Claims (2)

給紙部から供給された用紙に画像形成部と定着部とで画像が形成された後に、排紙部に排出されるようになった画像形成装置において、
前記定着部は、装置本体に対して、外部の引き出し位置と内部の収納位置とに移動可能に取付けて、前記定着部には、用紙搬送方向を切り替える搬送切替部材と、この搬送切替部材を切替動作させるソレノイドとを設ける一方、前記ソレノイドには、定着部の収納位置で、通風位置に突出するとともに、定着部の引き出した位置で、作業者の手に触れない待避位置に没入するように連動する冷却補助部材を取付けたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
