Description
ワックス紙2が貼付されており、更にこのワックス紙2の上には色紙3がその彩色面4をワックス紙2側にして重畳され、これら表面側全体が透明フィルム5によって被覆されている。この温度感知シールにおいては、色紙3の彩色面4は裏側に位置し、通常は遮蔽され見えないが、あらかじめ設定された温度になると、ワックス紙2に含浸せしめられているワックスが融解し、色紙3に浸み込んで透明化し、それまで見えなかった彩色面4を表面側、つまり上方から透けて見える様にすることによって発色させていた。
ワックス混合物を塗布してワックス層7を形成せしめた後、これを任意の平面形状になる様に打ち抜いて感温片9を形成し、この感温片9をシート状をなした基材1上にワックス層7側が表面側になる様に貼付し、基材1の表面側全体を透明フィルム5で被覆するという方法により製造した。

Claims (6)
- 任意の平面形状を有する色紙(6)の彩色面(4)上に、あらかじめ設定された任意の温度で融解する直鎖状炭化水素を主体とするワックスを粉末状に粉砕したものと適量の粘ちょう剤とからなり、所定の設定温度に達すると、それまで白濁して不透明であったものが透明化するワックス層(7)が形成された感温片(9)を、シート状をなした基材(1)上にワックス層(7)側を表面側にして貼付し、更に基材(1)の表面側全体を透明フィルム(5)で被覆せしめたことを特徴とする温度感知シール。
- 色紙原紙(8)の彩色面(4)上に、あらかじめ設定された任意の温度で融解する直鎖状炭化水素を主体とするワックスを粉末状に粉砕したものと適量の粘ちょう剤と溶剤とを混練してなり、所定の設定温度に達すると、それまで白濁して不透明であったものが透明化するワックス混合物を塗布してワックス層(7)を形成せしめた後、これを任意の平面形状になる様に打ち抜いて感温片(9)を形成し、この感温片(9)をシート状をなした基材(1)上にワックス層(7)側が表面側になる様に貼付し、基材(1)の表面側全体を透明フィルム(5)で被覆することを特徴とする温度感知シールの製造方法。
- ボールミルによってワックスを粉砕して粉末状とすることを特徴とする請求項2記載の温度感知シールの製造方法。
- 粘ちょう剤がエチルセルロースであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の温度感知シール。
- 溶剤がブタノールであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の温度感知シールの製造方法。
- ワックスと粘ちょう剤と溶剤の混合重量比が概ね41:4:55であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の温度感知シールの製造方法。
