Description

The present invention relates to a waste landfill method, and more particularly, to a waste landfill method in which only caisson is used as a management-type disposal site, and other landfill sections are made stable-type disposal sites, which can greatly reduce costs.

Industrial waste and general waste are classified into stable waste and managed waste according to the form of landfill disposal.

Stable waste is stable in shape, such as rubble and earthenware waste, and does not elute harmful components.Managed waste is sludge, wood waste, incinerated ash, etc. Contains harmful substances and easily causes water pollution.

Conventionally, a method of construction as shown in FIG. 3 is known when landfilling managed waste or stable waste in a disposal site.

As shown in FIG. 3, the landfill area is divided into a managed waste area A and a stable waste area B, and the surroundings of the managed waste area A are separated by a revetment wall as shown in FIG. Was prevented from leaking outside. In the stable waste area B, there is no risk of leakage of harmful components, so a revetment wall as shown in FIG. 4 is not required.

The details of the revetment wall will be described with reference to FIG. 4. A revetment 50 is installed on a foundation discarding stone 51 at a portion in contact with the sea. On the management-type waste area A side, a sandproof sheet 52, a seating soil 53, a water shielding sheet 54, an intermediate protective layer 55, a water shielding sheet 56, an upper covering layer 57, and a scouring prevention sheet 58 are formed in this order. Yes.

Therefore, conventionally, in the disposal of managed waste, a method has been adopted to purify and stabilize leachate so that water from which toxic substances have dissolved is not leaked to others. There was a problem that a huge cost was required just by installing a revetment wall.

In addition, in order to stabilize the managed waste in the above-mentioned managed waste area A side, as shown in FIG. 5, first, the managed waste I is received and stabilized by watering and stabilized. Then, the management type waste II is received and the stabilization process is performed by watering. After stabilization, the management type waste III is further received and the stabilization process by watering is performed. Such a method has a disadvantage that the stabilization process is not completed until the managed waste III is stabilized, and it takes many years to close. Further, there is a risk of leakage of harmful substances due to rainwater, but there is a problem that enormous costs are required to shield the entire upper part of the managed waste area A.
Japanese Patent No. 3439636

Patent Document 1 describes a method in which managed waste is sprinkled in a plurality of compartments to perform cleaning of harmful substances, and when the waste is stabilized, it is directly landfilled.

The technique of patent document 1 implements stabilization of leachate at an early stage by watering in a plurality of sections, and shortens the closing period. Although there is no description about caisson in this patent document 1, even if caisson is applied to each compartment, managed waste is accepted in all compartments, and when stabilization processing is completed, each caisson is reclaimed to be closed. It will be.

However, such a method of closing the caisson itself has a drawback that a large amount of caisson is required when a large amount of managed waste is received, stabilized and landfilled, and the cost is not reduced.

The present inventor has found that the above-mentioned drawbacks can be solved by configuring a managed waste area with a caisson, stabilizing in the caisson, and then transferring to a stabilized waste area for disposal. Has been reached.

That is, the problem of the present invention is that the management-type waste area is composed of caisson, stabilized in the caisson, and then sequentially transferred to the stable-type disposal site and landfilled. It is to provide a landfill method of waste that can dispose of both managed waste and stabilized waste at a low cost without requiring a revetment wall.

According to the present invention, the management-type waste area is composed of caisson, stabilized in the caisson, and then sequentially transferred to the stable-type disposal site and landfilled. It is possible to provide a waste landfill method that can dispose of both managed waste and stable waste at low cost without requiring a wall.

In addition, according to the present invention, since the waste can be received from the time when the first caisson is installed, it is possible to provide a waste landfill method with a short period until the start of treatment.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since there is abundant seawater on the shore, there is abundant water used for watering for stabilization, and water can be used for stabilization, until it stabilizes. It is possible to provide a waste landfill method that can shorten the period of the waste.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a management-type disposal site area divided into a landfill area on the coast, and 2 is a stable disposal site area. Managed wastes are sludge, wood chips, incinerated ash, etc. that contain harmful substances in the eluted components and are prone to water pollution and require leachate treatment. Stable wastes are stable in shape, such as rubbles and earthenware scraps, and do not elute harmful components, and can be landfilled as they are.

A plurality of caissons are provided in the management-type disposal site area 1, and in the illustrated example, six caissons 100 to 105 are provided.

The caisson 100-105 accepts managed waste that discharges harmful elution components. The management-type waste starts to be accepted from the caisson 100, and when the caisson 100 reaches a predetermined amount as the amount received increases, the waste is sequentially accepted by 101 to 105.

In the present invention, a caisson is a box-like shape that is formed with a space that can receive managed waste and can be sprinkled, and is pre-molded at a factory or the like and brought into the field. Say.

The caisson used in the present invention may be made of concrete, steel plate, composite structure of steel plate and concrete, etc., durability that can be used as a revetment wall, weight that can form a revetment wall by its own weight when immersed in seawater surface It is preferable to have. Each caisson may have a structure (partition) in which the inside is partitioned into a plurality.

In the present invention, sprinkling treatment with seawater is performed in the caissons 100 to 105, and FIG. 2 shows an example in which sprinkling treatment with seawater is performed in the caisson 100, which is a representative example.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 106 denotes a seawater pump, and the seawater pumped up by the seawater pump 106 is sent to the sprinkler 108 via a pipe 107. For example, a spray nozzle is installed in the sprinkler 108 to sprinkle water from the upper part of the managed waste 109 in the caisson 100.

In the caisson 100, the space part 110 is formed in the lower part, for example, the through-hole member 111 like a net-like body or a punching metal should just be installed in predetermined height. It is also preferable to provide a non-woven fabric 112 capable of passing seawater at the top of the through-hole member 111.

Seawater sprayed from the upper part of the managed waste 109 elutes soluble organic substances, salts or heavy metals contained in the managed waste 109 as harmful components. If this elution process is continued for a long time, the elution of harmful components is almost eliminated and the managed waste 109 is stabilized.

Conventionally, it took several years to completely elute harmful components, but in the case of the present invention, since it is sprinkling with seawater, abundant seawater can be sprinkled quantitatively. It is preferable to supply the amount of water spray quantitatively in order to shorten the stabilization time. Furthermore, since fresh seawater can always be supplied, it is possible to supply minerals to microorganisms that contribute to stabilization in waste, and since seawater is not circulated, salt accumulation can also be prevented.

Sprinkling a large amount of water temporarily such as rainwater is not preferable in order to shorten the stabilization time, and therefore, a movable roof-like shape is placed above one caisson or a section partitioning the caisson. It is preferable to provide a cover to block the external environment from the caisson. This is to cover the caisson that is being sprinkled and to shorten the stabilization time.

In the present invention, it is preferable to start the watering treatment when the managed waste 109 reaches about 20% of the caisson capacity.

In the present invention, the management-type waste area is composed of caisson and stabilized in the caisson, and then the treated waste is sequentially transferred to the stable-type disposal site area 2 and landfilled. The process of transferring includes a process of taking out the waste after processing and a process of transferring to the stable disposal site area 2. The taking-out means used in the waste taking-out process after the treatment is not particularly limited, and a bucket conveyor or the like (not shown) can be used. The stable disposal site area 2 is divided into a first-stage landfill area 20, a second-stage landfill area 21, and a third-stage landfill area 22 based on a landfill plan. Transfer to landfill. The transfer means is not particularly limited, and a transfer conveyor connected to the bucket conveyor described above can be used.

The waste landfilled in the first landfill area 20 is a stable waste that does not need to be treated originally and a waste that has been stabilized by the above-mentioned treatment. When these wastes reach a predetermined amount, The surface is covered with the covering soil, and the landfill is completed (closed).

Next, the second-stage landfill area 21 and the third-stage landfill area 22 are transferred in the same manner and closed to landfill.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 200 denotes a partition plate for isolating a stable waste disposal site from seawater. Since this partition plate 200 has no fear of elution of harmful components, a conventional waste management area such as that in the conventional type is shown. Steel plates and the like can be used without requiring a revetment wall. Accordingly, both managed waste and stable waste can be disposed of at low cost. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to accept waste from the time when the first caisson is installed before the stable disposal site is completed, and there is an effect that the period until the start of treatment is short.

As shown in FIG. 2, leachate (sewage) containing harmful components generated in the caisson 100 is sent to the drainage purification facility 114 by the discharge pump 113 and processed. The drainage purification facility 114 can also be provided in another caisson 101 or the like.

The sewage sent to the waste water purification facility 114 is preferably inspected for water quality at all times or regularly. The configuration of the drainage purification facility 114 is not particularly limited.
