Description
末端がトリメチルシリル基で閉塞されメチルビニルシロキサンユニットを0.12モル%含有するポリジメチルシロキサン 100部(GE東芝シリコーン株式会社製)に、平均粒子径がD50として5μm、D90として28μmである熱分解法により製造されたヘマタイトを還元処理して得られるマグネタイトAを400部配合し、加圧ニーダーを用いてコンパウドを得た。これにオープンロールにて2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジターシャリーブチルパーオキシヘキサンを0.6部加えて、シート状に分出しした。規定の金型を用い160℃×10分間のプレス架橋を行い、その後ゴムを200℃の恒温槽に4時間入れて二次架橋を完成させ、ホットディスク法測定に供するゴム試料片を得た。
比較例2として乾式法ヘマタイトを低温乾燥方式にて調整し、それを還元処理してマグネタイトCを同量置換した他は実施例1と同様の操作により、ゴム試料片を得た。
これらの配合と測定した3個の試料の平均熱伝導率値およびゴムの硬さ、引っ張り強度、伸びをJIS K6249(2003)「未硬化及び硬化シリコーンゴムの試験方法」に基づき測定した値を表1に示した。
非共役ジエンにエチリデンノルボーネンを用いたエスプレン505A(住友化学株式会社製)100部にフランス法酸化亜鉛5部、ステアリン酸1部、平均粒子径がD50として4μm、D90として21μmであり熱分解法により製造されたヘマタイトを還元処理して得られ、結晶長辺寸法範囲が29〜66nmであり、結晶部に不連続面が少なくとも一面以上有しているマグネタイトDを550部、加硫促進剤として「EM−33」(川口化学工業株式会社製)2.5部、粉末硫黄を1.5部配合し加圧ニーダーでコンパウンドを得た。金型を用い155℃×15分のプレス架橋を行い600mm×600mm×3mmおよび200mm×200mm×1mmのシートを得た。
非共役ジエンの配合されてないEPR「0045」(三井化学株式会社製)80部、液状イソプレンゴムとしてLIR−50(クラレ株式会社製)10部、熱可塑性エラストマーとしてスチレン系の「SB2400」(住友化学株式会社製)10部をポリマー成分とし、フランス法酸化亜鉛 5部、ステアリン酸1部、実施例2で用いた平均粒子径がD50として4μm、D90として21μmであり熱分解法により製造されたヘマタイトを還元処理して得られ、結晶長辺寸法範囲が29〜66nmであり、結晶部に不連続面が少なくとも一面以上有しているマグネタイトD(日新フェライト株式会社製 商品名「MGR−22」)を400部、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステルとして、25℃において固体であるソルビタンモノステアレート「ポエム S−250」(理研ビタミン株式会社製)を1.2部、加硫促進剤として「EM−33」(川口化学工業株式会社製)2.5部、粉末硫黄を1.5部配合し加圧ニーダーでコンパウンドを得た。金型を用い155℃×15分のプレス架橋を行い600mm×600mm×3mmおよび200mm×200mm×1mmのシートを得た。
Claims (2)
- エラストマー100重量部に対して、熱分解法により製造されたヘマタイトを還元処理して得られ、結晶部分の断面長辺寸法が10〜100nmの範囲にあり、断面に結晶不連続面が少なくとも一面以上存在するマグネタイトを100〜1000重量部配合したことを特徴とするエラストマー組成物。
- エラストマー100重量部に対して、25℃において固体であるソルビタン脂肪酸エステルを0.01〜20重量部配合したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマー組成物。
