Claims (17)
- カートリッジに収容された粒子物質から飲料を抽出するために飲料抽出機械に用いるための飲料抽出アセンブリであって、
飲料抽出機械の水注出口に接続可能な支持体と、
前記支持体に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、粒子物質を収容するカートリッジを保持するカートリッジホルダとを備え、
前記カートリッジは、少なくとも、圧力下で水を受けるため上面から外向きに突出する第1カートリッジポートを含み、
前記支持体は、飲料抽出機械の前記水注出口に接続可能な水注入ポートを含み、前記水注入ポートは、前記第1カートリッジポートへ前記の水を運び、
前記カートリッジホルダは、抽出された飲料のための逃げ路となる下部開口を含み、
前記支持体の前記水注入ポートは、前記水注入ポートと前記第1カートリッジポートの間に放射状流体密封シールを提供するシール手段を備える
飲料抽出アセンブリ。 - さらに、前記水注入ポートに一体化され、または接続されるノズルアセンブリを含み、
このノズルアッセンブリは、カートリッジホルダに面し、圧力下でカートリッジに水を注入するように前記第1カートリッジポートと係合可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1の飲料抽出アセンブリ。 - 請求項1の飲料抽出アセンブリであって、前記ノズルアセンブリが
内部貫通キャビティを有する中空ノズル本体と、
前記第1カートリッジポート内部へのアクセスを提供するための、前記ノズル本体と一体化された針とを含み、
前記中空ノズル本体は、前記水注入ポートに接続されているノズル本体の第1開口端から、前記第1カートリッジポートを受け入れる前記ノズル本体の第2開放端までの流路である
ことを特徴とする飲料抽出アセンブリ。 - 前記針が、前記内部貫通キャビティに形成される環状突起の中に固定される別個の部品であることを特徴とする請求項3の飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記針が、前記ノズル本体の内部貫通キャビティと連通する軸方向キャビティを含み、
前記針が、さらに、前記の軸方向キャビティと連通する放射状貫通開口部を含み、前記放射状貫通開口部は実質的に放射方向に水を供給することを特徴とする請求項3の飲料抽出アセンブリ。 - 前記ノズル本体が、前記シール手段を収容するように、前記第2開口端に環状凹部を備えることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記シール手段がOリングを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記シール手段が、中央の貫通可能部分と周囲のより厚い部分とを有するゴムガスケットを備え、このゴムガスケットは、前記針が貫通する前に、前記第1カートリッジポートをふさぐことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記支持体に取り付けられたカートリッジイジェクタを備え、このカートリッジイジェクタは、前記カートリッジホルダが少なくとも部分的に前記支持体から取り外されるまで、前記カートリッジを、前記カートリッジホルダ内部に押圧し続ける、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記カートリッジイジェクタが、実質的にドーナツ状であり、前記ノズルアセンブリの周りに取り付けられ、さらに、前記支持体の上面および下面に接するバネ手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項9の飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記支持体が、前記水注入ポートを備えるコネクタ部材、および、バヨネットフィッティングにより固定できる前記カートリッジホルダ上のバヨネットホルダを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項10の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記カートリッジホルダが、前記カートリッジを収容するように実質的にカップ形であり、前記カートリッジホルダの内面が、前記カートリッジの外面と実質的に相補的に成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項11の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記カートリッジから出力される抽出飲料によってカートリッジが汚染されるのを防ぐために、したがって、同じ飲料抽出機械と同じ抽出アセンブリが、異なる粒子状物質を収容する複数のカートリッジを用いて長期にわたって連続使用できるようにするために、前記カートリッジホルダの前記下部開口が、前記カートリッジの中に一体化された飲料出口が通過可能な大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項12の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から請求項13の何れかの飲料抽出アセンブリであって、前記ノズルアセンブリは、前記水注入ポートと接続されている前記ノズル本体の第1開口端から、前記第1カートリッジポートに係合可能な前記ノズル本体の第2開口端までの水路を確保するための内部空洞を有する中空ノズル本体を備え、この中空ノズル本体は、圧力下で、注入針を使用することなく前記カートリッジ内部に前記水を運ぶように、第1カートリッジポートに挿入可能な前記第2開口端に先端を備えることを特徴とする飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記先端が、前記シール手段を備え、放射状流体密封シールがその外面に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項14の飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 前記シール手段が、前記ノズルアセンブリの前記先端の外面に形成された環状凹部に取り付けられるOリングを備えることを特徴とする、請求項14または請求項15の飲料抽出アセンブリ。
- 請求項1の抽出アセンブリであって、前記カートリッジは、
カップ部分とふた部分とからなる本体であって、前記カップ部分は、底部、側壁、および、底部と反対側のリムを含み、前記ふた部分は、前記カートリッジの内部を区画するようにカップ部分の前記リムにしっかり取り付けられ、前記ふた部分は、前記水のための注入流路を区画する前記カートリッジポートを備える、本体、
前記粒子物質を保有し流体物質を浸透させるフィルタ手段内に含まれる前記粒子物質を収容する前記カートリッジの前記内部、および
前記内部に向けて前記底部に圧力が加えられる時に前記底部を貫通するように、前記フィルタ手段および前記底部の間に区画にされる円錐中空部内に配置され、その結果、常閉型のカップポートを開き、注ぎ口を形成するタペットを備え、
