Description
・ 顔料をアルコールを含有する液体と混ぜ合わせることによって、ペースト顔料を作る段階、
・ ゾル−ゲル工程を受けるシランを有し、更には5乃至100ナノメートルの寸法を有するシリカ粒子と、5乃至50ナノメートルの寸法を有するアルミナ粒子とを有する、
加水分解混合物を作る段階、及び、
・ 光吸収コーティングにおける顔料、シリカ、及びアルミナの総体積濃度が20乃至65パーセントであり、シリカ粒子の体積濃度が5乃至40パーセントであり、アルミナ粒子の体積濃度が1乃至15パーセントであるよう、ペースト顔料と加水分解混合物とを混ぜ合わせる段階、
を有する。
5.6gのBindzil(登録商標)CAT220、2gのMTMS、及び1.09gのエタノールを、30分間混ぜ合わせる。Bindzil CAT220は、Akzo Nobel社が販売する製品であり、50nmより小さい寸法を有するアルミナ粒子及びシリカ粒子を有する。アルミナ粒子及びシリカ粒子は、ゾルにおいて組み込まれる。
加水分解混合物に対して、10gのMTMS、0.21gのTEOS、及び、寸法20nmを有するシリカ粒子を有するNano Technologiesからの2gのDP 5820は、脱塩水8.08gを有して加水分解される。30分かき混ぜた後、Nano TechnologiesからのDP5820が2.16g加えられる。溶液は、3時間かき混ぜられ、pHは、水において標準的なNH3を約1%有して4.5−5に調整される。続いて、混合物は、熟成するために冷蔵庫に1週間より長く保存される。
Claims (12)
- 光吸収コーティングを少なくとも備えられる光透過性基板であって、
前記光吸収コーティングは、ゾル−ゲルマトリクスにおいて組み込まれる安定化顔料を有し、前記光吸収コーティングは、5乃至100ナノメートルの寸法を有するシリカ粒子と、5乃至50ナノメートルの寸法を有するアルミナ粒子とを有し、
前記光吸収コーティングにおける顔料、シリカ、及びアルミナの総体積濃度は、20乃至65パーセントであり、シリカ粒子の体積濃度は5乃至40パーセントであり、アルミナ粒子の体積濃度は1乃至15パーセントである、
光透過性基板。 - 前記シリカ粒子の前記寸法は、10乃至30ナノメートルである、
請求項1記載の光透過性基板。 - 前記アルミナ粒子の前記寸法は、10乃至30ナノメートルである、
請求項1記載の光透過性基板。 - 前記光吸収コーティングにおける顔料、シリカ、及びアルミナ粒子の前記総体積濃度は、35乃至55パーセントである、
請求項1記載の光透過性基板。 - 前記光吸収コーティングにおけるシリカ粒子の前記体積濃度は、10乃至20パーセントである、
請求項1記載の光透過性基板。 - 前記光吸収コーティングにおけるアルミナ粒子の前記体積濃度は、5乃至10パーセントである、
請求項1記載の光透過性基板。 - 前記シリカ粒子は、疎水性シリカ粒子である、
請求項1記載の光透過性基板。 - ゾル−ゲルマトリクスにおいて組み込まれる安定化顔料を有する光吸収コーティングであって、
前記光吸収コーティングは、5乃至100ナノメートルの寸法を有するシリカ粒子と、5乃至50ナノメートルの寸法を有するアルミナ粒子とを有し、
前記光吸収コーティングにおける顔料、シリカ、及びアルミナの総体積濃度は、20乃至65パーセントであり、シリカ粒子の体積濃度は5乃至40パーセントであり、アルミナ粒子の体積濃度は1乃至15パーセントである、
光吸収コーティング。 - 光源を収容する光透過性ランプベッセルを有する電球であって、
前記ランプベッセルは、請求項1記載の光透過性基板を有する、
電球。 - 請求項8記載の光吸収コーティングを備えられる、
ランプベッセル。 - 光吸収コーティングを作る方法であって、
・ 顔料をアルコールを含有する液体と混ぜ合わせることによってペースト顔料を作る段階と、
・ ゾル−ゲル工程を受けるシランを有し、また5乃至100ナノメートルの寸法を有するシリカ粒子と、5乃至50ナノメートルの寸法を有するアルミナ粒子とを更に有する、
加水分解混合物を作る段階と、
・ 前記光吸収コーティングにおける顔料、シリカ、及びアルミナの総体積濃度が20乃至65パーセントであり、シリカ粒子の体積濃度が5乃至40パーセントであり、アルミナ粒子の体積濃度が1乃至15パーセントであるよう、前記ペースト顔料と前記加水分解混合物とを混ぜ合わせる段階と、
を少なくとも有する、
方法。 - 前記シリカ粒子は、シリカゾルの形状において前記加水分解混合物に組み込まれる、
