本発明は、建物付設物の床構造及びその床を施工する方法に係り、例えば、バルコニ、ベランダ、テラス、集合住宅用外階段、集合住宅用外廊下等の建物付設物の床に利用できるものである。

【背景技術】
建物付設物であるバルコニの床の施工作業は、建物から左右の妻梁を延設し、これらの妻梁の先端間に桁梁を架設することにより床の骨組みを形成し、この床の骨組みの内側に複数の根太を並設した後、これらの根太に防水パン等の床部材を載せることにより行われ、また、左右の妻梁と床部材との間、桁梁と床部材との間及び建物の外面部材と床部材との間に水切り部材を配置することにより、バルコニの床の雨仕舞い処理がなされる。

このため、バルコニの外輪郭は建物の外面部材と左右の妻梁と桁梁とによって形成され、左右の妻梁は、この外輪郭のうちの左右の側部外輪郭を形成する左右の側部外輪郭部材となっており、桁梁は、この外輪郭のうちの前部外輪郭を形成する前部外輪郭部材となっている。また、前記水切り部材は、左右の妻梁と床部材との間、桁梁と床部材との間、建物の外面部材と床部材との間に配置される中間部材となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、先端間に桁梁が架設される左右の妻梁は桁梁と共にバルコニの構造材となるものであるため、これらの妻梁の基端部は建物の柱等の構造材に結合されることになり、これらの構造材から左右の妻梁が建物外側へ延設され、これらの構造材の間隔は、その住宅製造会社等の建物製造会社で規定されている基本モジュールに基づいた寸法となっている。一方、防水パン等の床部材は建物部品であるため、この床部材は建物製造会社とは異なる建物部品製造会社によって生産され、この床部材の寸法は、この建物部品製造会社で規定されている基本モジュールに基づいた寸法となっている。

このため、バルコニが建物付設物となって付設される建物の基本モジュールと、バルコニの部品である床部材の基本モジュールとが異なることがあり、バルコニの左右の妻梁は建物の柱等の構造材に基端部が結合されるため、これらの妻梁の間隔は建物の基本モジュールに基づいた寸法となる。

本発明の目的は、水切り部材等の左右の中間部材を共通化でき、寸法を異ならせて用意しなければならない中間部材の種類を削減できる建物付設物の床構造及びその床施工方法を提供するところにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る建物付設物の床構造は、建物付設物の床の外輪郭が、建物の外面部材と、この建物から延設された左右の側部外輪郭部材と、これらの側部外輪郭部材の先端間に架設された前部外輪郭部材とにより形成され、この外輪郭の内側に床部材が配置されるとともに、この床部材と前記左側の側部外輪郭部材との間に第1中間部材が、前記床部材と前記右側の側部外輪郭部材との間に第2中間部材がそれぞれ配置される建物付設物の床構造において、前記床部材と前記左側の側部外輪郭部材との間隔と、前記床部材と前記右側の側部外輪郭部材との間隔とが同じ又は略同じになっていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。本実施形態に係る建物付設物はバルコニであり、図1は、建物1に付設されたこのバルコニ2の全体を示す斜視図であり、バルコニ2は、床2Aと、床2Aの外輪郭部に立設された手摺り2Bとからなる。バルコニ2の平面図である図8に示すとおり、床2Aの外輪郭は、バルコニ2が付設されている建物1のサイディング等の外面部材1Aと、建物1から平行に延設され、バルコニ2の構造材となっている左右の妻梁3,4と、これらの妻梁3,4の先端間に架設され、バルコニ2の構造材となっている桁梁5とによって平面四角形に形成され、左右の妻梁3,4は、床2Aの外輪郭のうちの左右の側部外輪郭を形成する側部外輪郭部材となっており、桁梁5は、床2Aの外輪郭のうちの前部外輪郭を形成する前部外輪郭部材となっている。
妻梁3,4と桁梁5は、引き抜き成形又は押し出し成形によるアルミ合金製である。
