本発明は住宅建築における屋根の棟部を構成する金具であり、特に棟木を保持する金具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の住宅の屋根における頂部となる棟部の構造は幅の狭い板材が軒先から連続して打ち付けられて形成された下地と瓦から成る屋根の頂部に土、漆喰等を介して瓦が積み上げられ盛り上げられて施工を行う湿式工法と呼ばれる棟部施工方法が一般的であった。しかし近年になり施工性、また棟部の耐風圧性能向上の為、金具を用いた乾式金物工法が主流になってきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような背景のもと、近年主流になりつつある乾式金物工法では多種多様な金具が提案されている。その代表的な一例として実開昭57−21712では棟木の左右いずれか半分を受け止める形状にした金具が開示されている。また実公平61−2734では一種類の棟木金具を適宜組み合わせ多目的に使用できる金具が開示されている。

ところで棟部を施工する作業者はその棟部の形状、取付強度、工期などを様々な要素を考慮し最も適切な形状の金具を選定し棟部の施工を行うこととなる。また棟受金具の受木部の大きさと棟木の大きさが異なる場合が数多くある。そこで作業者は上記の問題を解決できる様々な形状の金具を用意しておく必要がありこれでは経済的に非効率であり現実的には不可能という問題があった。

そこで棟部の形状、工期左右されず耐風圧性能に優れ且つ棟木の大きさに左右されない作業者にとって経済的な金具を提供する事にある。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
上記ような課題を解決する為、請求項1の発明は側壁部と底面部からなるL字板状の受木部を有し、且つ前記底面部の側壁部と反対側の端から側壁部の垂設方向と反対方向に向けて斜設した固定脚部を連設し屋根用棟受金具において、前記屋根用棟受金具を二つ、左右対称にして且つ前後互い違いに配置し、各々の底面部の一部を切断可能な接続片で連結し、前記接続片に少なくとも一箇所以上の貫通孔を設けた構成を採用したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図事例と共に説明する。

図1に示す発明実施の形態について説明する。側壁部1と底面部2からなるL字板状の受木部3を有し、且つ前記底面部2の側壁部1と反対側の端から側壁部1の垂設方向と反対方向に向けて斜設した固定脚部4を連設した屋根用棟受金具において、前記屋根用棟受金具を二つ、左右対称にして且つ前後互い違いに配置し、各々の底面部2の一部を切断可能な接続片10で連結し、前記接続片10に少なくとも一箇所以上の貫通孔12を設けたことを特徴とする屋根用棟受金具である。尚、本実施例では側壁部1及び固定客部4にはねじ、釘8などの固着具用の挿通穴5を設けてある。

次に実施の形態を図2に示す。図2においては棟木9と左右対称にして且つ前後互い違いにした時の受木部3の大きさがほぼ同じ場合に有効な取付方法である。まず始めに屋根頂部6に本発明の金具を仮置きしてゆく。仮置きの後、野地板7に本金具を固定する。固定にあたっては固定脚部4に接着剤を塗布し野地板7に固定しても良いが、本実施例では固着具用の挿通穴5を利用して、ねじ、釘8などで野地板7に取り付けている。本金具を野地板7に固定後、棟木9を本金具の受木部3にはめ込み、その後、図3のように側壁部1に設けた固着具用の挿通穴5を介してねじ、釘8で棟木9を本金具と固定できる。無論、接着剤を用いて棟木9を固定しても良い。

次に本金具の棟木9の大きさと左右対称にして且つ前後互い違いにした時の受木部3の大きさが異なる場合の有効な取付方法である。前述の受木部3と棟木9の大きさが異なる場合は、本金具の切断可能な接続片10を利器工具等で切断し二つに分ける。尚、切断にあたって利器工具が準備できない場合は、切断可能な接続片10を繰り返し折り曲げることで本金具を二つに分けることも可能である。

尚、図5のように切断可能な接続片10に貫通12を設けておくと更に切断が行いやすくなる。

このようにして二つに分けられた各々の本金具を図6のように棟木9を中心に左右対称にして且つ前後互い違いに取り付ける。取付にあたっては周知のように接着剤を用いても良いが、本実施例では挿通穴5を介してねじ、釘8で固定している。このようにして本金具を取りつけた棟木9を図3と同様に屋根頂部6に設置し、ねじ、釘8を用いて野地板7に固定すればよい。尚、この実施例で示す本発明の金具は平瓦などを用いた洋風の棟部を施工するのに適している。

次に図7に示す発明実施の形態について説明する。側壁部1と底面部2からなるL字板状の受木部3を有し、且つ前記底面部2の側壁部1と反対側の端から側壁部1と離れる方向に延設した胴部11を連接し、更に前記胴部11から側壁部1の垂設方向と反対方向に向けて斜設した固定脚部4を連設する屋根用棟受金具において、前記屋根用棟受金具を二つ、左右対称にして且つ前後互い違いに配置し各々の胴部11の一部を切断可能な接続片10で連結し、前記接続片10に少なくとも一箇所以上の貫通孔12を設けたことを特徴とする屋根用棟受金具である。尚、図中において切断可能な接続片は複数設けているが1つであってもよい。

この本金具においても前述のように使用目的に応じ切断せずに使用することも可能であるし、また胴部11の切断可能な接続片10を切断して用いることも可能となる。この図7に示す本発明の金具は純和風の冠瓦などを用いた棟部に適している。

以上のように、この発明によると棟部を施工する際に本発明の金具臨機応変な棟部施工を行うことが可能となる上に、金具の管理が容易くなると共にコスト低減が可能となる。
