Description
The present invention relates to a road surface installation type guide plate installed on a road surface or the like.
However, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-60841, the structure of the display panel is complicated by the solar cell, the light emitting element, and the circuits constituting them, and the cost of the display panel alone is unavoidable. In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-220818, although the cost of a single display block can be kept low, it is necessary to dig deeply into the road surface, which is an installation location, at the time of installation.
Therefore, in the present invention, the display plate is made of a metal plate and has a structure with a reduced thickness, thereby eliminating the need to dig deeply into the road surface. Further, the surface of the metal plate was processed to be uneven, and an induction mark was formed using the unevenness. In addition, phosphorescent phosphors were applied to the concave and convex portions to ensure visibility in dark places such as at night and during power outages.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a display panel that does not require a power source and is inexpensive and does not require much time for installation.

<Embodiment 1: Overview>
The present embodiment is a road surface installation type guide plate in which a guide mark is formed on a guide plate body made of a metal plate by unevenness, a phosphorescent phosphor is applied to the guide mark, and is fixed to a road surface by a protrusion.
<Embodiment 1: Configuration>
The road surface installation type guide plate of the present embodiment includes a guide plate main body made of a metal plate, a guide mark forming portion in which a guide mark is formed by applying a phosphorescent phosphor to the concave portion, and forming a guide mark on the guide plate main body. It consists of a protrusion for fixing the plate body to the road surface.
Since the guide plate main body is installed on the road surface, it is preferable that the guide plate body is made of a material that is not easily worn by weight of pedestrians, automobiles, bicycles, etc., or deteriorated by wind and rain, sunlight, or the like. For this reason, the induction plate body is made of a metal such as iron, nickel, titanium, chromium, aluminum, or copper, or an alloy of these metals, such as brass or stainless steel, or an oxide or nitride such as titania or alumina. But you can. As shown in FIG. 1, the shape of the guide plate main body is a plate shape such as a circle (1), a rectangle (2), a square (3), a triangle (4), a polygon such as a hexagon (5), or the like. . Further, as shown in (6), the guide plate main body may have a guide mark shape such as an arrow.
The guide mark forming part is a guide mark represented by uneven processing on one surface of the guide plate body. A phosphorescent phosphor is applied to the concave portion of the induction mark so that the induction mark can be visually recognized even in a dark portion. Since the phosphorescent phosphor is applied to the concave portion, the phosphorescent phosphor is prevented from being peeled off by traveling such as a pedestrian, a car, or a bicycle. FIG. 2 shows a guide mark forming portion. In the guide mark forming portion (0201) of the road surface type guide plate shown in FIG. 2A, the guide mark is represented by unevenness on the guide plate body (0202), and the phosphorescent phosphor is applied to the recess (0203). Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, the guide plate body (0204) is provided with a large number of cylindrical protrusions (0205), the area of the recesses is widened, and the induction mark (0206) is formed of a phosphorescent phosphor. May be. FIG. 3 shows a conceptual cross-sectional view of the guide plate body. One surface of the guide plate main body is a guide mark forming portion processed into irregularities. As shown in the figure, a phosphorescent phosphor is applied to the concave and convex portions. The phosphorescent phosphor is applied to the recess, so that even if a pedestrian, automobile, bicycle, etc. travels on the top of the guide mark forming portion, it does not come into direct contact with the phosphorescent phosphor. It prevents deterioration such as peeling. Moreover, when time passes after installation and the phosphorescent phosphor is peeled off or deteriorated, it can be used again and again by applying the phosphorescent phosphor again.
