Description

The present invention relates to a luggage holding member in a vehicle interior that enables the luggage to be held in the interior of the vehicle.

Conventionally, various techniques for holding a passenger's baggage by a hook or the like in a passenger compartment of a vehicle are known. The following patent documents 1-3 are mentioned as a specific example of such a technique.
Japanese Patent No. 3555745 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-58491 Registered Utility Model No. 3020911

However, these patent documents 1 to 3 have the following problems.
In the technique of Patent Document 1, since the hook is embedded in a seat back pad (cushion material), the hook remains fixed at one place. Further, when the load input to the hook is large, a situation may occur in which the hook is detached from the pad. Further, at this time, the pad is damaged, and the original function of the seat back is also impaired.

Further, in the technique of Patent Document 1, since a structure is formed in which a trim cover that is a skin material of the seat back is cut and a hook is embedded in the pad of the seat back from the cut, the end treatment for the cut of the trim cover It also takes time.
Furthermore, even if this end treatment is performed, there is a problem that the aesthetic appearance is likely to be deteriorated because the trim cover is torn or falls from the cut by repeatedly inputting a load to the hook.

In the technique of Patent Document 2, a pair of vertical bars extending in the vertical direction is provided on the rear surface of the seat back, and a horizontal bar having a hook is attached to the vertical bars so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. However, there are many parts that are exposed to the sight of the occupant, and the structure itself is quite large, resulting in the problem of deteriorating the aesthetic appearance of the passenger compartment.

In the technique of Patent Document 3, the attachment member of the bag suspender is hooked on the upper portion of the seat back (backrest portion). With such a structure, the attachment member is easy when the vehicle vibrates. However, there is a problem that the seat back comes off. Although the hook can be moved in the vertical direction of the main body, it cannot be removed from the main body, and there is a problem that the hook is not surely fixed and may fall down. In addition, there is a problem that the seat back skin material is easily damaged because the contact surface between the seat back skin material and the mounting member rubs against each other.

Further, the pair of flange portions 35C and 35C correspond to inner peripheral portions 24A 1 and 24A 1 (see FIG. 4) of the large diameter portion 24A or inner peripheral portions 25A 1 and 25A 1 (see FIG. 4) of the large diameter portion 25A. It is the part formed so that it may contact.
The groove portion 34 is a recess formed between the upper end portion 33, the disk portion 32, the base portion 27, and the inner wall portion 35.

Then, on both sides of the disk portion 32, it protrudes toward the base 27 side, and both sides of the periphery of the small diameter portion 24B (see A 24B1 and A 24B1 in FIG. 2) or both sides of the periphery of the small diameter portion 25B (in FIG. 2). A pair of raised portions (both side abutting portions) 36 and 36 that abut against the signs A 25B1 and A 25B1 are formed.
In the state where the hook member 26 is engaged with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25, the raised portion 36 is located on both sides of the small diameter portion 24B of the resin garnish 18 (see symbols A 24B1 and A 24B1 in FIG. 2) or the small diameter portion. It is arranged so as to be positioned below the side ridges 18A, 18A provided on both sides of the peripheral edge of 25B (see symbols A 25B1 , A 25B1 in FIG. 2). (See Figure 11)
As shown in FIG. 6, the distance L 36 between the raised portion 36 and the base portion 27 is set to be slightly shorter than the plate thickness T 18 (see FIG. 11) of the resin garnish 18.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the useless gap from being formed between the hook member 26 and the resin garnish 18, and to restrict the upward movement of the hook member 26 to ensure the hook member 26 and the resin garnish 18. It can be engaged.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a pair of slits 38 and 38 are formed on both sides of the raised portions 36 and 36, respectively. Also, the disk portion 32, the thickness T 36 at both ends of the ridges 36 is formed to be thinner than the thickness T 32 of the other portions.

As a result, the protruding portion 36 is allowed to bend, and when the hook member 26 is engaged with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25 of the resin garnish 18, the protruding portions 36 are provided on the resin garnish 18 as a pair. By allowing the side ridges 18A and 18A to be overcome, appropriate sliding resistance is generated between the resin garnish 18 and the hook member 26 is provided with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole with respect to the user. Thus, it is possible to give a feeling (moderation feeling) that it is securely engaged with 25.

Further, the fitting portion 31 of the hook member 26 has a lower raised portion provided below the periphery of the small diameter portion 24B (see symbol A 24B2 in FIG. 2) or below the periphery of the small diameter portion 25B (see symbol A 25B2 in FIG. 2). It has a lower contact portion 37 that contacts 18B.
Thereby, rattling of the hook member 26 can be prevented by eliminating a gap between the lower portion of the hook member 26 and the resin garnish 18.

Since the luggage holding member in the passenger compartment of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, the following operations and effects are achieved.
The upper hole 24 is formed of a large diameter portion 24A and a small diameter portion 24B. Of these, the small diameter portion 24B has an inner diameter D 24B smaller than the inner diameter D 24A of the large diameter portion 24A of the upper hole 24, and The large diameter portion 24A is formed below the large diameter portion 24A so as to communicate with the large diameter portion 24A.

Similarly, the pilot hole 25 is formed of a large diameter part 25A and a small diameter part 25B. Of these, the small diameter part 25B has an inner diameter D 25B smaller than the inner diameter D 25A of the large diameter part 25A of the pilot hole 25. In addition, the large-diameter portion 25A is formed in communication with the large-diameter portion 25A below the large-diameter portion 25A.
On the other hand, the fitting portion 31 of the hook member 26 has an outer diameter D 32 that is smaller than the inner diameters D 24A and D 25A of the large diameter portions 24A and 25A and larger than the inner diameters D 24B and D 25B of the small diameter portions 24B and 25B. It has the disk part 32 which has.

Further, the fitting portion 31 of the hook member 26 includes a pair of raised portions 36 and 36 that are in contact with the peripheral side sides A 24B1 and A 24B1 of the small diameter portion 24B or the peripheral side sides A 25B1 and A 25B1 of the small diameter portion 25B, respectively. And a lower contact portion 37 that contacts the lower peripheral edge A 24B2 of the small diameter portion 24B or the lower peripheral edge A 25B2 of the small diameter portion 25B.
Thereby, after inserting the disk part 32 of the hook member 26 into the large diameter part 24A or the large diameter part 25A of the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25, the hook member 26 is opened to the small diameter part 24B or the opening part 24B 3 of the small diameter part 25B. sliding the inner wall portion 35 is in a state of being fitted into the small-diameter portion 24B or the small-diameter portion 25B toward the 25B 3. That is, the hook member 26 and the resin garnish 18 are engaged with each other by engaging the fitting portion 31 of the hook member 26 with the small diameter portion 24B or the small diameter portion 25B.

At this time, since the garnish member 18 comes into contact with the three points of the raised portions 36 and 36 and the lower contact portion 37 of the fitting portion 31, the gap between the hook member 26 and the garnish member 18 is The rattling can be eliminated and the hook member 26 can be reliably locked to the garnish member 18.
In other words, even when the load held by the hook member 26 is shaken by the vibration of the vehicle, the upper hole 24 or the upper hole 24 or the resin garnish 18 is prevented from being easily disengaged. It is possible to prevent the detachability of the hook member 26 from the prepared hole 25 from being lowered.

The small-diameter portion 24B of the upper hole 24 includes a pair of straight portions (first straight portions) 24B 1 and 24B 1 , and an arcuate arc portion that connects the lower ends of the straight portions 24B 1 and 24B 1 (first Arc portion) 24B 2 and is formed in a substantially U-shape.
Similarly, the small-diameter portion 25B of the pilot hole 25 also has a pair of straight portions (first straight portions) 25B 1 and 25B 1 , and an arcuate arc portion (first shape) connecting the lower ends of the straight portions 25B 1 and 25B 1 . 1 arc portion) 25B 2 and is formed in a substantially U shape.

As a result, the vertical load input to the hook member 26 is mainly caused by the arc portion 24B 2 of the upper hole 24 or the arc portion 25B 2 of the lower hole 25 and the arc portion 35B of the inner wall portion 35 of the hook member 26. receiving with the load in the left-right direction is inputted to the hook member 26, a straight portion 25B 1, 25B 1 of the linear portion 24B 1, 24B 1 or prepared hole 25 of the upper hole 24, straight inner wall portion 35 of the hook member 26 By mainly receiving the portions 35A and 35A, the hook member 26 can be reliably prevented from swinging with respect to the resin garnish 18.

Further, at both upper end portions of the pair of linear portions 35A, 35A of the inner wall portion 35, the inner peripheral portions 24A 1 , 24A 1 of the large diameter portion 24A or the inner peripheral portions 25A 1 , 25A 1 of the large diameter portion 25A are projected. a pair of flange portions 35C contact with the 25A 1, since 35C is formed, also it is possible to receive the large diameter portion 24A or the large-diameter portion 25A of the load on the hook member 26, the lateral direction of the hook member 26 Can be reliably prevented.

Further, the presence of the flange portion 35C can prevent the hook member 26 from being attached to the resin garnish 18 with the wrong vertical direction.
Further, since the distance L 36 between the raised portion 36 and the base portion 27 is set to be slightly shorter than the plate thickness T 18 of the resin garnish, the hook member 26 has the upper hole 24 of the resin garnish 18 or When fitting into the pilot hole 25, it is possible to prevent a useless gap from being formed, and the hook member 26 and the resin garnish 18 can be reliably engaged.

A pair of slits are formed on both sides of the raised portions 36, 36, respectively. Also, the disk portion 32, only the thickness T 36 of the raised portion 36 is formed thinner than the thickness T 32 of the other portions.
Thus, the protruding portion 36 is allowed to be bent, and when the hook member 26 is engaged with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25 of the resin garnish 18, the protruding portions 36 are provided on the resin garnish 18 as a pair. The side ridges 18A and 18A can be overcome, and appropriate sliding resistance can be generated between the resin garnish 18 and a moderation feeling can be obtained.

That is, the user of the hook member 26 inserts the disk portion 32 of the hook member 26 into the large diameter portion 24A of the upper hole 24 or the large diameter portion 25A of the lower hole 25, and thereafter, with a force larger than this sliding resistance, It is required to push down the hook member 26 downward.
Once a force that allows the raised portion 36 of the hook member 26 to slide with respect to the resin garnish 18 is input from the top to the bottom with respect to the hook member 26, the friction coefficient is reduced, and the hook member 26. The arc portion 35B of the inner wall portion 35 can be reliably abutted against the arc portion 24B 2 of the upper hole 24 or the arc portion 25B 2 of the lower hole 25.

That is, thereby, the arc portion 35B of the hook member 26, it becomes possible to prevent a situation in which stalls in front impinging on the arcuate portion 25B 2 of the arc portion 24B 2 or pilot hole 25 of the upper hole 24, the resin garnish 18 The engagement of the hook member 26 can be improved.
Further, the hook 30 of the hook member 26 is disposed at a position offset downward from the disk portion 32.

Thereby, since the load which acts on the hook 30 can be disperse | distributed not only to the insertion part 31 but the base 27, heavier load can be hold | maintained.
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
In the above-described embodiment, when the hook member 26 is engaged with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25, the large diameter portion 24A of the upper hole 24 or the large diameter portion 25A of the lower hole 25 is partially exposed. However, the present invention is not limited to such a case.

For example, when the height h 2 of the base portion 27 of the hook member 26 is formed higher than that of the above-described embodiment, and the hook member 26 is engaged with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25, The large diameter portion 24 </ b> A or the large diameter portion 25 </ b> A of the pilot hole 25 may be formed so as to be covered by the base portion 27 of the hook member 26. Thereby, the improvement of the aesthetics in a vehicle can be aimed at further.
Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although the case where the hook member 26 engages with the upper hole 24 or the lower hole 25 of the resin garnish 18 was demonstrated, it is not limited to this. For example, instead of the hook member 26, a baggage such as a waste bin, a container, a table, a paper holder holding a tissue paper, a drink holder holding a drink can or a plastic bottle, or an umbrella holder holding an umbrella is stored. Any member may be used as long as it is a member to be held.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although the case where the resin garnish 18 which is a resin garnish was used was demonstrated, it does not need to be made of resin and may be metal, and if rigidity and aesthetics can be secured. It may be wooden and is not particularly limited to the material.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the hook member (the luggage holding member) 26 is engaged with the resinous garnish 18 provided on the back surface of the seat back 12 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this. . For example, it is possible to further improve the usability in the vehicle interior by providing a hole at an arbitrary position in the vehicle interior such as a trim or dashboard in the vehicle so that the hook member (load holding member) 26 can be attached and detached at a desired position. It may be.
