Claims (6)
- 蒸気タービンロータホイール(42)上に組立てるブレード(24)を製造する方法であって、当該方法が、
翼形部(28)に複数のポケット(30、32)を形成する段階と、
必要な温度性能に応じて選択した1つ以上の充填材料(40、38)で前記ポケットを充填する段階と、
を含んでおり、前記複数のポケットが、半径方向外側ポケット(32)と半径方向内側ポケット(30)とを含み、前記半径方向外側ポケット(32)内の充填材料(38)の温度性能が、前記半径方向内側ポケット(30)内の充填材料(40)の温度性能よりも高い、方法。 - 前記より高い温度性能が少なくとも204°C(400°F)の性能である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料(38、40)がポリマーを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料(38、40)がウレタンポリマーを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 複数のポケット(30、32)が形成された翼形部(28)を有し、前記複数のポケット(30、32)が、必要な温度性能に応じて選択したそれぞれ異なる充填材料(40、38)で充填されている、タービンブレード(24)であって、前記複数のポケット(30、32)が、半径方向外側ポケット(32)と半径方向内側ポケット(30)とを含み、前記半径方向外側ポケット(32)内の充填材料(38)の温度性能が、前記半径方向内側ポケット(30)内の充填材料(40)の温度性能よりも高い、タービンブレード。
- 前記ポリマー充填材料がウレタンポリマーを含む、請求項5記載のタービンブレード。
