本発明は、腕時計用バンドの改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、腕時計用バンドとしては、幅方向に貫通する通し穴を連鎖方向前後の各端部寄りに設けたセンター駒と、片側面から幅方向に向かう止め穴を連鎖方向前後の各端部寄りに設けたサイド駒とを備え、センター駒の各通し穴から軸両端を外方に突出させて連結ピンを複数個直列に並ぶセンター駒に組み付け、サイド駒を連鎖方向前後で相隣り合うセンター駒の通し穴から突出する連結ピンの各軸端に組み付けて、センター駒をサイド駒で両側から支持する形態を基本に構成するものがある。

その腕時計用バンドは、通常、センター駒の各通し穴より外方に突出する連結ピンの各軸端をサイド駒の止め穴に圧入嵌着し、サイド駒を連結ピンで固定保持すると共に、センター駒をサイド駒で両側から支持することにより連鎖状に組み立てられている。

その腕時計用バンドでは、止め穴の口径並びに連結ピンの両軸径を厳格に管理しなければならないため、各部品の成形に手間が掛る。また、連結ピンの各軸端をサイド駒の止め穴に圧入嵌着するのも慎重に行わなければならないため、組立作業にも手間を要するばかりでなく、長さ調整等の必要からサイド駒を連結ピンより組み外すのも手間が掛る。

特に、センター駒並びにサイド駒を超硬合金,セラミックス等の超硬質材料から形成するものでは、特殊な放電加工技術、又は厳密な細孔加工に適用する必要があるため、その細孔加工にも手間が掛る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、センター駒の各通し穴より外方に突出する連結ピンの各軸端をサイド駒の止め穴に圧入嵌着する構成によらないで、サイド駒を連結ピンで確実に保持できると共に、センター駒をサイド駒で両側から確実に支持できる腕時計用バンドを提供することを目的とする。

それに加えて、本発明は構造的に簡単な部品から容易に組み立てられると共に、長さ調整等が必要なときにも容易に組み外しでき、また、体裁よく組み立てられる腕時計用バンドを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に係る腕時計用バンドにおいては、幅方向に貫通する通し穴を連鎖方向前後の各端部寄りに設けたセンター駒と、片側面から幅方向に向かう止め穴を連鎖方向前後の各端部寄りに設けたサイド駒とを備え、センター駒の各通し穴から軸両端を外方に突出させて連結ピンを複数個直列に並ぶセンター駒に組み付け、サイド駒を連鎖方向前後で相隣り合うセンター駒の通し穴から突出する連結ピンの各軸端に組み付けて、センター駒をサイド駒で両側から支持する形態を基本とし、
上記サイド駒には各止め穴に直交する座ぐり穴を内側面より駒内に設け、上記連結ピンには軸径を細くする凹溝をサイド駒の止め穴に挿入する軸線上で座ぐり穴と相応する軸回りに設けると共に、サイド駒の座ぐり穴と平面形状で整合する基部片から座ぐり穴の穴内に向う立上り片を有し、且つ、連結ピンの凹溝に係合する張出し縁を立上りの突端寄り両側部に設け、更に、基部片より立上り片に連通するねじ穴を設けたストッパと、そのストッパのねじ穴にねじ込まれて頭部縁をサイド駒の穴縁に当接するビスとを備え、
上記ストッパを座ぐり穴の穴内に挿置させてサイド駒に組み付け、このサイド駒をセンター駒の通し穴より外方に突出する連結ピンの各軸端に止め穴で組み付け、ストッパのねじ穴にねじ込まれるビスの頭部縁をサイド駒の穴縁に当接すると共に、ストッパの張出し縁を座ぐり穴の奥側から連結ピンの凹溝と係合するまでストッパをビスでねじ上げて保持し、そのストッパで連結ピンに固定するサイド駒によりセンター駒を両側から支持する連鎖部を備えることにより構成されている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付を参照して説明すると、図1はバックル部を除いて、腕時計用バンドBを腕時計ケースCに組付け連結させた側面図を示す。この腕時計用バンドBにおいては、連鎖部b,連鎖部b,連鎖部b,連鎖部bが各々異なる構造により構成されている。その連鎖部中で、連鎖部bが本発明による連鎖部として特殊な構造に構成されている。なお、便宜上、腕時計ケースCとの連結側を「腕時計用バンドBの先端側」とし、手首との接触面側を「腕時計用バンドBの内側面」として説明する。

上述した簡単な構造から各部を構成するため、センター駒1a,1b並びにサイド駒3a,3bはタングステンカーバイト(WC),タンタルカーバイト(TaC),チタニュームカーバイト(TiC)等の超硬・硬質合金,又はジルコニアセラミックス等の超硬質材料で容易に形成でき、またこれら超硬質材料からなるバンド駒は、精度的に射出成形による形成も容易である。これにより、腕時計ケースと合わせて傷付き等の生じ難い腕時計用バンドBとして全体が構成でき、特に、ジルコニアセラミックス等のセラミック材料から形成するときには金属アレルギーの虞れのある使用者向けとして好適なものに構成できる。

【発明の効果】
以上に如く、本発明の請求項1に係る腕時計用バンドに依れば、ストッパを座ぐり穴の穴内に挿置させてサイド駒に組み付け、このサイド駒をセンター駒の通し穴より外方に突出する連結ピンの各軸端に止め穴で組み付け、ストッパのねじ穴にねじ込まれるビスの頭部縁をサイド駒の穴縁に当接すると共に、ストッパを座ぐり穴の奥側から張出し縁で連結ピンの凹溝と係合するまでビスでねじ上げて保持し、そのストッパで連結ピンに固定するサイド駒によりセンター駒を両側から支持する連鎖部を備えることにより、センター駒の各通し穴より外方に突出する連結ピンの各軸端をサイド駒の止め穴に圧入嵌着する構成によらないで、サイド駒を連結ピンで確実に保持できると共に、センター駒をサイド駒で両側から確実に保持させて構造的に簡単な部品から容易に組み立てられしかも容易に組み外せる。
