Description of the Related Art A walking guide marker of this type is composed of a convex marker body that is exposed and displayed on a work surface such as a road surface or a floor surface, and a shaft that is separately or integrally formed and embedded in the work surface. It is composed of the body. As shown in FIG. 6, the marker body a can be made of a single material such as brass, aluminum stainless steel, or synthetic resin, or as shown in FIG.
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. H11-260, a composite material is used in which a rubber sheet c is loaded in a concave portion on the surface side of a convex disc body b made of stainless steel. In the type in which the shaft body d is buried after injecting the adhesive g into the prepared hole f dug down on the work surface e, for example, as shown in FIG. In the case of a type comprising a shaft d having a portion and using a separate member for mounting, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, it is screwed into an insert nut h fitted in a prepared hole f, and the surface of the convex disc body b The shaft body d has a threaded portion such as a tapping screw penetrating from the side.

First, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 6, it is necessary to hold down the surface of the marker main body a so that the shaft body d or the marker main body a does not rise until the adhesive g is hardened. There is a problem that the work efficiency becomes poor and the work time is long.

Anchor part with a tapered surface that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the pilot hole and whose diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the pilot hole and that slopes toward the distal end and bulges toward the distal end side, and its center A marker body provided with a shaft body provided with a vertical slit along the axis on the back side is arranged on the work surface, and the shaft body is pressed against the prepared hole and the surface of the marker body is pressed to press the surface of the marker body. The marker body is attached to the work surface by reducing the diameter and press-fitting into the prepared hole.

It is attached to the work surface by fitting the provided shaft body. In more detail, the shaft body has a tapered surface that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the prepared hole and has a tapered surface that is slightly larger than the prepared hole and has a tapered surface that is inclined toward the distal end. Since the anchor portion is provided on the periphery, the anchor portion smoothly fits into the pilot hole along the slope of the tapered surface applied to the peripheral edge of the pilot hole. Along with the downward movement, the large diameter portion of the tapered surface of the anchor portion is pushed from the periphery by the inner wall of the cylindrical pilot hole, and the diameter of the longitudinal slit provided along the central axis approaches, thereby reducing the diameter. And when the back surface of the anchor body is in close contact with the work surface, and the entire anchor portion is fitted into the pilot hole,
The large-diameter portion of the tapered surface is pressed against the inner wall of the prepared hole by the force for restoring outward, so that the shaft body does not come off from the prepared hole.
The marker body is temporarily fixed in the prepared hole until the adhesive injected into the prepared hole is hardened by the action of preventing the shaft from being removed by the vertical slit and the tapered surface, so that the marker body can be prevented from floating.

As a result, the amount of work is reduced accordingly. Work efficiency can be increased and work time can be reduced.

The marker main body 1 is a long, convex disk-shaped plate member as shown in FIG. 3, and has a predetermined pattern of irregularities on its surface to prevent slippage. The protruding portions are quadrangular pyramid-shaped projections, which continuously form a knurled pattern. Various irregularities such as stripes at regular intervals can be employed as long as they have an anti-slip function.
Although the marker body 1 of the first embodiment has a long shape used for guidance, it has a circular shape such as a dome shape used for warning and a disc shape having a trapezoidal shape in cross section. Can also be adopted.

A screw 1b is provided. On the back surface of the marker body 1, a shallow concave portion 1 c is provided at an appropriate position around the shaft 2, and is used as a glue reservoir for the adhesive 7, which will be described later.
This prevents the adhesive 7 from leaking out from the peripheral edge of the marker body 1 when it is pressed from above. The shaft 2 is attached to the marker body 1 at two or three places on the back side of the marker body 1 if it is a long plate as shown in FIG. Is performed only in one place. In that case, the concave portion 1c is provided around the center point.

And an anchor portion 3 embedded in a pilot hole 6 dug down into the work surface 4. Attachment of the shaft body 2 to the marker body 1 is performed in advance separately from the construction of the walking guidance marker,
A product in which both are integrated is commercialized, but the mounting method is not limited to screwing, and various types may be adopted, or both may be integrally formed. If the shaft body 2 is separated as in the present embodiment, the marker body 1 is attached to a tile carpet, a P tile, a rubber plate, or the like to form a unit by replacing the shaft body 2 with another member such as a caulking metal fitting. It has the advantage that it can be used universally. For example, a disk-shaped marker body is commercialized as one unit in which the length and width are 6 × 6, and a long marker body is four units at equal intervals attached to a rubber plate or the like. It should be fixed in a tile shape.

The tapered surface 5a, which is slightly smaller than the diameter C and has a large diameter B slightly larger than the diameter C and has a smaller diameter toward the tip, is formed by bulging the tapered surface 5a to the side circumference. The large-diameter portion of the tapered portion 5 is inserted into a prepared hole 6 dug down in the work surface 4.
When it is press-fitted by utilizing the inclination of a and the later-described vertical slit 3b, it has a function of preventing it from coming off. Note that the taper portion 5 is provided at one end, and is provided in a plurality of stages as in the present embodiment, so that the retaining function is strongly exhibited.

For example, when constructing a walking guide marker where a sheet such as a carpet or carpet is laid on concrete or a floor, etc., extend the base side of the anchor part and penetrate the hole punched in the sheet. Then, the anchor portion of the shaft body is press-fitted into the prepared hole dug down on the work surface such as the floor surface below the seat in the same manner as in the above embodiment. According to this construction method, it is possible to construct the walking guidance marker even in a wide place already laid such as a hotel or a theater where work from the back side of the seat is impossible.

とができる。According to the method of constructing a walking guidance marker of the present invention, the construction of the anchor portion of the shaft body provided on the marker body is dug down on the work surface by the configuration of the tapered surface and the vertical slit. The marker body is temporarily fixed until the adhesive hardens in the pilot hole. Therefore, there is no need to hold down the surface to prevent lifting, and there is no need for complicated screwing work such as tapping screws. And work efficiency can be increased and work time can be shortened.

ることを特徴とする歩行誘導マーカの施工方法。A downhole is dug down in a work surface such as a road surface or a floor surface, and an adhesive is injected into the downhole, while the small diameter portion is slightly smaller than the diameter of the prepared hole and the large diameter portion is prepared. The back side is a shaft body provided with an anchor part with a tapered surface that is slightly larger than the diameter of the tip and is inclined toward the tip to become smaller in diameter toward the tip side, and a vertical slit along its central axis. By disposing the marker body provided on the work surface, applying the shaft to the prepared hole, pressing the surface of the marker body to reduce the diameter of the shaft, and press-fitting the marker body into the prepared hole. A method for constructing a walking guidance marker, wherein the method is attached to a work surface.
