Description

The present invention relates to a protector.

Conventionally, as an example of a protector that is attached to hold a part with respect to each part of an automobile or prevent a part or the like arranged around each part from hitting the part, for example, described in Patent Document 1 There are known holders. The holder is intended for holding the fuel pipe to the fuel tank, it is used by being attached to the collar portion of the fuel tank. As shown in FIG. 7, the holder is formed by connecting a base plate 1 disposed on the upper surface side of the flange portion and a locking plate 2 disposed on the lower surface side of the flange portion via a hinge 3. The base plate 1 and the locking plate 2 narrow and fix the collar portion. A through hole 4 is provided in the flange portion of the fuel tank. The base plate 1 is provided with a locking shaft 5 that can be inserted into the through hole 4 and the locking plate 2 can be inserted with the locking shaft 5. A through hole 6 is provided.

When attaching the holder to the collar, first, the base plate 1 is arranged on the upper surface side of the collar while the retaining shaft 5 is inserted into the through hole 4 of the collar from above, and then the retaining plate 2 is attached to the collar. Rotate to the side. At this time, the locking plate 2 is pressed to the lower surface side of the flange while the through hole 6 of the locking plate 2 is inserted through the locking shaft 5 protruding downward from the through hole 4 of the flange. When the locking plate 2 reaches a predetermined position, the locking plate 2 is locked to the locking shaft 5 by the locking means provided on the locking plate 2 and the locking shaft 5, and the base plate 1 and the locking plate 2 are held in a state of sandwiching the collar portion.
JP-A-2005-76714

By the way, when the locking plate 2 is pressed, in order to prevent the finger pressing the locking plate 2 from coming into contact with the locking shaft 5 protruding below the collar portion, the portion where the through hole 6 is not arranged is provided. You need to press it with your finger. For this reason, in said holder, the operation part 7 for pressing a finger | toe is provided in the part outside the through-hole 6 in the locking plate 2 (part which becomes an operator side at the time of pressing work). Yes. And this operation part 7 will be in the state overhanging from the collar part, if a holder is attached to a fuel tank.

Here, it is necessary to secure a space for installing a pipe or the like, a work space for the installation work, and the like outside the flange of the fuel tank. However, the space outside the buttocks is limited, and this narrow space will be further squeezed when the holding tool overhangs from the buttocks. Further, the operation unit 7 requires at least an area corresponding to a finger, and the area of the operation unit 7 cannot be reduced in order to reduce the allowance of the holder from the heel part.

This invention is completed based on the above situations, Comprising: It aims at providing the protector which can make small the allowance from a collar part.

As a means for achieving the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a protector which can be attached to the flange portion by sandwiching the flange portion having a through hole from the thickness direction, and includes a base plate and the base plate. A locking plate that is connected to a plate via a hinge and is rotated in a direction facing the flange from a deployed state that protrudes outward from the flange, and can hold the flange by the base plate; A locking shaft that protrudes from the base plate and can be inserted into the through-hole, a through hole that is provided in the locking plate and through which the locking shaft can be inserted, and the locking plate that is provided in the locking plate include A lock that is provided around the through-hole while the lock shaft is inserted into the through-hole while being rotated toward the base plate, and locks the lock shaft in a retaining state. And the locking plate is rotated to lock the locking portion and the locking shaft. And an operating portion that is formed to project in the thickness direction on a surface opposite to the side facing the flange portion of the locking plate, and the operating portion includes the through hole and the locking portion. A pair is arranged between the operation parts, and the gap between the operation parts is a direction along the plane of the opposing surface of the pair of operation parts, and is opened in the protruding direction of the operation part and the direction orthogonal thereto. And a pressing surface for pressing the locking plate from the axially outer side of the locking shaft is formed on the front end surface of each operation portion as a flat surface substantially parallel to the locking plate. In addition, each operating portion is formed with a projecting height at which the distal end portion of the locking shaft does not protrude outward from the distal end surface of each operating portion when the locking portion and the locking shaft are locked. It has the characteristics where it is done.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the locking portion includes a locking claw erected on the opening edge of the through-hole, while the hinge of the outer surface of the locking shaft. A side surface parallel to the rotation axis is formed, and a plurality of claw edges that can be selectively locked with the locking claw are formed on the same surface along the height direction.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the hinge has a multi-node structure that forms at least a substantially U-shape when the locking plate is rotated. It is characterized by Here, the substantially U-shape is not limited to a form having a strictly right-angled bending angle, but also includes a form having a slightly widening end.

<Invention of Claim 1>
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an operating portion capable of pressing the locking plate from the axially outer side of the locking shaft, and the operating portion has a height that does not interfere with the tip of the locking shaft. According to such a configuration, there is no fear that the finger hits the locking shaft when pressing the operation unit, and therefore it is not necessary to provide the operation unit avoiding the portion where the through hole is arranged. As a result, since the operation part can be arranged so as to overlap the through hole, the allowance from the collar part when the protector is attached to the collar part can be reduced as compared with the case where the operation part is provided avoiding the through hole. it can.

<Invention of Claim 2>
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a plurality of the outer surfaces of the locking shaft that can be selectively locked with the locking claws standing on the opening edge of the through hole are provided on the side surface parallel to the pivot axis of the hinge. The claw edges are formed along the height direction. According to such a configuration, when the locking plate is about to be separated from the base plate, the locking claw moves in a direction to bite into the claw edge, so that it is not easily detached.

<Invention of Claim 3>
According to the invention of claim 3, the hinge has a multi-node structure which is at least substantially U-shaped when the locking plate is rotated. According to such a configuration, in the state where the protector is attached to the flange, when the length of the hinge is the same, the dimension in the direction along the extending direction of the flange of the hinge is such that the hinge is V-shaped or Compared to a U-shaped configuration, it becomes smaller. Thereby, the allowance from the collar part at the time of attaching a protector to a collar part can be made smaller. In addition, since the hinge has a substantially U-shape, the bending angle of each node becomes gentle compared to the case where the hinge is V-shaped, so that the elastic reaction force that the hinge tries to return to is reduced. Thereby, the effect which suppresses that the base plate and latching plate which clamped the collar part tries to float up from a collar part is acquired.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
The protector according to the present embodiment is used for holding a fuel pipe P in a fuel tank T of an automobile, and is used by being attached to a flange 10 of the fuel tank T. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of the protector and the flange portion 10 of the fuel tank T in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2 shows a state where the fuel pipe P is held by the protector attached to the flange portion 10 from the lower side. A cross-sectional view is shown.

The fuel tank T is formed by integrally connecting a box-shaped upper tank opened downward and a box-shaped lower tank opened upward. The upper tank and the lower tank are formed by pressing thin metal plates, and an upper flange portion 10B and a lower flange portion 10A are provided on the opening edge portions of both tanks so as to project outward over the entire circumference. ing. And the fuel tank T is couple | bonded by abutting and welding these upper and lower both flange parts 10B and 10A.

The combined upper and lower flange portions 10B and 10A constitute a flange portion 10 projecting outward from the outer peripheral surface of the fuel tank T, and a protector is mounted at an appropriate position. In the upper flange portion 10B at the place where the protector is mounted, portions where the projecting dimensions are larger than those of the lower flange portion 10A are arranged at two places with a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction. Each of these portions serves as an attachment portion 11 that is sandwiched between protectors described later. Each mounting portion 11 is formed such that its outer peripheral edge has a gentle arc shape, and a step 11A with the lower flange portion 10A is formed at the root portion. Each attachment portion 11 is provided with a circular through hole 12 that penetrates the attachment portion 11 in the plate thickness direction (vertical direction).

The outer surface of the fuel tank T is coated to prevent damage to the fuel tank T and enhance corrosion resistance, and a cushioned outer skin 13 is formed. The coating is performed by spraying a synthetic resin (for example, polyvinyl chloride resin) paint on the entire fuel tank T.

The protector attached to the collar part 10 is made of synthetic resin (for example, polypropylene), and includes a base plate 20 disposed on the lower surface side of the collar part 10 and a locking plate 40 disposed on the upper surface side of the collar part 10. Are connected via a hinge 50. The protector of this invention is attached with respect to the collar part 10 from the lower side. Then, by bending the hinge 50, the protector is rotated by the base plate 20 when the locking plate 40 is rotated outward in a direction in which the locking plate 40 projects outward from the flange portion 10 and in the direction facing the flange portion 10. It is configured to rotate between the locked state in which the collar portion 10 is sandwiched. 3 and 4 show a plan view and a front view of the protector in the unfolded state. Hereinafter, in the description of the protector, when the locking plate 40 is rotated, the inner side (upper side in FIG. 1) is the back side, the opposite side is the front side, and the protector 40 is attached to the flange 10. In the following description, the fuel tank T side (upper side in FIG. 2) is inward and the opposite side is outward. Further, the description will be made assuming that the horizontal direction in FIG.

The base plate 20 has an overall elongated shape with a length dimension extending between the pair of attachment portions 11 formed on the flange portion 10, and a main body portion 21 formed along the flange portion 10, and the main body portion. And an overhanging portion 22 projecting outward from the both end portions of 21 so as to correspond to the attachment portion 11. The outer edge of the base plate 20 has an arcuate shape that is gradually recessed inward from the side edges of the two protruding portions 22 facing each other toward the center.

The two overhanging portions 22 are connected to the main body portion 21 through a relief wall 23 that descends from the outer edge at the outer edge position of the main body portion 21. As shown in FIG. 1, each overhanging portion 22 overhangs outward from the rear side end of the escape wall 23, and the base plate 20 has a stepped shape. Here, when the base plate is not stepped, when the protector is attached to the flange portion 10, the back surface of the base plate abuts against the lower surface of the lower flange portion 10A and there is a gap between the attachment portion 11 and the base plate. This is because there is a risk that the protector will be unstable.

An inner reinforcing wall 25 is provided in a portion from the inner edge of the base plate 20 to both side edges in the width direction. The inner reinforcing wall 25 is configured to rise from the main body portion 21 and the both overhang portions 22 toward the front side. An outer reinforcing wall 26 is provided at a portion of the outer edge of the base plate 20 excluding the outer edge of the both overhang portions 22. The outer reinforcing wall 26 rises outward from the main body 21 and the overhanging portion 22 and is suspended from the back surface of the overhanging portion 22 to a position that reaches the back of a predetermined dimension. Further, both end portions of the outer reinforcing wall 26 protrude outward from the outer end edge positions of the two protruding portions 22 by a predetermined dimension.

A pipe holding portion 27 for holding the metal fuel pipe P is provided on the outer surface of the outer reinforcing wall 26. The pipe holding portion 27 is provided at a position close to the one overhanging portion 22 side at a substantially central position in the front and back direction of the outer reinforcing wall 26. The pipe holding unit 27 includes a pair of annular pieces 28 arranged at a predetermined interval and a partition piece 29 that partitions the annular pieces 28, and can hold two fuel pipes P side by side. Yes. The ends of the annular pieces 28 and the partition pieces 29 are separated from each other by a predetermined dimension, and each of the annular pieces 28 and the partition piece 29 has an annular shape (C-shaped cross section) in which a part in the circumferential direction is opened. When the fuel pipe P is pushed into the pipe holding portion 27, both the annular pieces 28 are elastically expanded. When the fuel pipe P is pushed to a predetermined position, both the annular pieces 28 are elastically restored and the fuel pipe P is moved. Returning to the enclosing shape, the fuel pipe P is held. A guide portion 28 </ b> A bent outward is formed at the end edge of each annular piece 28.

A locking shaft 30 that can be inserted into the through-hole 12 of the attachment portion 11 is suspended from the back surface of each overhang portion 22. When each locking shaft 30 is inserted into the through hole 12 of the mounting portion 11, the tip portion protrudes toward the upper surface side of the mounting portion 11, and the protruding portion further rotates the locking plate 40. It has a front and back direction dimension (height dimension) that protrudes through the through hole 41 when moved. Each locking shaft 30 is arranged at an end edge portion of each overhanging portion 22 near the main body 21, and is provided so that the inner surface of the locking shaft 30 is substantially flush with the inner surface of the escape wall 23. Yes. Each locking shaft 30 has a substantially square cross section, and its outer peripheral surface is formed by a flat surface.

Ribs 31 extending in the height direction are disposed on both side surfaces in the width direction of the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft 30. The rib 31 is chamfered at the end on the distal end side of the locking shaft 30. Further, a locking claw 42 (corresponding to a locking portion in the present invention) to be described later is engaged with an inner side surface and an outer side surface (side surfaces substantially parallel to the rotation axis of the hinge 50) on the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft 30. A claw edge 32 that can be stopped is formed.

The claw edge 32 is formed so that a claw edge 32 formed on the outer side surface of the locking shaft 30 and a claw edge 32 formed on the inner side surface are symmetrical, that is, the front and back of the locking shaft 30. A plurality of steps are formed along the direction (height direction). These claw edges 32 are formed at a constant pitch so that the locking claw 42 can be selectively locked, and the locking position of the locking claw 42 with respect to the locking shaft 30 is set in the axial direction of the locking shaft 30 ( (Height direction) can be adjusted. Thereby, even if the thickness of the outer skin 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the collar portion 10 varies and the thickness of the collar portion 10 including the outer skin 13 is thin or thick, the latching claw 42 is locked. By adjusting the position, the distance between the overhang portion 22 and a locking plate 40 described later can be adjusted according to this thickness. As a result, it is possible to prevent the protector from rattling as the thickness of the outer skin 13 varies. Further, the surface on the tip side of the locking shaft 30 in each claw edge 32 is a guide surface 33 that is inclined to be inclined outward and inward gradually from the tip side toward the root side.

At the tip of each locking shaft 30, a paint stripping part 34 having a stepped shape that gradually decreases in section toward the tip is provided. The paint stripping part 34 scrapes away the paint around the through hole 12 when the locking shaft 30 is inserted in a state of being misaligned with respect to the through hole 12 of the flange part 10. Yes. As a result, the paint enters the claw edge 32 and becomes clogged, and does not cause a locking failure with the locking claw 42 described later.

In addition, a mark portion 35 that protrudes in an X shape is provided at a position closer to the center in the width direction than the positions of both locking shafts 30 in the main body portion 21 of the base plate 20. The mark portion 35 is for informing the operator of the front and back of the protector.

A bending piece 36 is formed at a position of each overhang portion 22 near the outer reinforcing wall 26 of the locking shaft 30. Each bending piece 36 has a cantilever shape whose extension end is on the side of the locking shaft 30, and extends from the protruding portion 22 toward the oblique back side. When the protector is attached to the collar portion 10, the bending piece 36 comes into elastic contact with the lower surface of the attachment portion 11. Thereby, even if a slight gap is generated between the attachment portion 11 and the overhanging portion 22, rattling caused by the gap can be suppressed by the bending piece 36.

Hinges 50 are connected to the outer end edges of the two overhang portions 22, respectively. A pair of hinges 50 are provided at both ends in the width direction of each overhang portion 22. In the hinge 50, a flat plate-like thick portion 50 </ b> A that has a constant thickness and is difficult to bend, and a thin portion 50 </ b> B that is thinner than the thick portion 50 </ b> A and is easily bent are alternately connected along the longitudinal direction of the hinge 50. It is assumed that it is a form. Specifically, both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the hinge 50 are thin-walled portions 50B, and thick-walled portions 50A are formed at three locations therebetween. When the hinge 50 is bent, as shown in FIG. 6, the thin portion 50B constitutes a bent node, and the hinge 50 has a substantially U-shape.

A locking plate 40 is connected to an edge of the hinge 50 opposite to the overhanging portion 22. The locking plate 40 has a substantially rectangular shape that is slightly longer in the inner and outer directions. A through hole 41 is opened at a position slightly closer to the hinge 50 side than the substantially central position in the longitudinal direction of the locking plate 40 and at a position corresponding to the locking shaft 30 of the base plate 20 in the locked state. The through hole 41 has an elongated rectangular shape in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the locking plate 40 with the position corresponding to the locking shaft 30 as the center. A pair of locking claws 42 are provided so as to face each other on the edge on the hinge 50 side of the opening edge 41 </ b> A of the through hole 41 and the edge on the side facing the edge. The locking claw 42 is formed in a cantilever shape standing from both end edges toward the front side, and is inclined so that both ends approach each other. Both the locking claws 42 can be elastically bent in a direction in which a gap between the tips is opened or closed, and the locking plate 40 is rotated toward the base plate 20 side. When both the locking claws 42 abut from the front end side of the locking shaft 30, they gradually elastically bend in the opening direction along the inclination of the guide surface 33 of the claw edge 32 and are locked in the gap between the front ends. The shaft 30 is inserted. Then, when the locking plate 40 is rotated to a position where the locking plate 40 is in close contact with the upper surface of the collar portion 10, the locking claw 42 is locked to the claw edge 32 of the locking shaft 30, and the locking shaft 30 is moved. Is locked in a retaining state.

On both sides of the surface of each locking plate 40, the locking plate 40 can be pressed from above the locking shaft 30 (outward in the axial direction) when the locking claw 42 and the locking shaft 30 are locked. An operation unit 43 is provided. The pair of operation portions 43 are provided so as to sandwich the through holes 41, respectively, and project from the locking plate 40 in the front direction. Each operation portion 43 is provided in a hollow shape from the side portion of the through hole 41 to the edge opposite to the hinge 50, is long in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the locking plate 40, and is engaged. It has a box shape with the stop plate 40 side opened.

The protruding end surface (tip surface) of each operation unit 43 is a pressing surface 44 that presses the finger when the operation unit 43 is pressed to rotate the locking plate 40 to the locked state. Each operation portion 43 is formed with a height such that the pressing surface 44 is on the front side of the tip position of the locking shaft 30 inserted into the through hole 41 in the locked state, in other words. Each operation part 43 has a height that does not allow the tip of the locking shaft 30 to protrude upward. Each pressing surface 44 is a flat surface that is substantially parallel to the locking plate 40. For example, the pressing surface 44 is easier to press with a finger than when the pressing surface 44 is curved. It has become easy.

Next, the operation and effect of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described. FIG. 5 is a side sectional view showing a state where the operating portion 43 is pressed, and FIG. 6 is a side sectional view showing a state where the protector is attached to the collar portion 10.

When the protector is mounted on the flange 10 of the fuel tank T, first, the protector is placed in a posture in which the locking shaft 30 faces upward, and the locking shaft 30 is aligned with the through hole 12 of the flange 10. However, both locking shafts 30 are inserted into the respective through holes 12 from below. When the locking shaft 30 is inserted to its root position, the overhanging portion 22 of the base plate 20 comes into contact with the mounting portion 11 of the flange portion 10 and the main body portion 21 is held in a state of being separated below the flange portion 10. Next, a finger is applied to the pressing surface 44 of the operating portion 43 of the locking plate 40 in the unfolded state, and the hinge 50 is bent by gradually pressing the pressing surface 44 as shown in FIG. Is rotated to the base plate 20 side. At this time, the hinge 50 bends so that the thin portion 50B becomes a bent node and gradually forms a U-shape.

Then, when the locking plate 40 rotates to the base plate 20 side, the distal end portion of the locking shaft 30 protruding upward enters the gap portion between the distal end portions of the both locking claws 42. At this time, as the leading end portion of the locking shaft 30 and the leading end portions of the both locking claws 42 come into contact with each other, the both locking claws 42 are elastically bent in the opening direction under the guidance action of the guide surface 33. Then, both the locking claws 42 repeat the operation of getting over the claw edge 32, and when the locking plate 40 comes into close contact with the upper surface of the mounting portion 11, the locking claw 42 is locked to the finally determined claw edge 32. Here, since the operation portion 43 has a height that does not cause the tip end portion of the locking shaft 30 to protrude upward, even if the pressing surface 44 is pressed until the locking plate 40 contacts the upper surface of the mounting portion 11. The finger pressing the pressing surface 44 does not interfere with the tip of the locking shaft 30 (see FIG. 6). Further, by attaching the protector from the lower side of the flange portion 10, the locking state between the locking shaft 30 and the locking plate 40 can be visually confirmed.

When the locking claw 42 is locked as described above, the overhanging portion 22 of the base plate 20 and the locking plate 40 sandwich the attachment portion 11 of the flange portion 10. The protector is mounted on the fuel tank T by performing this pushing operation on both locking plates 40. Thereafter, when the fuel pipes P are respectively inserted into the pipe holding portions 27 of the protector, the fuel pipes P are held with respect to the fuel tank T. When the fuel pipe P is inserted, a situation in which the fuel pipe P and the fuel tank T come into contact with each other and are damaged by the outer reinforcing wall 26 of the protector covering the outer periphery of the flange portion 10 is avoided. .

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the operation portion 43 provided on the locking plate 40 has such a height that the tip of the locking shaft 30 does not protrude upward. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the operating portion 43 by avoiding the portion where the through hole 41 is disposed. As a result, the operation portion 43 can be disposed so as to overlap the side of the through hole 41, that is, inward and outward, and the allowance from the collar portion 10 can be substantially only the hinge 50 portion. As a result, it is necessary to provide the operation portion 43 outward from the through hole 41 as in the conventional case, and compared to the case where the portion related to the operation portion 43 protrudes from the collar portion 10, Can be reduced.

In addition, when the locking plate 40 is rotated, the hinge 50 is bent so as to form a substantially U-shape. Thereby, in a state where the protector is attached to the flange portion 10, the inner and outer dimensions of the hinge 50 (dimensions in the direction along the protruding direction of the flange portion 10) are such that the hinge 50 is V-shaped or U-shaped. Smaller than Thereby, the allowance of the hinge 50 projecting outward from the flange portion 10 can be further reduced, so that the allowance of the protector from the flange portion 10 can be further reduced. When the hinge 50 is V-shaped, the end portion of the hinge 50 gradually opens from the bent position toward both ends of the hinge 50, that is, the connecting end of the base plate 20 and the locking plate 40. They are opened by being influenced by the opening shape of the hinge 50, and the end of the base plate 20 or the locking plate 40 on the hinge 50 side may be lifted from the flange portion 10. However, according to the configuration of the present embodiment, the hinge 50 has a substantially U-shape, so that the connection end portion between the base plate 20 and the locking plate 40 is also kept substantially parallel. Such lifting can be avoided.

Further, a plurality of claw edges 32 are formed on the outer surface of the locking shaft 30 on the side surface parallel to the rotation axis of the hinge 50, that is, when a force in the disengagement direction acts on the locking plate 40. A claw edge 32 is formed on the side where 40 returns to the unfolded state. As a result, when the locking plate 40 is about to be separated from the base plate 20, the locking claw 42 moves in the direction of biting into the claw edge 32, so that it is not easily removed.

<Other embodiments>
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described with reference to the above description and drawings. For example, the following embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention, and further, within the scope not departing from the gist of the invention other than the following. Various modifications can be made.

(1) In the above embodiment, the protector includes the pipe holding portion 27 and is used to hold the fuel pipe P in the fuel tank T of the automobile. However, the present invention is not limited to this. It does not have a pipe holding part, and when the fuel pipe etc. arranged around the fuel tank shakes due to vibration etc., it is arranged at the position where the fuel pipe hits, and it hits the fuel tank directly It may be used for prevention.

(2) In the above embodiment, the attachment portions 11 arranged at two places are respectively sandwiched by the overhanging portions 22 and the locking plates 40. For example, the attachment portions 11 arranged at a plurality of places If it is possible to hold the protector only by pinching one of the mounting portions, it is not always necessary to pinch all the mounting portions.

(3) In the above embodiment, the locking claw 42 is locked to the claw edge 32 of the locking shaft 30, and the locking shaft 30 is locked in a state of being prevented from coming off. For example, the locking shaft is provided with a locking piece that protrudes in the direction intersecting the axial direction and can be elastically deformed in the radial direction, and when the through-hole is passed through the locking shaft. The locking piece may be elastically deformed inward, and when the through hole passes through the locking shaft, the locking piece is restored and deformed and locked to the peripheral edge of the through hole. .
In addition, by inserting a metal lock piece into the engagement claw, the end of the lock piece is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the engagement shaft on which the claw edge is not formed. Also good.

(4) In the above-described embodiment, the pair of operation portions 43 are provided so as to sandwich the through holes 41, and the locking state between the locking claws 42 and the claw edges 32 can be confirmed from the outside . However, although it is not directly related to the present invention, if there is no such request, the operation unit has any height with which the tip of the locking shaft does not protrude upward, considering only workability. It may be in the form. For example, the operation portion may be provided so as to protrude in a box shape that completely covers the front side of the through hole with such a height that the locking shaft can be accommodated inside.

(5) In the above embodiment, the claw edge 32 is formed on the side surface substantially parallel to the rotation axis of the hinge 50 on the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft 30, but the claw edge is not necessarily formed on this surface. For example, a claw edge may be formed on a side surface of the outer peripheral surface of the locking shaft that is substantially perpendicular to the rotation axis of the hinge. Moreover, the form of the hinge is not necessarily restricted to the substantially U-shaped form.

(6) In the above embodiment, the thick portion 50A of the hinge 50 has a flat plate shape, but the shape of the thick portion may not be this. For example, the thick portion has a mountain shape toward the front side. It may be a shape protruding into a dome shape or a shape protruding into a dome shape.
