スチレン系単量体−メタクリル酸メチル共重合体100質量部あたり式(1)
〔式中、R1は炭素数10以下のアルキル基を示し、R2およびR3はそれぞれ独立に水素原子、tert−ブチル基、tert−オクチル基またはフェニル基を示す。〕
