portion 26d to the outside of the cap member 26 and is used to prevent the panel fixing member 22 from being unable to fix the panel 40.

For this reason, the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment pushes the head portion 22a of the panel fixing member 22 downward and inserts the pair of engaging pins 22f into the pair of notch portions of the closing plate portion 26b of the cap member 26. When the panel fixing member 22 is rotated clockwise around the axis after passing through 26d, the engagement pin 22f can be disposed on the inner side (lower side in FIG. 11) of the closing plate portion 26b.

As described above, when the panel fixing member 22 is rotated around its axis and disposed inside the closing plate portion 26b, the engaging pin 22f has a plurality of engagement portions formed inside the inclined portion of the closing plate portion 26b. It stops at any of the stop portions 27. Thus, the panel fixing member 22 can fix the panel 40 on the surface plate 32 in a detachable manner.

On the other hand, in the space inside the cap member 26, as shown in FIG. 3, a compression coil spring 28 and a throttle washer 30 (engagement member) provided to be fitted to the upper end of the compression coil spring 28 are accommodated. It has become so.

As shown in FIG. 6, the throttle washer 30 has an outer cylinder part 30 a that fits outside the upper end part of the compression coil spring 28, and an inner part formed radially inward from the outer cylinder part 30 a via the upper surface part 30 d. And an engagement hole 30c is formed inside the inner cylinder portion 30b.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the panel fixing member 22 has a head portion 22a having a circular plane and a height, and a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver is engaged with the upper surface of the head portion 22a. For this purpose, a groove 22b is formed.

In the middle of the length of the shaft portion 22c of the panel fixing member 22, a pair of engagement pins 22f projecting in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the shaft portion 22c and in the opposite directions are provided on the same axis. Further, a small-diameter portion 22d and a step portion 22e (engagement portion) are formed at the distal end portion (lower end portion in the figure) of the shaft portion 22c of the panel fixing member 22.

Further, as can be seen from FIG. 3, the flange portion 26 a of the cap member 26 is disposed in a space formed between the bottom plate 24 and the surface plate 32 and is not fixed. An intermediate plate 34 is sandwiched between the bottom plate 24 and the surface plate 32 and is integrally fixed to the bottom plate 24 and the surface plate 32 by a screw member (not shown). Since the intermediate plate 34 has a thickness slightly larger than the thickness of the flange portion 26a of the cap member 26, the flange portion 26a of the cap member 26 is movable in the horizontal direction.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the surface plate 32 has a short diameter of the cylindrical portion of the cap member 26 into which the cylindrical portions 26 e of the four cap members 26 are inserted at four positions inside the four corners. Since the long hole 32a larger than the diameter of 26e is formed, the cylindrical part 26e is movable in the long hole 32a.

Further, in the vicinity of the center of each of the four sides of the peripheral portion of the surface plate 32, a plate (not shown) separate from the panel fixing member 22 that integrally fixes the three plates 24, 32, 34. The dish-shaped head of the second screw member having the shape of the head is fitted, and a dish-shaped recessed hole 32b through which the threaded portion is inserted is formed.

In addition, the above-mentioned three plates 24, 32, 34 are fixed to a beam-shaped square pipe (panel support member) (not shown) below the bottom plate 24 at the center of the surface plate 32. The dish-shaped recessed hole with which the dish-shaped head of a third screw member having a dish-shaped head (not shown) that is slightly larger than the second screw member is fitted and the screw part is inserted. A dish-shaped recessed hole 32c slightly larger than 32b is formed.

As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the intermediate plate 34 accommodates the flange portions 26a of the four cap members 26 at four positions inside the four corners, and has a deformed hole 34a having a larger area than the flange portion 26a. Is formed. In addition, in the vicinity of the center of each of the four sides of the peripheral portion of the intermediate plate 34, an insertion hole 34b through which the screw portion of the second screw member for integrally fixing the three plates 24, 32, 34 is inserted. Is formed.

Further, an insertion hole 34c through which the screw portion of the third screw member for fixing the three plates 24, 32, 34 to the lower square pipe of the bottom plate 24 is inserted in the center portion of the intermediate plate 34. Is formed.

As shown in FIG. 5 (c), the screws of the second screw member that integrally fix the three plates 24, 32, and 34 in the vicinity of the center of each of the four sides of the peripheral portion of the bottom plate 24. A screw hole 24b is formed in which the tip portion is screwed. In addition, an insertion hole 24c through which the screw portion of the third screw member is inserted in the center portion of the bottom plate 24 is for fixing the three plates 24, 32, 34 to the square pipe on the lower side of the bottom plate 24. Is formed. The screw tip portion of the third screw member is screwed into a screw hole formed in the lower square pipe of the bottom plate 24.

Next, an attachment procedure when the panel fixing member 22 fixes the panel 40 on the surface plate 32 will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 8, the panel fixing member 22 is lowered from above the cap member 26, and the shaft portion 22 c extends from the tip portion to the panel fixing hole 40 a of the panel 40 not shown in FIG. 8 (see FIG. 1). After passing, it is inserted into the internal space from the shaft hole 26c of the closing plate portion 26b of the cap member 26.

As a result, the small-diameter portion 22d at the tip of the panel fixing member 22 is fitted into the engagement hole 30c of the throttle washer 30 provided at the upper end portion of the compression coil spring 28, and is formed adjacent to the small-diameter portion 22d. The step portion 22e comes into contact with and engages with the upper surface portion 30d of the throttle washer 30 (see the panel fixing member 22 on the right side in FIG. 1).

Then, the head 22a of the panel fixing member 22 is pushed downward so as to compress the compression coil spring 28, and the engaging pin 22f passes through the notch 26d and is lowered below the closing plate 26b. The panel fixing member 22 is rotated clockwise around its axis by a tool such as a screwdriver engaged with the groove 22b of the portion 22a.

As a result, the engagement pin 22 f is disposed on the inner side (lower side in FIG. 11) of the closing plate portion 26 b of the cap member 26 and is locked to one of the locking portions 27. Thus, the panel fixing member 22 can fix the panel 40 on the surface plate 32 (see the left half in FIG. 1).

Conversely, when it is desired to remove the panel 40 from the surface plate 32, the panel fixing member 22 is rotated about an axis opposite to the direction in which the panel 40 is fixed, so that the engaging pin 22 f is connected to the cap member 26. This is detached from the locking portion 27 of the closing plate portion 26b. Then, when the engaging pin 22f comes to the position of the notch portion 26d, the panel fixing member 22 is instantaneously pushed upward by the urging force stored by compression in the compression coil spring 28, and the head portion 22a is pushed to the panel 40. It protrudes upward from the top surface of

Then, the head 22a of the panel fixing member 22 is picked up with a finger, the engaging pin 22f is pulled out from the notch 26d, and the small diameter portion 22d is pulled out from the engaging hole 30c in the throttle washer 30, and the shaft By pulling the portion 22c upward through the shaft hole 26c of the cap member 26, the panel 40 can be easily removed.

Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 5, the flange portion 26a of the cap member 26 is accommodated in a deformed hole 34a having a larger area than the flange portion 26a formed in the intermediate plate 34, and the thickness of the intermediate plate 34 is as follows. The cap member 26 can move on the bottom plate 24 because it is thicker than the flange portion 26a and the cylindrical portion 26e of the cap member 26 is loosely fitted in the elongated hole 32a of the larger surface plate 32. The position can be adjusted.

For this reason, even if the center position of the panel fixing hole 40a (see FIG. 1) formed in the panel 40 through which the panel fixing member 22 is inserted slightly deviates from the center position of the cap member 26, the cap member 26 By being able to move so as to adjust the position, the center positions of the panels can be matched, and the panel 40 can be reliably fixed on the surface plate 32 of the panel fixing mechanism 50.

On the other hand, the pair of cutout portions of the shaft hole 26c of the closing plate portion 26b of the cap member 26 through which the engagement pins 22f of the panel fixing member 22 pass through the panel fixing holes 40a of the panel 40 at both ends in the radial direction. A notch (not shown) similar to 26d is formed.

Further, the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment allows the engagement pin 22f of the panel fixing member 22 to be slightly rotated around the axis of the shaft portion 22c, so that the inner side of the closing plate portion 26b of the cap member 26 is obtained. The panel fixing member 22 can be joined to the cap member 26 by a quick one-touch operation.

Further, the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment has a step portion 22e (engagement portion) that can be engaged with the upper surface portion 30d of the throttle washer 30 at the upper end portion of the compression coil spring 28 at the lower end portion of the panel fixing member 22. By forming the small-diameter portion 22d that fits into the engagement hole 30c of the throttle washer 30, the compression coil spring 28 does not bend (does not buckle) when the panel fixing member 22 moves up and down. It can guide so that the movement of the height direction at the time of attachment or detachment of the member 22 may become straight.

Further, like the conventional panel fixing mechanism, the engagement pin 7a, 7a is locked to the lower side of the short diameter portion of the oval hole 12a of the receiving portion 12, and the compression coil spring 6 is compressed and generated. Unlike the case where the panel is held down and fixed by the urging force, the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment has the engagement pin 22f of the panel fixing member 22 inside the closing plate portion 26b of the cap member 26. The panel 40 is rigidly fixed by being engaged with the latching portion 27.

As described above, in the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment, since the urging force of the compression coil spring 28 is not involved at all in fixing the panel 40, the panel 40 is larger than the urging force of the compression coil spring 28 due to an earthquake or the like. Even if an external force is applied, the panel 40 is not lifted by the external force unlike the conventional panel fixing mechanism. When the panel fixing member 22 is removed from the cap member 26, the compression coil spring 28 of the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment pushes the head portion 22a of the panel fixing member 22 upward from the upper surface of the panel 40. It is used only for functions.

As described above, according to the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment, after the panel fixing member 22 is pushed downward by a predetermined length, the panel fixing member 22 is rotated around the axis by a slight angle. Therefore, the panel fixing member 22 can be attached and detached by a very quick one-touch method. For this reason, workability of panel attachment / detachment can be improved.

Further, as described above, even if an external force larger than the biasing force of the compression coil spring 28 is applied to the panel 40 due to an earthquake or the like, the panel 40 is not lifted by the external force unlike the conventional panel fixing mechanism. Reliability in fixing can be improved.

Further, according to the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment, the closing plate portion 26b of the cap member 26 is formed in an inclined surface shape, and a plurality of locking portions 27 are provided inside the inclined surface portion. Therefore, the height positions of the plurality of locking portions 27 are different from each other. For this reason, since the panel 40 can be fixed by engaging the engaging pin 22f with any one of the engaging portions 27, the dimension in the height direction of the engaging portion of the panel 40 with the panel fixing member 22 is somewhat. Even if there is a manufacturing error, it can be absorbed.

In addition, according to the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment, the cap member 26 is provided so that its position can be adjusted, so that the panel 40 can be securely attached to the bottom plate even if the mounting position on the panel 40 is slightly shifted. Since it can fix to 24, the workability | operativity of panel 40 attachment / detachment can be improved.

Further, according to the panel fixing mechanism 50 according to the present embodiment, the step portion 22e and the small diameter portion 22d that can be engaged with the diaphragm washer 30 are formed at the lower end portion of the panel fixing member 22, thereby Since the moving direction at the time of attaching / detaching can be guided straight, the workability of attaching / detaching the panel can be improved.

In the above-described embodiment, the groove 22b for engaging a flathead screwdriver is formed on the upper surface of the head 22a of the panel fixing member 22. However, in order to use other screw rotating tools, the upper surface of the head 22a. The shape formed may be changed.

In the above embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a panel for a free access floor has been described. However, the panel need not be limited to a panel for a free access floor, and is used for other purposes. It can also be applied to.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where each board, such as the baseplate 24 of the panel fixing mechanism 50, was arrange | positioned in a horizontal direction was demonstrated, a panel fixing mechanism is arranged so that those plates may be arrange | positioned in a perpendicular direction. It is also possible to attach 50 to a vertical surface such as a wall and fix the panel 40 to the vertical surface. Alternatively, the panel 40 can be attached to a place such as a ceiling via the panel fixing mechanism 50.

In the above-described embodiment, the compression coil spring 28 is used as an elastic member. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Instead, other types of elastic members such as plastic synthetic rubber and leaf springs are used. It can also be used.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the components which comprise a panel fixing mechanism used the metal thing, respectively, if the component has sufficient intensity | strength, for example, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. It can also be formed from materials other than metal, such as plastic mixed with.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although each said plate 24,32,34 was fixed so that they might be mutually integrated by fastening those four places with a screw member, those fixed places are limited to four places. It is not limited to this, and it may be 3 or less or 5 or more.

Further, fixing means other than the above screw members may be used. For example, the respective plates 24, 32, and 34 are fastened together by other fixing means such as rivets so that the plates are integrated. It may be fixed to.

In the embodiment, each of the plates 24, 32, and 34 is fixed to the panel support member 45 of the square pipe below the bottom plate 24 by a screw member at one central portion thereof. It is not limited to a place, and may be fixed at two or more places.

In the above embodiment, the case where the bottom plate 24 and the intermediate plate 34 are separate members has been described. However, the bottom plate 24 and the intermediate plate 34 may be integrally formed. For example, the bottom plate 24 can be omitted by forming the deformed hole 34a of the intermediate plate 34 into a concave shape by drawing. At this time, since it is a condition that a space is formed so that the flange portion 26a of the cap member 26 is not constrained, the shape of the recess does not necessarily have to be an irregular shape such as the deformed hole 34a.

Alternatively, the surface plate 32 and the intermediate plate 34 may be integrally formed. For example, by providing a convex portion or a bent portion on the outer peripheral portion of the surface plate 32, a space that does not restrain the flange portion 26a of the cap member 26 can be formed, and as a result, the intermediate plate 34 is formed. Can be omitted.
