脱穀機を載置したコンバインによる立毛穀稈の収穫作業は、コンバインの走行車台の前部に設けた刈取機で立毛穀稈は刈取りされ、この刈取り穀稈は、この刈取機で後方上部へ移送され、走行車台の上側に載置した左・右側板と前後側板と中仕切板と後仕切板で箱体に形成した脱穀機のフィードチエンと挟持杆とで引継ぎされ、これらフィードチエンと挟持杆とで挟持されて、脱穀機の上部に設けた脱穀室内を挟持移送中に脱穀され、脱穀済み穀粒及び一部の藁屑等はこの脱穀室から下部の選別室内に設けて、穀粒と藁屑等とに揺動選別する揺動選別装置へ供給される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
穀粒と、藁屑等に揺動選別する揺動選別装置を内装した選別室の一方側を形成する右側板の位置より、二番胴を内装して二番物を再脱穀処理する二番処理室を形成する右側板の位置を所定距離右外側へ位置させて設けたことにより、二番処理室内で再脱穀処理され、再脱穀処理された一部の穀粒、及び藁屑等は揺動選別装置の右側へ片寄って漏下供給される事が多くなり、このために、揺動選別性能が低下することが発生していた。又、右側板には、排塵処理室の下側に設けた排塵網、及び二番処理室の下側に設けた二番網等を着脱したり、掃除したりする排塵掃除口、及び二番掃除口を設けていないことにより、これらの各作業を容易に行うことができなかったが、この発明により、これらの問題点を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このために、請求項1に記載の発明は、前側板(4a)及び後側板(4b)と、左側板(5a)及び右側板(5b)と、中仕切板(6a)及び後仕切板(6b)によって箱体(3)を構成し、該箱体(3)内の上部に、穀稈を脱穀する脱穀室(7)を設け、該脱穀室(7)の右側後部に排塵物を処理する排塵処理室(8)を設け、脱穀室(7)の右側部に二番物を処理する二番処理室(9)を設け、前記脱穀室(7)下部に選別室(30)を設け、該選別室(30)内に穀粒と藁屑とを選別する揺動選別(32d)を設け、該揺動選別棚(32d)の前端部には移送棚(32a)を設け、選別室(30)の右側の側板となる前記右側板(5b)を、前記二番処理室(9)内に設けた二番胴(9a)よりも右側へ偏倚させ、前記右側板(5b)に、排塵掃除口(10)と、前後方向において移送棚(32a)の設置域の全域に亘る二番掃除口(11)とを設け、該排塵掃除口(10)から排塵処理室(8)下側の排塵網(8d)を着脱自在に構成すると共に、二番掃除口(11)から二番処理室(9)下側の二番網(9d)を着脱して該二番掃除口(11)から移送棚(32a)上の穀粒や藁屑を除去できる構成とし、前記排塵網(8d)を張設した排塵網枠(8e)の後端部と前記後側板(4b)との間に、排塵処理室(8)後端の排塵排出口(29a)から排出される排塵物を外部へ排出案内する末広がりに形成したガイド板(40)を設け、該ガイド板(40)の後端部を揺動選別棚(32d)の後端部よりも所定距離前方に配置したことを特徴とする脱穀機としたものである。

【発明の効果】
請求項1に記載の発明によると、二番処理室下側の二番網9dから漏下して揺動選別棚(2d)上へ落下供給される再脱穀処理物が、右側へ片寄って供給されることがなくなり、左右方向へ均等に落下供給されることにより、選別性能が向上する。又、脱穀室部の全巾よりも選別室30の全巾が広くなることにより、安定した形状の脱穀機とすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
コンバイン1の走行車台14の上側へ載置して、穀稈を脱穀する脱穀機2の上部には、脱穀室7を設け、この脱穀室7の横側後部には、排塵物を再脱穀処理する排塵処理室8を設けると共に、前部には、二番物を再脱穀処理する二番処理室9を設け、これら排塵・二番処理室8,9を形成する一側部の右側板5bには、排塵掃除口10と、二番掃除口11等を設けた構成である。これら排塵・二番処理室8,9、及び排塵・二番掃除口10,11を主に図示して説明する。

前記コンバイン1の走行車台14の下側には、図12で示す如く土壌面を走行する左右一対の走行クローラ15aを張設した走行装置15を配設し、走行車台14の上側には、脱穀機2を載置した構成である。走行車台14の前側の刈取機16で立毛穀稈を刈取りし、この刈取り穀稈は、この刈取機16で後方上部へ移送され、脱穀機2のフィードチエン17aと挟持杆17bとで引継ぎされて、挟持移送されながら脱穀される。脱穀済みで選別済み穀粒は、脱穀機2の右横側に配設した穀粒貯留タンク18内に一時貯留される。

前記走行車台14の前側には、図12で示す如く前端位置から立毛穀稈を分離するナローガイド19a、及び分草体19bと、立毛穀稈を引起す引起装置20aと、引起された穀稈を掻込みする穀稈掻込移送装置21の掻込装置21aと、掻込された穀稈を刈取る刈刃装置20bと、刈取りされた穀稈を挟持移送して脱穀機2のフィードチエン17aと、挟持杆17bとへ受渡しする穀稈掻込移送装置21の根元・穂先移送装置22a,22b等からなる刈取機16を設けている。該刈取機16は、油圧駆動による伸縮シリンダ23により、土壌面に対して昇降自在に移動する構成である。

前記刈取機16の前方下部から後方上部へ傾斜する支持杆24aの上端部には、左右方向の支持パイプ杆24bを設け、この支持パイプ杆24bを走行車台14の上側面に設けた支持装置24cで回動自在に支持させて、伸縮シリンダ23の作動により、刈取機16は支持パイプ杆24bを回動中心として、上下に回動する構成である。
