Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン燃焼器(16)用の点火装置組立体(40)であって、
本体(106)とシュラウド(120)とを含み、
前記本体が、入口端部(100)から出口端部(102)まで延び、
前記シュラウドが、前記本体の少なくとも一部分の周りで円周方向に延びかつ第1の端部(124)から先端端部(122)まで延び、
前記シュラウドが、先端部分(134)と本体部分(136)とを含み、
前記先端部分が、前記先端端部から前記本体部分(136)まで延び、
前記本体部分が、複数の調量開口(140)と複数の第1の冷却開口(162)とを含み、
前記複数の調量開口が、冷却空気を前記点火装置本体に流すようになっており、
前記複数の第1の冷却開口が、前記点火装置本体から使用済み冷却空気を流すようになっており、
前記先端部分が、それを貫通して延びて前記点火装置本体から冷却空気を流すようになった複数の吐出開口を含み、
前記複数の第1の冷却開口が、前記シュラウド先端部分と前記複数のシュラウド調量開口との間に位置している、
点火装置組立体(40)。 - 前記点火装置本体(106)が中心対称軸線(152)を含み、前記シュラウド(120)が、該シュラウドと前記点火装置本体との間にギャップ(130)が形成されるように、前記点火装置本体の半径方向外側にかつ該点火装置本体とほぼ同軸に結合されている、請求項1記載の点火装置組立体(40)。
- 前記複数の第1の冷却開口(162)及び前記複数の調量開口(140)が、前記点火装置本体(106)の作動温度を低下させるのを可能にする、請求項2記載の点火装置組立体(40)。
- 前記複数の調量開口(140)が、前記ギャップと流れ連通状態で結合されて該ギャップ内に冷却空気を流すようになっている、請求項3記載の点火装置組立体(40)。
- 前記シュラウド先端部分(134)が、前記先端端部から延びて前記ギャップ(130)と流れ連通状態になった複数の先端冷却開口(154)をさらに含み、前記先端冷却開口が前記点火装置本体中心対称軸線(152)とほぼ平行であり、前記複数の第1の冷却開口(162)が中心対称軸線に対して斜めに配向されている、請求項2記載の点火装置組立体(40)。
- 前記シュラウド本体部分がそれを貫通して延びる複数の第2の冷却開口(164)をさらに含み、前記複数の第2の冷却開口が、前記複数の第1の冷却開口(162)から上流方向に距離(d7)を隔てて位置し、かつ前記複数の調量開口(140)と前記複数の第1の冷却開口との間に位置している、請求項2記載の点火装置組立体(40)。
- 前記複数の第2の冷却開口(164)が、前記シュラウド本体(106)の外部表面(78)をフィルム冷却するのを可能にする、請求項2記載の点火装置組立体(40)。
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)用の燃焼システムであって、
ドーム組立体(54)と前記ドーム組立体から下流方向に延びる燃焼器ライナ(50、52)とを含み、前記燃焼器ライナがその中に燃焼室(58)を形成している燃焼器(16)と、
前記燃焼器の周りで延びる燃焼器ケーシング(56)と、
前記燃焼器ケーシング及び前記ドーム組立体を部分的に貫通して延びる点火装置組立体(40)と、
を含み、
前記点火装置が本体(106)とシュラウド(120)とを含み、前記本体が入口端部(100)から出口端部(102)まで延び、前記シュラウドが前記点火装置本体の少なくとも一部分の周りで円周方向に延びかつ第1の端部(124)から先端端部(122)まで軸方向に延び、前記シュラウドが先端部分(134)と本体部分(136)とを含み、前記シュラウド先端部分が前記先端端部から前記本体部分(136)まで延び、前記本体部分が複数の調量開口(140)と複数の第1の冷却開口(162)とを含み、前記複数の調量開口が冷却空気を前記点火装置組立体本体に流すようになっており、前記複数の第1の冷却開口が前記点火装置組立体本体から使用済み冷却空気を流すようになっており、前記先端部分がそれを貫通して延びて前記点火装置本体から冷却空気を流すようになった複数の吐出開口を含み、前記複数の第1の冷却開口が前記シュラウド先端部分と前記複数のシュラウド調量開口との間に位置している、
燃焼システム。 - 前記ドーム組立体(54)が環状の支持タワー(42)をさらに含み、前記点火装置本体(106)が、前記支持タワーを貫通してほぼ同心に延びかつ中心対称軸線(152)を含み、前記シュラウド(120)が、前記シュラウドと前記点火装置本体との間にギャップ(130)が形成されるように、前記点火装置本体の半径方向外側にかつ該点火装置本体とほぼ同軸に結合されている、請求項8記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記点火装置組立体の複数の第1の冷却開口(162)及び複数の調量開口(140)が、前記ギャップ(130)と流れ連通状態で結合され、前記複数の第1の冷却開口が、前記支持タワー(42)に対して衝突するようにそれから冷却空気を吐出するように構成され、前記点火装置シュラウド先端部分(134)が、前記先端端部(122)と前記ギャップ(130)との間で延びる複数の先端冷却開口(150)を含む、請求項9記載の燃焼システム。
