Claims (12)
- マトリックス基板と、
複数の不連続な第一及び第二反射パターンを備えた内部反射板を支持する反対側基板であって、前記第二反射パターンには凹凸があり、前記内部反射板を支持していない該反対側基板の一部が透過領域と画定される、反対側基板と、
前記内部反射板を支持していない前記反対側基板の一部の上に配置され、前記第一反射パターンを完全に覆い、前記第二反射パターンを覆わない多数のカラーフィルタと、
該マトリックス基板と該反対側基板との間に設けられた液晶層と、
前記反対側基板と前記液晶層との間に配置された光学フィルムと、を有し、
前記複数の第一反射パターンが、バックライトユニットからの光を反射し、
前記複数の第二反射パターンが、環境光を反射し、前記反対側基板上の多数の反射領域を画定し、
前記バックライトから前記反対側基板の透過領域に達する光が前記反対側基板の透過領域を通して透過される、液晶表示パネル。 - 前記マトリクス基板は、第一基板上に支持された画素スイッチング装置のアレイを有する請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記画素スイッチング装置は、薄膜トランジスタを有する請求項2に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記反対側基板は、第二基板上に支持された前記カラーフィルタを有し、前記内部反射板が前記第二基板上に支持されている請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記光学フィルムは、内部偏光板と光学補償板との少なくとも一つを有する請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記第二基板上に支持されたポリマー層であって、該ポリマー層は内部反射板を支持し、また、前記第二反射パターンに隣接する該ポリマー層の表面には凹凸があり、また、該第二反射パターンは該ポリマー層の凹凸のある表面上にコンフォーマルに形成されているポリマー層を更に有する請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記反対側基板は、
前記第二基板上に支持されたポリマー層であって、カラーフィルタを支持するポリマー層を有する請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 前記カラーフィルタの上に配置されたオーバーコーティングと、該カラーフィルタによって覆われていない内部反射板の一部と、を更に有する請求項7に記載の液晶表示パネル。
- 前記オーバーコーティング上に配置された光学フィルムと、
前記光学フィルム上に配置された共通電極と、を更に有する請求項8に記載の液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネルと、
前記反対側基板に隣接する側におけるバックライトモジュールと、を有する液晶ディスプレイ。 - 請求項10に記載の液晶ディスプレイと、
該液晶ディスプレイに作動可能に連結された駆動回路と、を有するフラットパネルディスプレイ装置。 - 請求項11に記載のフラットパネルディスプレイ装置と、
ユーザーインターフェイスと、
該フラットパネルディスプレイ装置と該ユーザーインターフェイスとに作動可能に連結された制御回路と、を有する電子機器。
