Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a building frame for decorating with a decorative member or the like while maintaining the strength of a concrete block fence, brick fence, and other structures, and a structure using the same.
When decorating concrete block fences or brick fences, the main method is to place decoration members at the desired position while assembling the fences by the usual masonry method, or to decorate the fence with an opening. A method of fitting a member or the like is employed.
As the ordinary decorative member used in the former case, for example, those made of concrete or glass are known. However, many of these decorative members have a structure in which the outer peripheral surface is flat, and it is difficult to provide sufficient mortar or reinforcing bar arrangement between adjacent blocks. Therefore, in such a structure, it is difficult to give sufficient strength to the portion to which the decorative member is applied. In order to secure the strength of the part where such decorative members are applied, decorative blocks with grooves that can arrange reinforcing bars are also used, but in order to apply such grooves, It is necessary to secure a sufficient thickness of the block for reasons such as maintaining the strength of the block, and the present situation is that the decorative member is not very attractive.
On the other hand, in the latter method, it is necessary to devise the construction method in order to provide an opening in the block fence. That is, since it is difficult to arrange reinforcing bars between the block around the opening into which the decorative member is fitted, it is necessary to sufficiently ensure the strength around the opening of the bag by other methods. Usually, when constructing a structure such as a wall with a block, horizontal bars are arranged at intervals of 60 to 80 cm. When the opening is provided here, the left and right sides of the opening are constructed in the same manner as the heel end using dedicated corner blocks, so that the strength of the heel of the opening is maintained. In order to provide a plurality of openings, it is necessary to perform the same construction around each opening, and the design and construction become complicated, and the cost efficiency deteriorates.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, when the opening 99 is provided, it is necessary to bind the
Further, although decorative members made of aluminum, iron, or glass are also known, the fitting shape is not formed on the outer peripheral surface of the decorative member, and there is a problem in adhesion stability with surrounding structural members. In addition, these decorative members do not have a sufficient space necessary for arranging and filling mortar with vertical and horizontal bars, and since there is no function of connecting the vertical and horizontal bars and these decorative members, There is a problem with the strength of the entire structure. For example, a glass block is generally not used at a position where vertical and horizontal stripes enter (Non-patent Document 2).
In the case where the present invention applies decorative members to structures such as concrete block fences, not only the conventional construction technique can be used, but also the design applied to the decorative members and the like, which increases the construction efficiency compared to conventional construction and It is an object to be able to change the design of the decorative member and the like without limiting the material and after the construction of the structure, and to sufficiently ensure the strength of the structure in which the decorative member is incorporated. To do.
As a result of intensive studies by the present inventors in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, by forming an uneven shape on the outer peripheral surface of the building frame used as the building frame, it can be formed between the structure such as a concrete block. It has been found that it is effective to arrange reinforcing bars, and that it is possible to attach and detach a decorative member to the construction frame body so that the design of the construction can be diversified and can be arbitrarily replaced. It came.
