Claims (25)
- 血液の凝結物または血液成分の凝結物に結合するためのデバイス(3、7)の非処理表面(30)を処置する方法であって、
前記非処理表面は、PTFE、POMおよびサイロライト(登録商標)からなる群より選択されるポリマー材料で構成され、
処理表面(31)に対する凝固した血液または凝固した血液成分(32、33、34)の表面粘着強度が前記非処理表面(30)と比較して増加し、かつ血液の凝固活性化が変化しないように、物理的、化学的または電気化学的表面処置を適用する工程を含み、
前記非処理表面(30)に対する処置は、前記非処理表面(30)をイオン化された原子または分子に曝露し、
前記曝露は、0.1〜5mbarのAr、O 2 、N 2 、H 2 O、空気および希ガスからなる群より少なくとも1種類選択されるガスをプロセスガスとして使用し、1kHz〜100GHzの周波数の放電を1W/l〜100W/lの範囲の出力密度で15〜500分間200K〜360Kのプロセス温度で適用する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記イオン化された原子または分子は高周波放電または静電放電によって発生する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 10kHz〜10GHzの間の周波数の放電が適用される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- イオン化された原子および分子はUVレーザーによって発生する、請求項1に記載の方法。
