Description
Claims (6)
- 入口及び出口を画定するハウジング(12)と、該ハウジング内に位置されるロータ(30)と、を有する回転装置であって、
前記ロータがハウジング(12)内において回転するように構成され、
前記ロータ(30)は、
軸線のまわりで回転するようにされた本体部分(34)と;
本体部分から半径方向外方へ延びる複数のブレード(32)であって、各ブレードが第1の縁部(36)と第2の縁部(38)とを有し、第1の縁部(36)がほぼ半径方向に延び、第2の縁部(38)がほぼ軸方向に延びるような複数のブレードと;を有し、
各ブレードの第2の縁部(38)が、ブレードの前縁であり、半径方向又は軸方向の突起内に凹状の輪郭を画定し、
前記回転装置は、複数の羽根(22)を更に有し、これらの羽根は、ブレード(32)がロータの回転中に羽根の近傍を通過するときに、ブレードが周期的に変化する空気力学的な力を受けて、ブレードを周期的に圧迫するように、ブレードの第2の縁部(38)から半径方向外方でハウジング内に位置し、
前記羽根(22)がハウジング(12)を通るガス流を制御するように調整可能であることを特徴とする回転装置。 - 前記ロータ(30)がハウジング(12)内の複数の羽根(22)の近傍で回転するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1の回転装置。
- 前記ロータ(30)がシャフト(50)に接続されたタービンホイールであり、該ホイールがハウジングを通るガスにより回転させられ、それによってシャフト(50)を回転させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1の回転装置。
- 前記第1の縁部(36)がブレードの後縁であり半径方向又は軸方向の突起内に非直線状の輪郭を画定することを特徴とする請求項1の回転装置。
- 前記ブレード(32)の全部が実質上類似することを特徴とする請求項1の回転装置。
- 前記ハウジング(12)がロータ(30)から半径方向外方に入口(14)を画定し、ロータがシャフト(50)に接続されたタービンホイールであり、タービンホイールがハウジング(12)を通るガスの循環により回転させられシャフト(50)を回転させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項の回転装置。
