Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stretchable sheet by attaching a stretchable member made of an elastic material such as thread rubber to a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or a plastic film, and a paper diaper using the stretchable sheet produced by this method It is.
Disposable wearing articles such as disposable diapers and disposable pants are required to be able to expand and contract around the waist, around the legs, around the torso, etc., in order to improve the adhesion to the wearer. Although it is conceivable to use a woven fabric (stretch fabric) in which the material itself has a stretching force, it is expensive to use for disposable wearing articles. For this reason, usually, a thread-like or belt-like stretchable member is bonded to a nonwoven fabric or a plastic film in a stretched state so that these non-stretchable sheets can be stretched.
In order to continuously manufacture such a stretchable sheet, the stretchable member is unwound from the roll and applied with a predetermined tension to the nonstretchable sheet while the nonstretchable sheet is unrolled from the roll. The method is adopted. However, there is a case where a portion that does not need to be stretched and a stretchable portion need to be intermittently provided in the traveling direction of the seat due to the form of the disposable wearing article or the convenience of cutting into individual products.
For parts that do not need to be expanded and contracted, it may be possible to apply the tension to the sheet without applying tension to the expansion / contraction member, but it is possible to quickly switch between the tensioned and untensioned state. It is difficult.
Therefore, usually, the adhesive is intermittently applied to the sheet, the adhesive application portion and the non-application portion are alternately provided on the sheet along the sheet running direction, and the elastic member present in the adhesive non-application portion is cut. In some cases, a non-stretchable part is provided. In the adhesive non-applied part, since the elastic member is not bonded to the sheet, the elastic member cut at one place is pulled toward the elastic member bonded to the sheet to relax and stay there. .
As a method of cutting the elastic member, the elastic member is provided between the first roll having a continuous linear convex portion (single blade) continuous along the roll width direction and the second roll facing the first roll. There is one that attempts to cut the elastic member by passing the arranged sheet and applying pressure or heating by the linear convex portion of the first roll.
However, in this conventional method, since the cutting force is applied in a continuous line shape along the roll width direction, the sheet may be broken when the cutting force is applied to a portion where the elastic member does not exist. It was. In addition, even when the sheet does not reach breakage, a sheet of nonwoven fabric or the like is formed into a film by thermocompression bonding, so that one seal line with a hard tactile sensation remains across the portion where the elastic member does not exist. When this was done, there was a problem that both the appearance and the feeling of wearing were insufficient.
On the other hand, when such an elastic sheet is used on the outer sheet of the paper diaper or as the outer sheet itself for the purpose of imparting elasticity to the paper diaper, it is desirable that the air permeability is good.
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to enable processing for cutting an elastic member and improving air permeability without fear of sheet breakage.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
On the sheet or between the upper and lower sheets, a plurality of thread-like elastic members are arranged in a stretched state in parallel and spaced apart to form a laminate,
A large number of cutting projections are formed on the surface of the projecting surface provided in a part of the circumferential direction at intervals in the roll axis direction and the circumferential direction, and all of the plurality of elastic members are either of the cutting projections The laminated body is allowed to pass between a first roll having a corresponding arrangement and a second roll facing the first roll, and at that time, the cut protrusion is inserted into the laminated body. The manufacturing method of the elastic sheet | seat characterized by cut | disconnecting all the said several elastic members by this.
<作用>
<Action>
In the present invention, a plurality of cutting projections arranged at intervals are inserted into the laminate, and at least the elastic member is cut. Therefore, in the processing, the cutting force does not act between the convex portions and the convex portions, and the cutting force does not act in a continuous line shape along the roll width direction (axial direction). However, there is no risk of sheet breakage (cutting in the entire roll width direction). And when cutting an expansion-contraction member, since a cutting convex part is stabbed into a laminated body, an expansion-contraction member can be cut | disconnected more reliably.
Note that both the cutting of the elastic member and the formation of holes in the laminated body can be performed by piercing the cutting projection.
In this case, the elastic member can be more reliably cut without fear of sheet breakage, and at the same time, air permeability can be improved by forming a hole.

<作用>
<Action>
When the holes are formed by the cutting projections arranged in a staggered pattern at such a pitch, more reliable cutting is possible when the elastic member is cut, and air permeability is good when the holes are formed. Also, since the cutting force does not act on the elastic members other than the convex portions, there are portions where the elastic members in the roll axis direction are not cut and portions that are cut, and the pulling in by cutting the elastic members is partial. Thus, the sheet is less worn and has good wearability.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
<Embodiment of stretch sheet manufacturing method>
In FIG. 1, the perspective explanatory drawing of the example of the manufacturing method of the elastic sheet of this invention which concerns on the 1st form was shown. The arrow direction is the seat traveling direction.
A belt-like
The plurality of
Subsequently, the
In this example, the
As shown in FIG. 5A, the formed hole X may be a through-hole X1 that penetrates to the back surface, or a non-penetrated hollow X2 as shown in FIG. 5B. It may be. It is recommended that the depth of the hollow X2 be 30% or more, preferably 50% or more, more preferably 70% or more with respect to the thickness of the laminate. Unlike the conventional embossing such as diamond embossing, by providing a hollow hole of 30% or more with respect to the thickness of the
Actually, the clear through hole X1 or the hollow X2 may not be formed due to the restoring force of the fiber. However, as shown in an experimental example to be described later, by performing such hole processing, the air permeability is clearly improved. It will be expressed. The hole processing is preferably performed at a pitch of 1 to 25 mm, and the hole area is preferably 0.01 mm 2 or more on the laminate surface.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the shape of the cutting
Further, the cutting
A more detailed cutting mode when this staggered arrangement is employed is shown in FIG. In the figure, it is assumed that the laminate is traveling downward.
In the stretchable sheet thus formed, not only the stretchable member is surely cut by the piercing of the cutting projection, but also the air permeability is good by forming a through-hole or a recessed hole.

(D) As the elastic member of the present invention, a severable material (for example, thermoplastic polyurethane, various elastomers, rubbers, etc.), for example, thread-like, belt-like or net-like can be used.
(E) Although FIG. 1 shows an example in which the stretchable member is bonded to the central portion in the width direction of the sheet, it is needless to say that the stretchable member may be bonded to the vicinity of the end of the sheet. What is necessary is just to change the arrangement | positioning part of an emboss pattern according to the attachment position of an expansion-contraction member.
(F) The adhesive in the present invention can be applied to either one or both of the upper and lower sheets. Also, an adhesive can be applied to the elastic member. Furthermore, the adhesive may be applied to the sheet or the like discontinuously (see FIG. 1) or continuously (see FIG. 2) along the longitudinal direction, or entirely except a part, all or part of the sheet. it can.
(G) As shown in FIG. 9, the cutting site in the present invention may be the adhesive application part X or the adhesive non-application part Y.
(H) In the above example, the form in which the elastic member is sandwiched between the pair of upper and lower sheets is shown, but as shown in FIG. 9, the present invention can be applied to the case where the elastic member is arranged and fixed on one sheet or a multilayer sheet. It is possible to apply an elastic member cutting method.
(I) The above example cuts the elastic member, but in the present invention, the arrangement of the cut projections is changed to form the hole in the laminate without cutting the elastic member, and only the air permeability is improved. You can also plan.
Next, an example of application to a disposable diaper will be explained in detail by taking an example of a pants-type disposable diaper. Then, when using the diaper (when worn), bring the left and right edges of the back to the left and right edges of the stomach. An application example to a so-called tape type paper diaper of a type in which these are joined by a tape fastener (including an adhesive tape fastener and a hook-and-loop fastener) will also be described.
<Explanation of Terms of the Present Invention and First Embodiment of Pants-Type Disposable Diapers>
The pants-type disposable diaper according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13 while mainly explaining the terms and directions of the present invention with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the pants-type disposable diaper according to the first embodiment is fixed to the flexible

In the code | symbol of FIG. 10, "vertical direction" means the direction which connects an abdominal side and a back side, and "circumferential direction" means the direction orthogonal to the said vertical direction. “Waist opening edge” means the edge of the waist opening WO, and “Leg opening edge” means the edge of the leg opening LO. The “leg opening start end” means a position where the leg opening edge of the leg opening LO intersects with the
As shown in FIG. 12, the absorbent

In more detail, the standing cuff C is formed by doubling the standing

On the other hand, at the front and rear end portions in the longitudinal direction, the free portion is fixed to the article, specifically to the outer surface of the liquid-
Further, the basic configuration is that at least one of the

The space surrounded by the left and right standing cuffs C, C forms a urine or soft stool confinement space. When urinating into this space, the urine is absorbed into the absorbent body AB through the liquid-
On the other hand, at the longitudinal ends of the front body F and the back body B, between the nonwoven fabrics of the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, along the circumferential direction, the lower abdomen of the front body F and the buttocks of the back body B in the lower waist U, which is the area between the waist part W and the crotch L of the front body F and the back body B Lower waist

These thread rubbers used as the lower waist
Further, in the first embodiment, the central part corresponding to the
In particular, in this example, the lower waist and crotch
And in this 1st Embodiment, the waist part
In the diaper thus formed, as shown in FIG. 13, the lower waist
Although not shown in the drawings, the lower waist
In the above example, the elastic member cutting and hole forming processing of the present invention is applied to the lower waist elastic region and the crotch elastic region, but the elastic member cutting and hole forming processing of the present invention is a region where other elastic properties are desired to be imparted. It can also be applied to (for example, a waist stretchable part or a leg-surrounding stretched part as in the fourth embodiment described later).
<2nd Embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper and its manufacturing method example>
Next, a detailed description will be given of a second embodiment, which is based on attaching a separate elastic sheet to the outer sheet, together with an example of a manufacturing method thereof.
FIG. 14 shows an assembly flow of a pants-type paper diaper according to the present invention, which is composed of an absorbent main body manufacturing /

As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the paper diaper thus manufactured has the present invention in a portion corresponding to the central portion of the
In this way, the lower waist and crotch

Further, the
On the other hand, in the manufacturing method example, by omitting the cutting of elastic members stretchable sheet for the back body, similar to the above-described first embodiment, the back body waist bottom and crotch
<Third embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper>
As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, in the third embodiment, the lower waist elastic member 21 </ b> F and the crotch elastic member 23 </ b> F in the front body F are separated from the one
<Fourth embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper>
As shown in FIG. 20, the fourth embodiment is further discontinuous with respect to the second embodiment with respect to the waist elastic members 20 </ b> F and 20 </ b> B by the elastic member cutting and hole forming processing of the present invention. In addition, a hole X is formed.
<Supplementary explanation about each form of the pants-type disposable diaper and other embodiments>
As can be inferred by comparing the above embodiments, the disposable diaper according to the present invention has at least one elastic member along the circumferential direction, and at least one central portion of the elastic member along the circumferential direction, It is sufficient if it is discontinuous by cutting and forming holes in the elastic member of the present invention, and any of the elastic members of the waist portion W, the lower waist U, and the crotch portion L is provided, and which is discontinuous. This can be selected as appropriate. However, in order to obtain a refreshing appearance, it is preferable that the elastic member of the front body F, particularly at least the lower waist and the central portions of the crotch

In the above embodiment, all of the stretchable member at the site where the stretchability is desired to be cut is cut. For example, as shown in FIG. 21, only a part, for example, 30% or more, particularly preferably 50% or more is cut. You can also. In the illustrated example, every other
Any one or more of the waist
As an elastic member provided in each part of the paper diaper, in addition to materials such as natural rubber and synthetic rubber, elastic elastic materials such as urethane can be used. A thin elastic band or a sheet having a large area can also be used. Examples of these include a band such as urethane, a film or a sheet. A non-porous film or a perforated film can be selected as the film, and a mesh-like sheet can be selected as the sheet. An arrangement example of the non-porous film 60 is shown in FIG.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 28, the width of the
Similarly, in order to eliminate the feeling of fluttering in FIG. 29, in the front body F and the back body B, from the end of the left side to the end of the right side so as to cross the crotch, The shaping
In addition, the aspect of the process of cutting the elastic member and forming the hole X in the examples of FIGS. 28 and 29 is the same as that of the fourth embodiment.
<First embodiment of tape-type paper diaper>
As described above, the present invention covers not only pants-type disposable diapers but also tape-type paper diapers. This first embodiment is shown in FIGS. 30 and 31. FIG. In this example,
Even in such a case, except for the waist

A second embodiment is shown in FIGS. 32 and 33. FIG. This form is an example which does not have a standing cuff. And the
Even in such a case, except for the waist
