本発明は経時的な着色を防止したミノキシジル含有組成物に関する。

ミノキシジルは、その育毛効果から外用育毛剤として期待されている成分である。

しかし、ミノキシジルを溶液状態で保存すると経時的に着色しやすいという欠点があり、商品価値の低下を招くおそれがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はミノキシジルを配合した組成物の着色を防止することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
一般的に着色しやすい成分を液剤に配合するには、抗酸化剤を配合して改善させることが考えられるが、ミノキシジル含有液剤にあっては抗酸化剤を配合しても着色防止にほとんど寄与しない、あるいは着色を防止するどころかむしろ増強することを本発明者は発見した。

そこで、この問題を解決すべく鋭意検討した結果、ミノキシジル含有液剤組成物のpHを特定の範囲に調整することによって、上記のような不利益が改善され液剤着色防止効果が著しく向上することを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明は、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン及びブチルヒドロキシアニソールからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種を配合し、ミノキシジルの濃度が3〜6質量%であり、pHが5.7〜6.4であるミノキシジル含有組成物である。

また、本発明は、ミノキシジルの濃度が3〜6質量%であるミノキシジル含有組成物において、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン及びブチルヒドロキシアニソールからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種を配合し、かつpHを5.7〜6.4とすることを特徴とする組成物の着色防止方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本組成物中のジブチルヒドロキシトルエン及びブチルヒドロキシアニソールからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種の配合量は、ミノキシジル1質量部に対して0.005〜0.5質量部が好ましく、さらに好ましくは0.01〜0.5質量部である。最も好ましくは、組成物の0.1〜0.5w/v%である。十分な量を添加しない場合にあっては、pHの範囲が適切であっても着色を増強することがある。

本発明の組成物は、pHを低くすると着色防止効果が小さくなることから、pHは5.7以上であることが好ましく、さらに好ましくは6.0以上である。

また、ミノキシジルの溶解性の点からpHは6.4以下が好ましく、さらに好ましくは6.3以下である。

本発明の組成物のpH調整は、通常使用されるpH調整剤を使用することができ、具体的には、例えば、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、乳酸などの有機酸やリン酸、塩酸、硫酸などの無機酸を挙げることができる。

本発明の組成物においてミノキシジルの濃度は組成物全体の3〜6質量%が好ましく、さらに好ましくは5〜6質量%である。

本発明の組成物では、多価アルコールを溶媒として配合することが好ましい。

多価アルコールとしては、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、1,3−ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、ヘキシレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコールが好ましく、さらに好ましくは1,3−ブチレングリコールである。ポリエチレングリコールとしては、マクロゴール200およびマクロゴール400が好ましい。多価アルコールの配合量はミノキシジル1質量部に対し1〜50質量部が好ましい。

本発明の組成物の形態は、特に限定されるものではなく、ローション剤、エアゾール剤、ゲル剤等いずれでも採ることができ、その製造方法は、医薬品又は化粧料の製剤化における一般的な方法で調製することができる。

なお、本発明の組成物は、必要に応じ、溶解補助剤(脂肪酸エステル、多価アルコール脂肪酸エステル、中鎖脂肪酸グリセリド、植物油、アルキルグリセリルエーテル)、界面活性剤(非イオン性界面活性剤、レシチン誘導体、高分子乳化剤)、乳化安定剤、吸収促進剤などを配合することができる。

本発明により、長期にわたって着色が防止されたミノキシジル含有組成物の提供が可能となった。

以下、実施例および試験例により本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。なお、pHは硝子電極によるpH計(東亜電波工業製)を用いて、製剤5mLについて5分後のpHを測定した。

ミノキシジル5g、1,3−ブチレングリコール30g、エタノール50g、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン0.5gにリン酸0.5mLを添加し、精製水で全量を100mLとし、撹拌溶解してローションタイプの組成物を調製した。組成物のpHは6.0であった。

ミノキシジル5g、1,3−ブチレングリコール30g、エタノール50g、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン0.1gにリン酸0.9mLを添加し、精製水で全量を100mLとし、撹拌溶解してローションタイプの組成物を調製した。組成物のpHは5.5であった。

ミノキシジル5g、グリセリン5g、エタノール60.05g、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン0.2g、リン酸0.5mLを添加し、精製水で全量100mLとし、撹拌溶解してローションタイプの組成物を調製した。組成物のpHは5.9であった。
実施例5
ミノキシジル5g、グリセリン5g、エタノール60.05g、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン0.1g、リン酸0.5mLを添加し、精製水で全量100mLとし、撹拌溶解してローションタイプの組成物を調製した。組成物のpHは5.9であった。
実施例6
ミノキシジル5g、マクロゴール400 5g、エタノール60.05g、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン0.2g、リン酸適量を添加しpH6.0とした後、精製水で全量100mLとし、ローションタイプの組成物を調製した。
