Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air spray hand gun that can be applied with a substantially uniform film thickness regardless of whether the area to be coated is large or small, and to reduce the amount of paint that is scattered and wasted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-129444 related to the application of the present patent applicant, by gradually increasing the amount of pulling the trigger, it is possible to eject atomized air, discharge a small amount of paint, An air spray hand gun is known in which ejection and a large amount of paint are sequentially discharged.
[0003]
Here, atomized air is air that is sprayed on the paint discharged from the paint nozzle and atomized and ejected in a round pattern, and pattern air is an atomized paint flow that is ejected in a round pattern with a small area. It is air for efficiently painting large objects to be coated by blowing from both sides and spreading flat.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described conventional air spray hand gun can reduce the waste of the paint by reducing the trigger pulling amount to make the spray pattern of the paint a round pattern with a small area and reducing the waste of the paint. However, it has been impossible to avoid variations in the discharge amount in the round pattern due to accumulation of dimensional errors of parts during assembly.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for solving such a problem, the present invention includes a valve rod for opening and closing a jet nozzle of a paint nozzle, and a tube body that is slidably fitted to the valve rod and retreats by a pulling operation of a trigger. The adjustment rod screwed to the screw rod formed at the rear end of the valve rod so that the screwing amount can be adjusted, and the adjustment rod after the atomization air valve is opened by retreating the tube body. A first valve body that opens the jet nozzle of the paint nozzle by pressing, and is slidably fitted into the pipe body in front of the first valve body, and is formed in the pipe body in the middle of retraction of the pipe body A second valve body that engages with the projected protrusion to open the pattern air valve, and adjusts the screwing amount of the screw rod and the adjusting rod to start the discharge of the paint. as pulling amount is adjusted, discharge rate sequence of paint when only atomizing air is ejected Pattern air In addition to the atomization air is adjustable discharge rate of the paint at the time of ejection.
[0006]
[Action]
When the trigger is pulled a little, the first valve body moves backward together with the tube body to open the atomizing air valve, and then the rear end of the valve rod hits the adjustment rod and the valve rod moves backward slightly. Retreats, a small amount of paint is discharged from the paint nozzle, and is atomized in a round pattern by atomizing air.
[0007]
Here, when the adjusting rod is rotated with respect to the screw rod, the distance between the rear end of the first valve body and the front surface of the adjusting rod is adjusted, and the trigger is pulled after the spraying of the atomized air until the start of the discharge of the paint. The amount is adjusted.
[0008]
Further, when the trigger is pulled, the second valve body is retracted, the pattern air valve is opened, pattern air is ejected, and a large amount of paint is ejected from the paint nozzle.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an air spray handgun according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an outline of a state in which a trigger 6 supported by a shaft 4 on a gun body 2 is pulled at a large angle, and a paint nozzle 8, an atomizing air valve 10, and a pattern air valve 12 are all fully opened. The paint ejected from the paint nozzle 8 is atomized by the atomized air by the air ejected from the atomizing air nozzle 14 provided around the paint nozzle 8, and horizontally by the air ejected from the pattern air nozzle 16 provided above and below. It has become a flat pattern.
[0010]
2 to 5 are schematic views showing the order of operations of the present embodiment.
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the trigger 6 is not pulled at all, and its configuration will be described together with FIG. 6 which is an enlarged view of the main part.
[0011]
A ring 20 that engages the trigger 6 and a pipe body 22 are slidably fitted to the valve rod 18, and a first valve that opens and closes the atomizing air valve 10 at the rear end of the pipe body 22. The body 24 is caulked, and a hook-like protrusion 26 is formed at the center in the length direction. The pattern air valve 12 is energized by the spring 30 between the protrusion 26 and the first valve body 24. The second valve body 28 that closes the valve is slidably fitted.
[0012]
A spring receiver 32 is slidably fitted to the rear portion of the valve rod 18 and is in close contact with the first valve body 24 by the bias of the spring 34.
[0013]
The spring receiver 32 is not always necessary, and the first valve body may be directly pressed by the spring 34.
[0014]
A screw rod 36 projects from the rear end of the valve rod 18, and an adjustment rod 38 is screwed onto the screw rod 36 so that the screwing amount can be adjusted. The spring rod 40 urges the valve rod 18 together with the adjustment rod 38. The paint nozzle 8 is pressed to close.
[0015]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, when the trigger 6 is pulled slightly, the tube body 22 is retracted and the atomizing air valve 10 is opened by the retraction of the first valve body 24, and the atomizing air nozzle is passed through the conduit 42. 14, and the rear surface of the spring receiver 32 comes close to the front surface of the adjusting rod 38.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the trigger 6 is pulled a little more, the spring catch 32 hits the adjustment rod 38 and pushes it, so that the valve rod 18 is slightly retracted and the paint nozzle 8 is opened, and a small amount of paint is discharged and atomized. It is atomized by the air ejected from the air nozzle 14 and ejected in a small circular pattern as shown in FIG.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 5, when the trigger 6 is further pulled, the projection 26 of the tube body 22 pushes the second valve body 28 to open the pattern air valve 12, passes through the conduit 44, and the pattern air nozzles 16 on both the upper and lower sides. Then, the pattern air is ejected, and the paint whose discharge amount is increased by the further retreat of the valve rod 18 is ejected in a flat pattern as shown in FIG.
[0018]
Here, when the adjusting rod 38 is rotated, the position of the adjusting rod 38 with respect to the valve rod 18 is moved, and the position where the spring receiver 32 hits the adjusting rod 38 can be adjusted as appropriate. The amount of paint can be determined as appropriate.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 6, before the trigger 6 is pulled, if the distance a between the spring receiver 32 and the adjusting rod 38 is larger than the distance b between the projection 26 and the second valve body 28, the spring receiver 32 is adjusted. Since the projection 26 hits the second valve element 28 before the paint hits 38 and the pattern air valve 12 opens, the paint is ejected in a flat pattern from the beginning without being ejected in a round pattern.
[0020]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be implemented in various modes without departing from the scope of the claims of the present invention.
