Claims (11)
- カチオン性の繰り返し単位及び架橋単位からなる合成ポリマーであって、
該カチオン性の繰り返し単位が、スペルミン、スペルミジン、ペンタエチレンヘキサミン、N−(2−アミノエチル)−1,3−プロパンジアミン、N−(3−アミノプロピル)−1,3−プロパンジアミン、トリス(2−アミノエチル)アミン、N,N'−ビス(2−アミノエチル)−1,3−プロパンジアミン、N,N'−ビス(2−アミノプロピル)エチレンジアミン、N,N'−ビス(2−アミノプロピル)−1,3−プロパンジアミン、1−(2−アミノエチル)ピペラジン、1,4−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)ピペラジン、ポリ(アミドアミン)デンドリマー、及びその塩からなる群より選ばれるものであり、
該架橋単位が、ベンゾ−1,4−ジアセタールジペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート(BDADPTA)であり、
重量平均分子量が、1000ダルトン〜100000ダルトンの範囲にある合成ポリマー。 - 該カチオン性の繰り返し単位が、ペンタエチレンヘキサミン又はその塩である請求項1の合成ポリマー。
- 核酸、ペプチド、脂質、及び炭水化物からなる群より選ばれる生理活性剤と、請求項1又は2に記載の合成ポリマーとからなる担体組成物であって、
該合成ポリマーの該生理活性剤に対する重量比が、32/1〜8/1である担体組成物。 - 該生理活性剤は核酸である、請求項3の担体組成物。
- 該核酸は、DNA、RNA、リボソーム、及びDNA−RNAハイブリッドからなる群より選ばれるものである、請求項4の担体組成物。
- 該核酸はDNAである、請求項4の担体組成物。
- 該核酸はRNAである、請求項4の担体組成物。
- 該RNAは二本鎖である、請求項7の担体組成物。
- 細胞の生存能を維持するのに有効な条件下で請求項3の担体組成物を生存能のある、ヒトの細胞ではない細胞と接触させることを備える、生理活性剤を送達する方法。
- 該細胞を該生理活性剤でトランスフェクトすることをさらに備える、請求項9の方法。
- 該生理活性剤はDNAである、請求項10の方法。
