Claims (2)
- 筒体で端末に反射膜を設けた光導波路形状の光ファイバの円周壁面に、金属イオン溶液や、溶融、真空蒸着等で、半導体PN接合光電膜、あるいは半導体PN接合分離膜を形成し、光ファイバガラス材質中に、適当な光散乱を起こさせるための結晶化操作、不純物の強制混入、光学的屈折処理、界面反射などの物理的性質を付与し、筒体にリード線を配設し、一端面のファイバ中心部から入射する高強度の光エネルギーを損失の少ない媒質の中で、光入射光を進行方向へ距離を延長させ、一端面から入射する高強度の光をファイバ構造線の距離長を利用して光エネルギーを電力に変換し、光エネルギーが線路を透過または散乱して発電するテレメータ電源用光電変換器。
- 耐高温の石英ガラスファイバを基礎材料に、光ファイバ表面にメッキ、または真空中で表面に蒸着を行い、光減衰の小さい導電膜を被覆、電極の一方としその外側に半導体PN接合面を側壁に沿って構築し、入射した光がファイバ中を乱反射しながら一様にPN接合面に衝突することで物質中の電子の電離を求め、もう一方の電極である金属材料を最外面へ被覆した光ファイバ型テレメータ電源用光電変換器とし,半導体PN接合面は無機ガラスまたは樹脂を用いた光ファイバにおいて、真空中で連続的に半導体となすための薄膜シリコンばかりか、その他の金属間化合物、または周期律表のIIIーV族接合やII−VI族接合それらの複合材料を必要に応じて選択し、蒸着またはメッキ加工により表面に被覆したのち、PN接合を作るための金属原子を一定量蒸着拡散させることを特徴とするテレメータ電源用光電変換器に用いる光導波路の製法。
