Claims (13)
- A1区画、A2区画、及び、A3区画を含む前方部分と、P1区画、P2区画、及び、P3区画を含む後方部分とを有し、前記区画は、A1、A2、A3、P3、P2、P1の順序で直列に閉塞ループで接続される、僧帽弁輪状形成リングであって、当該リングは、前記前方部分から前記後方部分に延びるAP軸と、前記前方部分上で前記AP軸の一方の側に配置される第一基準地点と、前記前方部分上で前記AP軸の他方の側に配置される第二基準地点と、前記後方部分上で前記AP軸の一方の側に配置される第三基準地点とを有し、前記AP軸は、前記第一基準地点と前記第二基準地点との間の線に対して垂直であり、前記第一基準地点及び前記第二基準地点並びに前記AP軸は、前記AP軸が、前記AP軸に対して垂直に測定される当該リングの最大幅寸法を二等分するよう配置され、前記第一乃至第三の基準地点のそれぞれは、前記AP軸から0.5mmだけ離間され、前記第一乃至第三の基準地点は、基準平面に位置し、よって、該基準平面を定め、当該リングは、前記A1区画及び前記P1区画が合致する第四基準地点と、前記A3区画及び前記P3区画が合致する第五基準地点とをさらに有し、前記第四及び第五の基準地点は、前記基準平面から前記基準平面の一方の側に離間され、前記基準平面からの前記第五基準地点の間隔は、前記基準平面からの前記第四基準地点の間隔よりも大きい、リング。

- 前記基準平面からの前記第五基準地点の前記間隔は、前記基準平面からの前記P1区画の如何なる部分の間隔よりも大きい、請求項4に記載のリング。
- P1区画、P2区画、及び、P3区画を含む後方部分と、A1区画及びA3区画並びに前記A1区画及び前記A3区画の中間の間隙とを含む前方部分とを有する、僧帽弁輪状形成人工器官であって、前記区画は、A1、P1、P2、P3、及び、A3の順序で直列に接続され、当該人工器官は、前記前方部分から前記後方部分に延びるAP軸と、前記間隙に亘って前記A1区画及び前記A3区画の両方の円滑な連続を含み、且つ、もし当該人工器官が完全な人工器官リングであるならば、当該人工器官の材料によって占められるであろう前記間隙を通じる経路に従う軌道上で、前記AP軸の一方の側に配置される第一基準地点と、前記軌道上で前記AP軸の他方の側に配置される第二基準地点と、前記後方部分上で前記AP軸の一方の側に配置される第三基準地点とを有し、前記AP軸は、前記第一基準地点と前記第二基準地点との間の線に対して垂直であり、前記第一基準地点及び前記第二基準地点並びに前記AP軸は、前記AP軸が、前記AP軸に対して垂直に測定される前記リングの最大幅寸法を二等分するよう配置され、前記第一乃至第三の基準地点のそれぞれは、前記AP軸から0.5mmだけ離間され、前記第一乃至第三の基準地点は、基準平面に位置し、よって、該基準平面を定め、当該人工器官は、前記A1区画及び前記P1区画が合致する第四基準地点と、前記A3区画及び前記P3区画が合致する第五基準地点とをさらに有し、前記第四及び第五の基準地点は、前記基準平面から前記基準平面の一方の側に離間され、前記基準平面からの前記第五基準地点の間隔は、前記基準平面からの前記第四基準地点の間隔よりも大きい、人工器官。
- 前記第一乃至第三の基準地点は、当該人工器官の材料内に全て配置される、請求項6に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第三基準地点は、当該人工器官の材料内に配置され、前記第一及び第二の基準地点は、前記間隙内に配置される、請求項6に記載の人工器官。
- 前記間隙は、前記前方部分内に概ね中心的に配置される、請求項6に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第一及び第三の基準地点は、両方とも、前記第四基準地点により近い前記AP軸の側の上にある、請求項6に記載の人工器官。
- 前記P3区画の少なくとも一部が、前記基準平面からの前記第五基準地点の間隔よりも大きい量だけ、前記基準平面から前記基準平面の一方の側に離間される、請求項6に記載の人工器官。
- 前記P1区画の少なくとも一部が、前記基準平面からの前記第四基準地点の間隔よりも大きい量だけ、前記基準平面から前記基準平面の一方の側に離間される、請求項11に記載の人工器官。
- 前記基準平面からの前記第五基準地点の間隔は、前記基準平面からの前記P1区画の如何なる部分の間隔よりも大きい、請求項12に記載の人工器官。
