Description
The present invention relates to a building frame for decorating with a decorative member or the like while maintaining the strength of a concrete block fence, brick fence, and other structures, and a structure using the same.
When decorating concrete block fences or brick fences, mainly form blocks by assembling the blocks by the usual masonry method, placing decorative members directly at the target position, or by formwork block construction Etc., a method is employed in which reinforcing bars are arranged vertically and horizontally in the opening, concrete is driven in to form a bearing wall, and then a decorative member or the like is fitted (Non-Patent Document 1).
Examples of the general decorative member used in the former case include concrete and glass. Since these decorative members have a flat outer peripheral surface structure, it is often difficult to sufficiently arrange mortar or reinforcing bars between adjacent blocks. Therefore, in such a structure, it is difficult to give sufficient strength to the portion where the decorative member is applied. In order to secure the strength of the part to which such decorative members are applied, a decorative block provided with a groove capable of arranging a reinforcing bar is also used. In order to maintain the strength of the object, it is necessary to secure a sufficient thickness of the block as described above, and the present situation is that the decorative member has a structure that does not look very good.
On the other hand, in the latter method, it is necessary to devise the construction method in order to provide an opening in the block fence. That is, since it is difficult to arrange reinforcing bars between the block around the opening into which the decorative member is fitted, it is necessary to sufficiently secure the strength around the opening of the bag by other methods. For example, when constructing a structure such as a fence with a block, horizontal bars are arranged at intervals of 60 to 80 cm. By performing the same construction as the end, the strength at the opening of the structure is maintained. Therefore, in order to provide a plurality of openings, it is necessary to perform the same construction around each opening, and the design and construction become complicated and the cost efficiency deteriorates.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, when the opening 99 is provided, it is necessary to bind the
Also, decorative members made of aluminum, iron or glass are also known, but no fitting shape is formed around the decorative members, and stable bonding with the filler to maintain the required strength of the structure There is a problem in structural design that it is inferior. Also, these decorative members do not have sufficient space to arrange the vertical and horizontal streaks and fill them with mortar, and since there is no function of connecting the vertical and horizontal streaks to these decorative members, There is a problem with the strength of the entire structure. For example, a glass block is generally not used at a position where vertical and horizontal stripes enter.
Further, as can be seen in the conventional frame body, in order to mount the decorative member, a special member must be used at a special location, and it is difficult to easily mount the decorative member economically. It was.
Further, since such decoration of the frame is applied to the center of the frame, it is not possible to place an object in the space inside the frame after decoration. In particular, the inside of the frame body for casting and assembly like the conventional frame body can be inclined in a convex shape toward the center, so it is suitable for actions such as placing objects in the space inside the frame body. There wasn't.
The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-described drawbacks, and the object of the present invention is to integrate the convex body formed on the construction frame with an adhesive material such as mortar. The purpose is to strengthen the property.
In addition, when applying decorative members, etc. to the structure, the construction efficiency is improved without significantly changing the conventional construction method, without restricting the design applied to the decorative member, etc. The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to change the design of the decorative member and the like by a simple process even after the construction.
Furthermore, it aims at improving joint stability and ensuring the intensity | strength of a structure by supporting a horizontal stripe or a vertical stripe by a convex-shaped body or a concave groove, or fitting with the adjacent upper and lower structural members.
