Description

The present invention is to guide to the target should be stopped the truck, on the car support device stops that can be positioned in its place.

The cart 2 shown in FIG. 10 includes a hydraulic jack 18 configured to raise the fork 4 when the operator repeatedly tilts the handle 17 in the direction indicated by the arrow L. Further, when the operator operates a lever not shown in the drawing, the fork 4 is lowered. A loading platform 1 having a plurality of rollers 19 provided on the upper surface is attached to the fork 4, and the loading platform 1 moves up and down together with the fork 4. Further, the carriage 2 travels by being pushed by the operator, and when the operator turns the handle 17, the steered wheels 16 also turn in the same direction. Reference numeral 20 indicates a pin with a hook protruding forward of the loading platform 1.

As shown in FIG. 11, when the storage battery 21 placed on the carriage 2 is transferred to the battery storage unit 15 of the automated guided vehicle 14, the operator can connect the hooked pin 20 of the automated carriage 2 and the side surface of the frame of the automated guided vehicle 14. The carriage 2 is brought close to the automatic guided vehicle 14 while accurately aligning with the insertion hole 22 formed in the above. Then, when the hooked pin 20 enters the insertion hole 22 and the operator lowers the loading platform 1 slightly, the hooked pin 20 can be hooked on the edge of the insertion hole 22. Thereby, the carriage 2 can be positioned on the automatic guided vehicle 14, and at the same time, the height of the upper surface of the loading platform 1 and the floor surface of the battery storage unit 15 can be matched. A plurality of rollers 19 are provided on the upper surface of the battery storage unit 15 in the same manner as the loading platform 1. When the operator pushes the storage battery 21 by hand to the front of the carriage 2, the storage battery 21 is moved from the loading platform 1 to the battery storage unit 15. Slide to the back.

The fork 4, the hooked pin 20, and the insertion hole 22 appear one by one in FIG. 11, but these two elements are paired at positions separated in the vehicle width direction of the carriage 2. It is provided one by one. In addition, techniques for positioning the carriage on the vehicle are disclosed in the following patent documents.
JP 2005-96503 A

However, it is difficult for the operator to drive the carriage 2 so that the pin 20 with the hook can enter the insertion hole 22 straightly. Also. To match the height of the hook with the pin 20 and the insertion hole 22, sometimes the operator repeated several times to lift the loading platform 1. For this reason, there is a problem that an operator takes time for work. Further, as the storage battery 21 increases in size, the storage battery 21 may block the line of sight of an operator who wants to check the hooked pin 20 and the insertion hole 22. In this case, the above problem becomes remarkable.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a stop support device that can easily and accurately position a carriage.

The present invention relates to a stopping support device for matching the position in the front-rear direction of the carriage that supports the loading platform so as to be movable up and down, and the position in the vehicle width direction of the carriage to a target in front of the carriage. A plurality of rollers spaced in the front-rear direction and projecting from the carriage in the vehicle width direction, a support fixed to the loading platform and rotatably supporting the rollers, and fixed to the support and A plurality of pins each projecting downward, a guide surface facing the plurality of rollers, a guide member having a plurality of insertion holes formed in a stopper provided below the guide surface, and the road traveled by the carriage and a stop member to which the carriage abuts, in stroke for running toward the carriage to the stop member, that said plurality of rollers are in rolling contact respectively with the guide surface of the guide member Becomes a posture in which the carriage is along the guide surface, in a state in which the carriage is abutted against the said stop member, said support is received in the stopper of the guide member descends together with the loading platform, said plurality of pins, said stopper The plurality of insertion holes are respectively inserted into the plurality of insertion holes.

According to the stop assist device of the present invention, when the operator pushing the cart moves the cart toward the stop member in the process of driving the cart toward the stop member, the cart is the most among the plurality of rollers protruding from the loading platform. The roller in front of the roller rolls into contact with the guide surface of the guide member. Furthermore, if the operator travels along the guide surface while bringing the cart closer to the guide member, all the rollers of the plurality of rollers are in rolling contact with the guide surface at the same time, and the entire cart is positioned along the guide surface. It becomes. As a result, the position of the carriage in the vehicle width direction matches the target ahead of the carriage. If the operator continues to drive the carriage, the carriage will hit the stop member. At this point, the carriage stops and the position of the carriage in the front-rear direction matches the above target.

As described above, according to the stop assist device according to the present invention, the operation of matching the position of the carriage in the vehicle width direction and the position of the carriage in the front-rear direction to the target can be performed quickly and reliably without depending on the operator's intuition. Can be done.

Subsequently, when the operator lowers the loading platform, the plurality of pins are lowered together with the loading platform and are respectively fitted into the plurality of insertion holes of the stop member. Thereby, the carriage can be fixed to the guide member. In addition, since the guide member has a plurality of insertion holes formed in the stopper that defines the height at which the loading platform can be lowered, for example, when transferring a load placed on the upper surface of the loading platform from the carriage to the receiving place, When the loading platform is lowered to a height where the upper surface coincides with the floor surface of the loading location, the loading platform can be received by a stopper.

Therefore, according to the stop assistance device according to the present invention, it is possible to save the operator from repeatedly raising and lowering the loading platform in order to adjust the height of the loading platform.

1 and 2 show a stop support device 3 that matches the position of a carriage 2 that supports the loading platform 1 so as to be movable up and down with a target in front of the carriage 2. The position of the carriage 2 means the position on the plane determined by the front-rear direction indicated by the arrow L and the vehicle width direction indicated by the arrow W, and the height of the loading platform 1 that moves up and down together with the fork 4. In addition, the same reference numerals are used for elements already described as conventional techniques.

The stop assistance device 3 includes two rollers 5 and 6 projecting from the carriage 2 to one side in the vehicle width direction and two taper pins 7 projecting downward from the two rollers 5 and 6, respectively. A guide member 8 and a stop member 9 described later are provided.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the roller 5 is rotatably supported between a support body 10 made of two triangular steel plates that are vertically overlapped. The same applies to the roller 6. The support 10 is fixed to the side surface of the loading platform 1. The taper pin 7 is fixed to the lower surface of the support 10 and connected to the loading platform 1 via the support 10. The taper pin 7 is not necessarily provided on the same support 10 as the rollers 5 and 6. For example, the support body 10 that supports the rollers 5 and 6 may be fixed at an appropriate position of the carriage 2, and the taper pin 7 may be fixed to another support body connected to the loading platform 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the guide member 8 has a guide surface 11 and two insertion holes 12 facing the two rollers 5 and 6. The guide surface 11 may be anything as long as the individual rollers 5 and 6 can be brought into rolling contact with each other. For example, a wall of a building may be used. The insertion hole 12 passes through a stopper 13 made of a steel plate fixed below the guide surface 11 in a horizontal posture. Although a long shape is illustrated as the stopper 13, two insertion holes 12 may be formed in each of two small pieces protruding from the guide surface 11. The inner diameter of the insertion hole 12 is set so that the taper pin 7 can be inserted and retracted from above.

The stop member 9 may be any member that can stop the carriage 2 at a desired position by hitting the front end of the loading platform 1 or the tip of the fork 4 or any other appropriate position of the carriage. For example, a wall surface that crosses the road ahead of the loading platform 1 or a wheel stopper may be applied as the stop member 9.

The example which positions the trolley | bogie 2 with respect to the automatic guided vehicle 14 shown in FIG. 5 is demonstrated. This positioning is aimed at the battery storage unit 15 of the automatic guided vehicle 14, the loading platform 1 of the carriage 2 is arranged in a row in the battery storage unit 15, the two are brought close to each other, and the height of the upper surface of the loading platform 1 is set to To match the floor. In this embodiment, the side surface of the loading frame of the automatic guided vehicle 14 is used as the guide surface 11 of the guide member 8, and the edge of the battery storage unit 15 of the automatic guided vehicle 14 is used as the stop member 9. .

First, an operator pushing the cart 2 raises the loading platform 1. This operation may be performed if the operator sees that the height of the upper surface of the loading platform 1 is higher than the floor surface of the battery storage unit 15.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, the operator moves the carriage 2 toward the guide member 8 in the process of causing the carriage 2 to travel toward the stop member 9, whereby the previous roller 5 is guided by the guide member 8. Roll contact with surface 11. Since the carriage 2 has the steering wheel 16 at the rear part thereof, if the operator turns the handle 17 counterclockwise in the drawing while traveling the carriage 2 along the guide surface 11, as shown in FIG. The rear part of the carriage 2 approaches the guide surface 11, and the rear roller 6 also rolls into contact with the guide surface 11.

When the two rollers 5 and 6 come into contact with the guide surface 11 at the same time, the entire carriage 2 takes a posture along the guide surface 11. Thereby, the loading platform 1 of the cart 2 can be aligned in the battery storage unit 15, and the position of the loading platform 1 in the vehicle width direction can be matched with the battery storage unit 15. If the operator further moves the carriage 2 along the guide surface 11 while maintaining this state, the front end of the loading platform 1 hits the stop member 9 and the carriage 2 stops. Thereby, the loading platform 1 of the cart 2 can be brought close to the edge of the battery housing portion 15, and the position of the loading platform 1 in the front-rear direction can be matched with the battery housing portion 15.

In this state, since the two taper pins 7 are respectively located immediately above the two insertion holes 12, if the operator lowers the loading platform 1, the two taper pins 7 together with the loading platform 1 are provided as shown in FIG. Descends and fits into the two insertion holes 12 of the stopper 13 respectively. Thereby, the cart 2 can be fixed to the guide member 8.

As described above, according to the stop assistance device 3, the operation of matching the position of the loading platform 1 in the vehicle width direction and the position of the loading platform 1 in the front-rear direction can be performed quickly and reliably. For this reason, there is an advantage that the above operation can be performed without relying on the intuition of the operator even if the line of sight of the operator confirming the front of the carriage 2 is obstructed as the storage battery 21 is enlarged. .

Further, the lower surface of the support 10 is received by the stopper 13 when the height of the upper surface of the loading platform 1 coincides with the floor surface of the battery storage unit 15 by the lowering of the loading platform 1. After the lower surface of the support 10 is received by the stopper 13, if the operator does not perform an operation to lower the loading platform 1, the hydraulic jack 18 receives the load of the storage battery placed on the loading platform 1. The load of is not received directly. Therefore, according to the stop assistance device 3, in order to adjust the height of the loading platform 1, it is possible to save time and labor for the operator to repeatedly raise and lower the loading platform 1.

It should be noted that the present invention can be implemented in variously modified, modified, or modified forms based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the rollers 5 and 6 may be protruded from both sides of the carriage 2 in the vehicle width direction, and the taper pins 7 may be protruded below these rollers. In this case, in addition to the guide member 8 of the automatic guided vehicle 14 shown in FIG. 5, a frame located on the opposite side of the guide member 8 can be used as the guide member 8 ′.

The present invention is a technique useful for stopping a carriage at a desired position when all kinds of luggage are transported on a carriage, and the luggage is transferred from the carriage to a loading place or a conveying device such as a conveyor. is there.
