Description
図1に示す構造用サンドイッチ板は、上方外側プレート11および下方外側プレート12(これらをフェースプレートとも呼ぶ)を具備してなり、これらは厚みが例えば0.5mmないし20mmのスチール又はアルミニウム製のものである。これらプレートは厚みが3mm以上のものが多くの用途において有利となる。これらフェースプレート11,12間にはその外側周縁に沿ってエッジプレートが溶接され、それにより閉塞キャビティが形成されている。これらフェースプレート11,12間のキャビティ内にはプラスチック又はポリマー材料、好ましくはポリウレタンエラストマーなどのコンパクトな(緻密な)熱硬化性材料からなるコア13が配置されている。このコアは厚みが15ないし200mmの範囲のものでよく、ここでは50mmの厚みが適当である。このコア13は、これらフェースプレート11,12に対し十分な強度で接合され、これらプレート間で使用時に予想されるせん断力を伝達するのに十分な機械的特性を有している。このコア13と、これらフェースプレート11,12との間の接着強度は3MPaよりも大きく、好ましくは6MPaよりも大きいことが要求される。コア材料の弾性率は200MPaよりも大きく、好ましくは250MPaよりも大きいことが要求される(特に、使用時に高温に曝されると予想される場合である)。例えば通常の使用および占有荷重が1.4kPaないし7.2kPaの程度である床パネルなどの低荷重での用途においては、この接着強度はより低いもの、例えば、約0.5MPaであってもよい。このコア層の存在により、この構造用サンドイッチ板は、厚みが実質的に大きく、剛性を有意に付加した剛性スチールプレートと同程度の強度および耐荷力を有することになる。このプレートはもちろん、平坦である必要はなく、使用目的に応じて必要な任意の形状のものであってよい。
Claims (15)
- 第1および第2の金属製の外側プレート(11,12)と;
これら外側プレートに対し、これらの間のせん断力を伝達させるのに十分な強度で、接合されたプラスチック又はポリマー材料(13)からなるコアと;
このコア内に設けられた少なくとも1つの中間層(14)であって、前記外側プレートにほぼ平行に設けられ、前記コアの材料よりも大きい引張り強度を有するものと;
を具備してなる構造用サンドイッチ板であって、
前記コアが15mm以上の厚みを有し、
前記外側プレートが3mmよりも厚い厚みを有することを特徴とする構造用サンドイッチ板。 - 前記中間層が、スチール、ステンレススチール又はアルミニウムからなる金属層(15)からなる請求項1記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層(15)が、前記外側プレートの1つの厚みの50%ないし150%の範囲の厚みを有する請求項2記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層が、金属(例えば、スチール、ステンレススチール又はアルミニウム)メッシュ(17)からなる請求項1記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記金属メッシュ(17)がエキスパンデッドメタルからなる請求項4記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層が高張力繊維(14)からなる請求項1記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層が硬質セラミックプレートからなる請求項1記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層(18,19c,19b)がひだ付き、窪み付き又は波形のものからなる請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層(19a,19b)を複数有する請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層(16)が孔開きのものである請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記中間層(14)が全面には施されていない請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 前記コア(13)が緻密な材料からなる請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の構造用サンドイッチ板。
- 構造用サンドイッチ板の製造方法であって:
第1および第2の金属製の外側プレート(11,12)を互いに離間させ、その間に少なくとも1つの中間層をこれら外側金属プレートのそれぞれから離間させた状態で配置させる工程と;
未硬化のプラスチック又はポリマー材料を、前記外側プレートと前記中間層の両側との間に形成された空間に注入、充填する工程と;
このプラスチック又はポリマー材料を硬化させ、これらの間のせん断力を伝達させるのに十分な強度で前記外側プレートを互いに接合させる工程と;
を具備してなり、前記中間層がこの硬化させたプラスチック又はポリマー材料よりも大きい引っ張り強度を有することを特徴とする方法であって、
前記コアが15mmよりも厚い厚みを有し、
前記外側プレートが3mmよりも厚い厚みを有する
ことを特徴とする構造用サンドイッチ板の製造方法。 - 前記注入工程を前記外側プレートの両側から同時に又は2段階で行う請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記中間層を前記外側金属プレート間の間隙への挿入の前に、前記中間層をプラスチック又はポリマー材料で塗布又は含浸を行う工程を更に具備してなる請求項13又は14記載の方法。
