Claims (8)
- サンプルを収容する複数の反応容器を保持するための保持部を有する反応ディスク機構と、
前記反応容器から発せられる化学発光を測光する光電子増倍管と、
前記光電子増倍管の出力を規定値になるように調整するための標準光を出す標準器を備え、
当該標準器は、前記反応ディスク機構上の保持部に取り付け可能な取付具を有することを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動化学発光測定装置において、
前記反応ディスク機構上に保持された前記反応容器を前記光電子増倍管による測光位置まで移送する移送機構を備え、
前記移送機構は前記標準器を前記光電子増倍管による測光位置に繰り返し移送することを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動化学発光測定装置において、
前記光電子増倍管は、前記反応容器ないし標準器に受光部側を向け、かつ前記反応容器ないし標準器に沿って走査させることを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動化学発光測定装置において、
前記標準器は、炭素同位元素へ蛍光体を混ぜた混物を前記反応容器に詰めたものを有する第1標準器と、発光ダイオードと前記発光ダイオードの光を外側に反射する反射光の放射照度が段階的に変わるように配置された均等拡散反射手段とを有する第2標準器を含むことを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動化学発光測定装置において、
第2標準器は、前記複数の反応容器が設置される前記反応ディスク機構上の任意の保持部に着脱自在に取り付けられることを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項4記載の自動化学発光測定装置において、
メンテナンス時の校正では前記第2標準器を用いることを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載された自動化学発光測定装置において、
前記標準器は、炭素同位元素へ蛍光体を混ぜた混物を前記反応容器に詰めたものを有する第1標準器と、発光ダイオードと前記発光ダイオードの光を外側に反射する反射光の放射照度が段階的に変わるように配置された均等拡散反射手段とを有する第2標準器を備え、前記第1標準器、前記第2標準器のいずれかを使用することを特徴とする自動化学発光測定装置。 - 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載された自動化学発光測定装置において、
前記光電子増倍管の出力調整手段は、前記光電子増倍管の出力を増幅する増幅手段と、前記光電子増倍管に印加する電源と、印加される電圧を調整する電圧調整手段を含み、
前記電圧調整手段の調整により、前記規定値になるように調整することを特徴とする自
動化学発光測定装置。
