Description

The present invention relates to a system kitchen, and more particularly to a technique for concealing a gap between a door on a front surface of a cabinet and a top counter or a gap between doors and improving workability and design.

The system kitchen is configured by connecting a plurality of cabinets having doors on the front side by side, and placing a top counter on these cabinets (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In such a system kitchen, a gap may occur between the door and the top counter or between the doors.

As a method of coping with such a gap, a method of leaving the gap as it is and a method of hiding the gap with a cover material, for example, can be considered. As a method of concealing the gap with the cover material, for example, a method of attaching a cover material between both side plates of each cabinet is conceivable. In this case, for example, L-shaped mounting brackets are attached to both ends of the back surface of the cover material, A mounting structure that can be fixed to the side plate of the cabinet with a fastener such as a screw is conceivable.

However, in the system kitchen, the method of leaving the gap as it is has a problem that the designability (look) is poor. On the other hand, in the method of covering the gap with the cover material, in order to attach the cover material between the both side plates of each cabinet, L-shaped mounting brackets are attached to both ends of the back surface of the cover material, and the mounting brackets are attached to the cabinet side plates. Since it is necessary to fix with screws and other fasteners and such work must be performed for each cabinet, not only construction takes much time, but also the structure and construction process due to an increase in the number of parts and construction man-hours There is a problem incurring complexity and cost increase.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and can easily and easily hide the gap between the door on the front of the cabinet and the top counter or the gap between the doors, improving design and workability, and The object is to provide a system kitchen that can reduce costs.

The present invention is a system kitchen in which a plurality of cabinets having doors on the front are connected side by side, and a top counter is placed over the cabinets, and a gap between the door and the top counter or A cover material for concealing the gap between the doors is provided across a plurality of cabinets, and a side wall of the cabinet is provided with a recess for removably fitting the cover material with its elastic force. .

According to the present invention, there is a system kitchen in which a plurality of cabinets having doors on the front are connected side by side and a top counter is placed over the cabinets. A cover material for concealing gaps or door-to-door gaps is provided across a plurality of cabinets, and the side plate of the cabinet is provided with a recess for removably fitting the cover material with its elastic force. The gap between the front door and the top counter or the gap between the doors can be easily and easily concealed, and the design and workability can be improved and the cost can be reduced. In particular, since the cover material is continuous across the plurality of cabinets, a system kitchen with high design and high quality can be obtained.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 6 to FIG. 7, the system kitchen 1 according to the present embodiment has a plurality of, for example, at least three cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c connected side by side, and these cabinets 2a, 2b. , 2c and the top counter 4 is placed. Preferably, the side panels 3 and 3 are fixed to the outer surfaces of the cabinets 2b and 2c located at both ends, and the top counter 4 is placed on the cabinets 2a, 2b and 2c including both the side panels 3 and 3. The counter 4 is configured to have a front edge member 5 interposed between the protruding portions of the side panels 3 and 3 protruding upward from the cabinets 2b and 2c at both ends.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, each cabinet 2 a, 2 b, 2 c includes side plates 6, 6 disposed on the left and right sides, a bottom plate 7 provided between the lower ends of the side plates 6, 6, and both side plates. It is mainly comprised from the back board 8 provided between the rear-end parts of 6 and 6, and the horizontal connection material 9 provided between the front-end upper parts of the both-sides boards 6 and 6. FIG. The central cabinet 2a includes drawer-like storage portions 10a, 10b, and 10c at the upper, middle, and lower stages. The cabinet 2c at the right end includes an accommodating portion 12a that accommodates a sink (sink) 11 in the upper stage, and includes drawer-shaped accommodating portions (not shown) in the middle and lower stages. The left end cabinet 2b includes a storage portion 14a for storing a cooking device such as a gas stand 13 in the upper stage, and a drawer-shaped storage section (not shown) in the middle and lower stages.

The side plate 6, the bottom plate 7, the back plate 8, and the connecting member 9 are made of, for example, an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy. In this case, the side plate 6, the bottom plate 7, and the back plate 8 may each be divided into a plurality. The side plate 6 is divided into a plurality of, for example, two in the front-rear direction, the bottom plate 7 is divided into a plurality of, for example, two in the front-rear direction, and the back plate 8 is divided into a plurality of, for example, two in the vertical direction. A connecting plate 15 having an inverted L-shaped cross section is connected between the rear edge of the bottom plate 7 and the lower edge of the back plate 8. The back plate 8 is provided with an inspection port 16. In this case, the inspection port 16 is formed by dividing the back plate 8 vertically into two parts and disposing the upper back plate 8a and the lower back plate 8b vertically apart.

As shown in FIGS. 9A to 9D, an inspection port panel 17 is detachably attached to the inspection port 16 from the inner side in a detachable manner. In order to insert the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the inspection port panel 17 rapidly, a groove 18a having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section is formed at the lower edge portion of the upper back plate 8a. A groove 18b having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed at the edge. In the side plate 6, in order to connect the side plate components 6a and 6b divided into two as shown in FIG. 8, the concave portion 19a having a C-shaped cross section and the convex portion 19b having a T-shaped cross section are arranged in the longitudinal direction. The joint structure to be fitted from above is adopted.

The front portions of the storage units 10a, 10b, and 10c are doors 10ad, 10bd, 10cd, 12bd, 12cd, 14bd, and 14cd that close the front openings of the cabinets 2a, 2b, and 2c. Lower edge of door 10ad of upper storage 10a, upper edge of doors 10bd, 12bd, 14bd of middle storage 10b, 12b, 14b and upper edge of doors 10cd, 12cd, 14cd of lower storage 10c, 12c, 14c The parts are provided with handles 20a, 20b, and 20c, respectively. The decorative plates 12ax and 14ax made of the same material are attached to the front surfaces of the upper steps of the cabinets 2b and 2c at both ends in order to match the design with the door 10ad. The sink 11 is previously attached to the top counter 4 at the time of factory production, and the gas stand 13 is installed after the top counter 4 is constructed.

The front edge member 5 is bonded to the lower surface portion of the front edge of the top counter 4 with an adhesive or the like in advance during factory production. The total length of the front edge member 5 and the inner dimension between the side panels 3 and 3 at both ends must be matched. In this case, since the total length of the plurality of cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c after connecting the plurality of cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c is designed to be slightly shorter than the total length of the front edge member 5, the cabinets 2b, 2c at both ends are brought closer to the central cabinet 2a side. A gap is generated between the cabinets 2b, 2c and the side panels 3 at both ends, resulting in poor design. For this reason, the cabinets 2b and 2c at both ends are installed close to the side panels 3 at both ends as shown in FIG.

Specifically, the side panels 3 and 3 are fixed to the outer surfaces of the cabinets 2b and 2c arranged at both ends. Accordingly, no gap is formed between the cabinets 2b and 2c at both ends and the side panel 3, but a gap s may be generated between the cabinets 2b and 2c at both ends and the central cabinet 2a. Therefore, in order to conceal the gap s, a gap hiding member 23 is provided between the front edges 6e and 6e of the side plates 6 and 6 of the adjacent cabinets 2a and 2b or 2a and 2c.

The front end portion of the side plate 6 has a substantially L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The side plate constituting member 6a is formed with a flange-like front edge 6e, an intermediate edge 6f, and a rear edge 6g that protrude outward at right angles at the front, middle, and rear ends, and is adjacent to the left and right. In the side plate constituent members 6a and 6a that fit, these edge portions 6e, 6f, and 6g are opposed to each other. A gap concealing member 23 is attached between the front edge portions 6e, 6e of the side plates 6 of the adjacent cabinets. This gap concealing member 23 is formed in a substantially cross-sectional shape. That is, the gap concealing member 23 includes a front cover portion 23a disposed across the front surfaces of the opposed front edge portions 6e and 6e, and a rear cover portion 23b disposed across the rear surfaces of the front edge portions 6e and 6e. And a connecting portion 23c that connects the front cover portion 23a and the rear cover portion 23b. The connecting portion 23c is inserted from the longitudinal direction into the gap s between the adjacent front edge portions 6e, 6e.

The gap concealing member 23 is preferably formed of a resin having substantially the same color as that of, for example, a metal side plate. As shown in FIG. 8, a packing 24 is attached to the front end portion of the side plate 6 so as to seal between the door (for example, 10 bd). There is a gap Sa between the doors 10bd and 14bd of the adjacent cabinets 2a and 2b, but only the gap concealing member 23 can be seen from the gap Sa. When the door (for example, 10bd) is opened, the side plate 6 Although the front end of the gap is exposed, the gap s is covered with the gap hiding member 23 of the same color as the side plate, so that the gap s is not exposed, and the presence of the gap hiding member 23 is not known. Can be planned.

As described above, the back side of the lower edge portion of the door 10ad of the upper storage portion 10a and the back side of the upper edge portions of the doors 10bd, 12bd, 14bd of the middle storage portions 10b, 12b, 14b are the handles 20a, 20b, respectively. A gap Sb is provided between the lower edge portion of the door 10ad and the upper edge portion of the door 10bd to insert the hand and hook it on the handle 20a or 20b. Similarly, a gap Sb is provided between the lower edge portion of the upper decorative plates 12ax and 14ax and the upper edge portion of the middle doors 12bd and 14bd to insert the hand and hook it on the handle 20b. In order to hide this gap Sb, that is, to hide (cover) the gap from the back side so that the inside cannot be seen from this gap Sb, a cover material 21 is provided across the plurality of cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c.

As shown in FIG. 10, the grips 20a and 20b are formed by processing the back sides of the lower edge portion of the upper door 10ad and the upper edge portion of the middle door 10bd into a concave curved surface (circular arc shape). The cover member 21 is formed in a shallow cross-sectional substantially C-shape or cross-sectional arch shape having one concave curved surface continuous with the concave curved surfaces of the upper and lower handles 20a and 20b. This cover material 21 is formed in a long length in the left-right direction so as to be horizontally laid across all the cabinets 2a to 2c. This cover material 21 is interposed between the side panels 3 and 3 at both ends so as to penetrate the side plates 6 of all the cabinets 2a to 2c. In this case, in order not to generate a gap between the end portion of the cover material 21 and the side panel 3, the length of the cover material 21 and the internal dimensions between the side panels 3, 3 at both ends are the same. It is preferable.

In order to facilitate the attachment of the cover material 21, the side plates 6 of the cabinets 2a to 2c are provided with recesses (notches) 22 for detachably fitting the cover material 21 with its elastic force. Yes. In the present embodiment, plate-like ribs 21a and 21b protruding rearward are formed on the upper edge portion and the lower edge portion of the cover material 21 in parallel with each other along the longitudinal direction. The cover material 21 is fitted into the recess 22 in a state where the ribs 21 a and 21 b are in surface contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the recess 22.

Further, a latching portion 25 is formed on the outer surface of the upper and lower ribs 21a and 21b on the rear side, and the cover material 21 is pushed into the recess 22 at a corresponding position on the upper surface and the lower surface of the recess 22 so as to cover the entire cover material 21. A hook receiving portion 26 is formed in the shape of a groove on which the hook portion (hook portion) 25 is hooked when the screw is received in the recess 22. In addition, sealing members (not shown) made of a soft resin for sealing between the doors 10ad, 10bd, 12bd, 14bd or the decorative materials 12ax, 14ax are provided on the upper and lower edges of the cover material 21. A mounting groove 27 for mounting is formed. The cover material 21 formed in this way is made of, for example, an extruded aluminum material, and preferably has a metallic gloss.

Next, a method for assembling the system kitchen 1 will be described. First, at least three cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c are installed side by side at predetermined positions in the room, and the side panels 3, 3 are respectively fixed to the outer surfaces of the cabinets 2b, 2c located at both ends. Next, these cabinets 2a, 2b, and 2c are temporarily connected with a connector (connection bolt). At the time of this temporary connection, the gap concealing member 23 is inserted along the gap s between the front end edges 6e, 6e of the side plates 6, 6 of the adjacent cabinets 2a, 2b and 2a, 2c.

Next, the top counter 4 having the front edge member 5 integrally may be placed on the cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c including the side panels 3, 3 at both ends, and after positioning, all of them may be fully connected. And what is necessary is just to fit and attach a cover material in the state ranging over all the cabinets with respect to the recessed part of the side plate of each cabinet.

In this way, a plurality of cabinets 2a, 2b, 2c are installed side by side, side panels 3, 3 are fixed to the outer side surfaces of cabinets 2b, 2c located at both ends, and the cabinet includes both side panels 3, 3. A top counter 4 is placed on 2a, 2b, 2c, and the top counter 4 is interposed between the protruding portions of the side panels 3, 3 protruding above the cabinets 2b, 2c at both ends. In order to conceal the gap s generated between the cabinets 2b, 2c at both ends and the intermediate cabinet 2a, the front edges of the side plates 6, 6 of the adjacent cabinets 2a, 2b or 2a, 2c Since the gap concealment member 23 is provided between the portions 6e and 6e, the gap s between the cabinets 2a and 2b or 2a and 2c can be easily closed, and the design and performance can be improved. Sex improvement of can be achieved.

Since the gap concealing member 23 is formed in a substantially sectional shape, it can be easily attached to the gap s and can be reliably and easily covered regardless of the size of the gap s. . In addition, the gap concealment member 23 has a simple structure as can be seen from its shape, and can be easily manufactured to reduce costs.

In particular, in the system kitchen 1, a plurality of cabinets 2 a to 2 c having doors on the front side are installed side by side, a top counter 4 is placed over the cabinets 2 a to 2 c, and the doors are connected to each other. A cover material 21 that conceals the gap Sb (including the door and the decorative material) is provided across the plurality of cabinets 2a to 2c, and the cover material 21 can be attached to and detached from the side plates 6 of the cabinets 2a to 2c by its elastic force. Since the recess 22 for fitting is provided, the gap between the doors 12ad and 12bd (including the gap between the doors 12bd and 14bd and the decorative materials 12ax and 14ax) on the front surface of the cabinets 2a to 2c is easily and easily hidden. The design and workability can be improved and the cost can be reduced.

That is, the cover material 21 can be easily and easily attached by fitting the side plates 6 of the cabinets 2a to 2c into the recesses 22 when the system kitchen 1 is constructed, and any fixing tool such as an L-shaped mounting bracket or a screw can be used. Since it is not necessary, the number of parts and construction man-hours can be greatly reduced, the structure and construction process can be simplified, workability can be improved, and costs can be reduced. In particular, since the single cover material 21 is continuously attached across the plurality of cabinets 2a to 2c, the design property can be further improved, and a high-quality system kitchen can be obtained.
