Description
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態における焼結体の製造方法を工程順に示す図である。図1を参照して、始めに、原料粉末と添加粉末とを混合し、混合粉末を作製する(ステップS1)。原料粉末としては、0.4質量%より大きく1.0質量%以下のCを含み、かつFeを主成分とする金属粉末が用いられる。また、金属粉末がさらにCu、Cr、Mo、Ni、またはMnを含んでいてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 潤滑剤と0.4質量%より大きく1.0質量%以下のCとを含み、かつFeを主成分とする金属粉末を加圧成形することにより成形体を作製する工程と、
前記成形体を800℃以上1050℃以下の温度で仮焼成して前記潤滑剤が除去された仮焼成体を得る仮焼成工程と、
前記仮焼成工程後、前記仮焼成体を機械加工する機械加工工程と、
前記機械加工工程後、1100℃以上1300℃以下の温度であって、かつ前記仮焼成工程の温度よりも高い温度で前記仮焼成体を本焼成する工程とを備える、焼結体の製造方法。 - 前記仮焼成工程の温度は820℃以上970℃以下である、請求項1に記載の焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記金属粉末はCuをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記金属粉末は、Cr、Mo、Ni、およびMnからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の焼結体の製造方法。
- 前記機械加工は切削加工である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の焼結体の製造方法。
