Claims (1)

滅菌器本体内に前面開口の横型チャンバーが設けられ、前記滅菌器本体にヒンジ部で回動可能に支持された開閉部材に前記チャンバーの前面開口を密閉する蓋を備え、前記チャンバー内に収納された被滅菌物を高圧蒸気下で滅菌する高圧蒸気滅菌器であって、前記蓋によって前記チャンバーの前面開口を閉じる状態へ回動した前記開閉部材をロックするロック手段と、前記高圧蒸気滅菌器の作動中は前記ロックの解除を阻止するソレノイド式ロック装置と、回転ハンドルの回転によって前記開閉部材に対する前記蓋の位置を調節可能とした蓋位置調節装置と、前記回転ハンドルの逆回転阻止手段を備え、前記蓋位置調節装置は、前記回転ハンドルのハンドル軸が前記開閉部材を貫通状態で螺合し前記回転ハンドルの先端部に前記蓋が取り付けられ、前記回転ハンドルの逆回転阻止手段は、前記ハンドル軸の円周面に多数の係止歯を形成したラチェット歯部と、ハンドル用ソレノイドによって前記ラチェット歯部に対して噛み合い状態と非噛み合い状態とに回動作動する係止爪部材を前記開閉部材に備え、前記高圧蒸気滅菌器の作動中は前記係止爪部材が前記係止歯に係止して前記回転ハンドルの回転を阻止状態とし、
前記蓋には前記滅菌器本体に対して前記蓋が正規の閉じた状態(前記蓋が前記チャンバーの前面開口を密閉する状態)になったことを検出する閉蓋検出スイッチを備え、前記ロック手段は、前記開閉部材の回動に伴って滅菌器本体側の係止部に係止するロック状態と非ロック状態とに回動するよう前記開閉部材に支持されたロックアームを備え、前記ソレノイド式ロック装置は、前記開閉部材に取り付けたロックソレノイドと、前記高圧蒸気滅菌器の作動中は前記ロックアームをロック状態に保持するように前記ロックソレノイドによって作動するプランジャを備え、前記閉蓋検出スイッチの検出に基づき前記ハンドル用ソレノイドの動作にて前記係止爪部材が前記係止歯に係止して前記回転ハンドルの回転を阻止状態とすることを特徴とする高圧蒸気滅菌器。
