Description
Claims (8)
- 所定波長を中心とする狭い光スペクトル帯域の光を透過する機能と、前記帯域の外側の波長を有する光を反射する機能とを備える波長選択フィルタ1と、
照射光3を当該フィルタに導き、第1回目の透過及び反射をさせる入力ガイド2と、
前記フィルタで反射された光4を当該フィルタに導く、戻す手段6と、
当該戻す手段により前記フィルタに導かれ、第2回目の透過及び反射により反射された光11を導く、第2出力ガイド10と、
一方に前記フィルタを、他方に前記入力ガイド、戻す手段、及び第2出力ガイドを配する形で、これらの素子の間に配置され、前記入力ガイドから前記フィルタへ前記照射光を導く単一のレンズ12と、
を含む光フィルタ部品であって、
前記レンズが更に、前記フィルタで反射された前記光4を前記戻す手段に導き、当該戻す手段から出力された光を前記フィルタに導き、当該フィルタによって反射された前記光11を前記第2出力ガイドに導くことを特徴とする光フィルタ部品。 - 前記レンズが、屈折率傾斜レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光フィルタ部品。
- 前記レンズはその対物焦点面に、前記入力ガイドから前記フィルタに導かれる前記照射光3及び前記戻す手段から前記フィルタに導かれる光が、入射されるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光フィルタ部品。
- 前記戻す手段は、前記フィルタで反射された前記光4を、前記入力ガイドが前記照射光3を前記フィルタに導く入射角と実質的に同一の入射角で前記フィルタに導くことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の光フィルタ部品。
- 前記フィルタが、所定波長の調整手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の光フィルタ部品。
- 所定波長を中心とする波長を有し、前記光11とは異なる照射光の挿入手段20を、前記第2出力ガイドに含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の光フィルタ部品。
- 前記入力ガイド、戻す手段及び第2出力ガイドは、ガラスプレートフォトリソグラフィ法及びイオン交換により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の光フィルタ部品。
- 前記戻す手段及び/又は前記第2出力ガイドが、前記フィルタが反射する光の増幅手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の光フィルタ部品。
