【0003】
この種の電力変換装置の典型的な例としては、例えばGTO(Gate turn-off thyristor)やIGBT(insulated gate bipolar transistor)等の複数の半導体スイッチング素子が直並列に配置されたインバータ装置がある。
【0004】
【0104】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power converter device provided with a noise reduction circuit that flows a noise compensation current so as to cancel the leakage current when the motor is driven at a variable speed based on AC power, particularly in the case of a relatively small leakage current. The present invention also relates to a power converter device that can reliably reduce the leakage current.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, when driving an electric motor for driving an elevator, many power converters capable of supplying desired power have been used.
[0003]
As a typical example of this type of power conversion device, there is an inverter device in which a plurality of semiconductor switching elements such as a gate turn-off thyristor (GTO) and an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) are arranged in series and parallel.
[0004]
This inverter device will be described as a representative example of the power conversion device in the following description.
[0005]
In recent years, in motor drive systems using this type of inverter device, ground leakage current (hereinafter referred to as leakage current) accompanying high-speed switching of each semiconductor switching element has attracted attention as a problem.
[0006]
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, recently, a power converter device including a noise reduction circuit that flows a noise compensation current so as to cancel the leakage current has been proposed.

Therefore, recently, the emergence of means capable of reliably reducing the leakage current even when the leakage current is relatively small has been strongly desired.
[0021]
An object of the present invention is to provide a power conversion device that can obtain a high gain even in the case of a relatively small leakage current and can reliably reduce the leakage current.

And claims 5 In the invention corresponding to the above-mentioned claim, 3 Or claims 4 In the power conversion device according to the invention, gain adjustment mode switch means for resetting the hold voltage in the peak hold means is added.
[0035]
Therefore, the claims 5 In the power conversion device according to the invention corresponding to the above, the hold voltage of the peak hold means is reset, so that 3 Or claims 4 In addition to having the same effect as the invention corresponding to the above, since the adjustment operation can be repeated, even when a plurality of noise reduction circuits are provided, the gain of the noise reduction circuit can be easily adjusted. [0036]
On the other hand, in the invention corresponding to claim 6, the above-mentioned claim is provided. 3 In the power conversion device according to the invention, an A / D conversion unit that uses an electronic volume as a resistor for adjusting the gain of the amplifier circuit, converts an output voltage output from the peak hold unit into a digital signal, and outputs the digital signal; A microcomputer for calculating and outputting a gain based on the output from the A / D conversion means and a means for adjusting the resistance value of the electronic volume based on the output from the microcomputer are added.
[0037]
Therefore, in the power converter of the invention corresponding to claim 6, the gain is calculated based on the hold voltage of the peak hold means, and the resistance value is adjusted by outputting the gain to the electronic volume. The above claims 3 In addition to having the same effect as the invention corresponding to the above, since it is possible to automatically adjust the gain of the amplifier circuit of each noise reduction circuit, noise reduction can be easily performed even when a plurality of noise reduction circuits are provided. The gain of the circuit can be adjusted.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the power conversion device of the present invention, the leakage current is detected from the power line of the AC power supply, the leakage current is input to the amplifier circuit, the gain is adjusted by the resistor, and the noise compensation current is obtained. There are multiple noise reduction circuits that allow noise compensation current to flow through the ground line of the power converter main body so as to cancel the leakage current, and the operation of the amplification circuit of each noise reduction circuit can be set to the operation area according to the level of the leakage current. Since the setting is made so as to have a difference, a high gain can be obtained even in the case of a relatively small leakage current, and the leakage current can be reliably reduced.
