Claims (10)
- 金属部分の陰極防食及び/または不動態化のための犠牲陽極アセンブリにおいて、
相互に電子的接触状態とならないが、陽極及び陰極の間に電流が流れることができるように相互にイオン接触状態となるように配列された前記陽極及び前記陰極を有するセルと、
前記陽極を陰極防食されるべき前記金属部分に電気的に接続するために前記セルの前記陽極に取付けられたコネクタと、
前記セルの前記陰極と直列に電気的に接続された犠牲陽極と、を備え、
前記セルが周囲から絶縁されて、電流が犠牲陽極及びコネクタを介して前記セルに対して流入及び流出することだけができることを特徴とする犠牲陽極アセンブリ。 - 前記犠牲陽極及び前記セルが一体的に接続されて単一ユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記犠牲陽極が前記セルと隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記犠牲陽極は前記セルが少なくとも部分的に内部に配置される容器を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記犠牲陽極が容器を形成し、前記セルが該容器内に配置され、前記犠牲陽極によって被覆されておらず且つ前記コネクタとの接触によって被覆されていない前記セルのエリアであって、1つ或はそれ以上の絶縁手段によって周囲から絶縁されている前記セルのエリアを伴うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記犠牲陽極が封入材料で少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記封入材料が多孔質マトリクスであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質マトリクスがモルタルを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記封入材料が、12から14のpHを有することを特徴とする請求項6、7または8に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
- 前記封入材料は、前記犠牲陽極の継続した腐食を確実にする少なくとも一つの活性剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の犠牲陽極アセンブリ。
