Description
(1)全塩基価200mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性硫化アルキルフェノールカルシウム塩清浄剤が、カルシウム含有量換算値として0.5〜1.0質量%、
(2)全塩基価250mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム塩清浄剤が、カルシウム含有量換算値として2.1〜1.5質量%、
(3)窒素原子含有無灰性分散剤が、窒素含有量換算値として0.005〜0.1質量%、
(4)ジヒドロカルビルジチオリン酸亜鉛が、リン含有量換算値として0.007〜0.10質量%、
[ただし、過塩基性硫化アルキルフェノールカルシウム塩清浄剤に起因するカルシウム量と過塩基性アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム塩清浄剤に起因するカルシウム量との質量比は22:78乃至37:63(前者:後者)の範囲、好ましくは23:77乃至36:64(前者:後者)の範囲にある]。
(1)フェネート清浄剤
TBNが250のカルシウムフェネート(Ca含有量:9.6質量%)
(2)スルホネート清浄剤
TBNが425のカルシウムスルホネート(Ca含有量:16.1質量%)
(3)無灰性分散剤
ビス型コハク酸イミド(N含有量:2.0質量%)
(4)ジヒドロカルビルジチオリン酸亜鉛(Zn−DTP)
第一級アルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(P含有量:1.66質量%)
(5)基油:100℃の動粘度が11.0mm2/sの基油と100℃の動粘度が32.0mm2/sの基油とを質量比で60:40の比で混合したもの
上記の添加剤成分を各添加剤の潤滑油組成物全体量に対する指標元素含有量が第1表の数値となるように組み合わせて、SAE粘度グレードが50で、全塩基価(TBN:D2896による測定値)が70mg・KOH/gの本発明に従う潤滑油組成物を製造した。
上記の添加剤成分を各添加剤の潤滑油組成物全体量に対する指標元素含有量が第1表の数値となるように組み合わせて、SAE粘度グレードが50で、全塩基価(TBN:D2896による測定値)が70mg・KOH/gの比較用の潤滑油組成物を製造した。なお、比較例3〜4は、フェネートカルシウム塩がスルホネートカルシウム塩よりも相対的に多く用いた例で、ともに参考例に相当する。
実施例および比較例の潤滑油組成物について、2−サイクルクロスヘッドディーゼルエンジンの潤滑油として用いた場合のシリンダライナ摩耗量について、あるいはスカッフィングの発生について下記の試験により評価した。評価結果をまとめて第1表に示す。
二円筒摺動式摩擦摩耗試験機により、各試験油を使用した試験での試験片の摩耗量とスカッフィングを調べた。なお、本試験機の試験片は回転片と固定片とからなり、材質は鋳鉄である。試験油60mL、試験温度280℃、回転数477rpm、すべり速度1m/秒にて、ステップアップ荷重方式により、20kg/cm2(2MPa)ずつ増加させ、試験時間は130分間とした。試験後に、試験片の摩耗量(単位:μm)を計測した。なお、試験途中で焼き付き現象を起こした場合は、スカッフィング(Scuffing:Scuff)と判定した。

Claims (5)
- 40℃における動粘度が22〜300mm2/sの基油に、少なくとも下記の成分が下記の潤滑油組成物全量に対する含有量にて溶解もしくは分散されてなる全塩基価が60〜100mg・KOH/gの範囲にあるディーゼル内燃機関用潤滑油組成物:
(1)全塩基価200mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性硫化アルキルフェノールカルシウム塩清浄剤が、カルシウム含有量換算値として0.5〜1.0質量%、
(2)全塩基価250mg・KOH/g以上の過塩基性アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム塩清浄剤が、カルシウム含有量換算値として2.1〜1.5質量%、
(3)窒素原子含有無灰性分散剤が、窒素含有量換算値として0.005〜0.1質量%、
(4)ジヒドロカルビルジチオリン酸亜鉛が、リン含有量換算値として0.007〜0.1質量%、
ただし、過塩基性硫化アルキルフェノールカルシウム塩清浄剤に起因するカルシウム量と過塩基性アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム塩清浄剤に起因するカルシウム量との質量比は22:78乃至37:63(前者:後者)の範囲にある。 - 過塩基性硫化アルキルフェノールカルシウム塩清浄剤に起因するカルシウム量と過塩基性アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム塩清浄剤に起因するカルシウム量との質量比は23:77乃至36:64(前者:後者)の範囲にある請求項1に記載のディーゼル内燃機関用潤滑油組成物。
- 過塩基性硫化アルキルフェノールカルシウム塩清浄剤が全塩基価250mg・KOH/g以上のものである請求項1に記載のディーゼル内燃機関用潤滑油組成物。
- 無灰性分散剤が、分子量800〜8000のポリブテニル基を有するコハク酸イミドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼル内燃機関用潤滑油組成物。
- 2−サイクルクロスヘッドディーゼルエンジンの潤滑用である請求項1に記載のディーゼル内燃機関用潤滑油組成物。
