Description
つぎの発明によるFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法は、上記のFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法と、FRP表面をインパルスハンマで加振し、加振力の時間波形の幅を指標とするFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法とを併用したことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 欠陥のない箇所とある箇所が把握されているFRPサンプルを用意し、
前記欠陥のない箇所の前記FRPサンプルの表面をインパルスハンマで加振としたときの、打音の周波数スペクトルに前記欠陥がある個所よりも大きな値が現れる周波数帯域をF1とし、
前記欠陥のある箇所の前記FRPサンプルの欠陥箇所表面をインパルスハンマで加振としたときの、打音の周波数スペクトルに前記欠陥がない個所よりも大きな値が現れる周波数帯域をF2としたときに、
検査対象となるFRP構造物の表面をインパルスハンマで加振としたときの、前記F1における打音のデシベル合成値をdB1とし、前記F2における打音のデシベル合成値をdB2としたときのΔ=dB2−dB1を指標とすることを特徴とするFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法。 - 請求項1に記載のFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法と、FRP表面をインパルスハンマで加振し、加振力の時間波形の幅を指標とするFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法とを併用したことを特徴とするFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法。
- 前記加振力の時間波形の幅は、当該波形のピーク値の1/10乃至1/2の値となる箇所の幅であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法。
- 前記加振力の時間波形の幅は、当該波形のピーク値の1/2値となる箇所の幅であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のFRP構造物の非破壊検査方法。
