繰出し方向に傾斜させた底部に積層させて媒体を収納する収納部と、その収納部の最下位の媒体を1枚ずつ分離して繰出す繰出しローラとを備えた媒体繰出装置において、
媒体を押圧する傾斜面と、収納部の繰出し方向の壁面に接する垂直面とを有し、前記傾斜面または前記傾斜面が延長された面と前記垂直面または前記垂直面が延長された面との交点から前記垂直面の上端までの長さが前記交点から繰出しローラと前記傾斜面とが接する接点までの長さ以上になるように形成され、収納部の最上位の媒体に載置される媒体押さえを設けたことを特徴とする媒体繰出装置。
