Claims (1)
- 外周に車体取付フランジ(10b)を一体に有し、内周に複列の外側転走面(10a)が形成された外方部材(10)と、
一端部に車輪取付フランジ(4)を一体に有し、外周に前記複列の外側転走面(10a)に対向する一方の内側転走面(2a)と、この内側転走面(2a)から肩部(2d)を介して軸方向に延びる小径段部(2b)が形成されたハブ輪(2)、およびこのハブ輪(2)の肩部(2d)に突合せ状態になるまで前記小径段部(2b)に圧入され、外周に前記複列の外側転走面(10a)に対向する他方の内側転走面(3a)が形成された内輪(3)とからなる内方部材(1)と、
この内方部材(1)と前記外方部材(10)の両転走面間(2a、3a、10a)に保持器(7)を介して転動自在に収容された複列の転動体(6)とを備えた車輪用軸受装置において、
前記ハブ輪(2)の肩部(2d)と小径段部(2b)との隅部(B)が、複数の曲率半径(b、c)からなる複合Rからなると共に、前記内輪(3)の面取り部(3c)が複数の曲率半径からなる複合Rからなり、これら各複合Rにおけるアウトボード側の円弧の曲率半径がインボード側の円弧の曲率半径よりも小さく設定され、前記ハブ輪(2)の複合R箇所と前記内輪(3)の面取り部(3c)とが非接触であることを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。
