Description

【0001】

[Prior art and its problems]
In recent years, with the development of packaging materials with excellent characteristics for pouches, there has been a remarkable progress in the packaging, especially in the food field, where cooked foods are immediately packaged and consumed without sacrificing the taste after cooking. Many foods with pouches that can be provided to consumers are manufactured and sold.
When consumers eat purchased pouched foods, they are often heated by a heating cooker such as a microwave oven that is widely used in each household.
[0003]
As a result, after heating with a heating cooker such as a microwave oven, the pouch becomes hot, so the pouch cannot be immediately taken out of the microwave oven, and when the pouch is opened and eaten, It is difficult to transfer to other containers. Also, there is a risk of burns if you try to do this.
[0004]
On the other hand, when the pouch is heated in a microwave oven, in order to prevent bursting (explosion) of the pouch due to heating, the corner portion of the pouch is opened, or, for example, registered utility model No. 3048391 or JP-A-10 A mechanism for discharging the gas in the pouch proposed in JP-A-147371 and the like is provided to prevent the burst (explosion) and prevent the contents from being scattered during heating.
However, if the pouch is simply placed on a saucer in the microwave oven and heated, the contents may be spilled into the saucer or the microwave oven even though the contents can be prevented from scattering.
[0005]
In order to prevent these disadvantages, it has been proposed to use a pouch as a standing pouch to enable standing in a microwave oven, but it is difficult to reliably maintain the standing due to an increase in internal pressure during heating of the pouch. Yes, there is a risk that the contents will spill into the microwave oven due to a fall. In addition, after heating, the pouch is at a high temperature, so it is difficult to immediately remove it from the microwave after heating.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to immediately take out a pouch after being heated by a heating cooker such as a microwave oven, and to eat the contents in the pouch while keeping the pouch in a container for eating. The contents of the pouch in the microwave can be prevented from spilling, and the container lid can be folded back into a leg piece when the container is open.
