Description
The present invention relates to an image inspection method in a non-destructive surface inspection represented by a penetration penetrant test (PT), a magnetic particle test (MT), and a visual inspection (Visual Test: VT), The present invention relates to an image inspection program and an image inspection apparatus.
At present, regarding non-destructive surface inspections such as PT, MT and VT, the inspection results are usually judged by checking the actual product, and the inspection results are obtained by authorized inspectors in each industrial field. According to the criteria defined by the specified standards and standards, etc., it is performed by the procedure of judging the presence or absence of defects larger than the prescribed by the method of visual confirmation and judging the pass / fail of the inspection.
However, in the current inspection procedure, after the inspector judges the inspection result, the observation surface of the object to be inspected is processed and not recorded, and in most cases, only the inspection result such as good / bad is reported as the inspection report. Will be described in the book.
In order to solve such problems, recently, as evidence of the inspection result of the nondestructive surface inspection, an image (mainly a still image) of the inspection target part of the object to be inspected is obtained and stored as an inspection record. There is a growing need for an inspection process in which an inspector who is away from an object to be inspected determines an inspection result based on an acquired image.
However, in order to satisfy the above-described needs, in the case of non-destructive inspection of welded parts of power plant equipment / piping, parts to be inspected such as plant name, system name, equipment / pipe unique control number, welded part, etc. It is necessary to associate the attribute data relating to the inspected object such as the control number, the design condition of the inspection target part, and the plant operating condition with the corresponding image data.
In such a technique, after obtaining image data, a procedure is required in which attribute data is associated with each image data at the stage of organizing the image data.
そして、撮像した結果得られたデジタルデータをPC(Personal Computer)に転送する。
However, Patent Document 1 does not describe a specific method for associating date / time and place information. Generally, attribute data including date / time and place information is manually input to a PC. Specifically, a tape on which a unique number is written in advance on the part to be inspected of the object to be inspected is wound and photographed so that the image data acquired by photographing can be identified. Thereafter, the user inputs the attribute data related to the corresponding examination target part while referring to the number written on the tape photographed in the image data, thereby associating the attribute data with the image data.
Such input of attribute data by manual input and association with image data requires a large number of work steps, and may cause another attribute data to be erroneously associated with image data.
In addition, the process of winding the tape around the part to be inspected every time during imaging is a factor that increases the work process, and it is necessary to prepare a large amount of consumable tape, which improves work efficiency. Improvement is desired from the viewpoint of cost.
In view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides an image inspection method, an image inspection program, and an image inspection apparatus that enable easy association of attribute data and image data without error and increase work efficiency.
In view of the above problems, the present invention includes a photographing unit for photographing the examination target region is attached to the test subject, wherein the attributes stored in the RFID tag that stores attribute data which is information of the inspection object a reader for reading data, in the comprise Na Ru vision inspection system, the image inspection apparatus, through the reader, acquires the attribute data stored in the RFID tag, through the imaging device, Image data of a region to be inspected, which is a location where the inspection object is to be inspected, is acquired, an MTF value is calculated based on the acquired image data, and the resolution of the image data is equivalent to visual observation. The acquired attribute data and the acquired image data are stored in association with each other when the value is larger than a predetermined value for determining whether or not .
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an image inspection method, an image inspection program, and an image inspection apparatus in which attribute data and image data can be easily associated with each other without error and work efficiency can be improved.

Specifically, based on two images of the black part (PC4) of the RFID tag 1 taken on both sides of the image in the image data, or the heat-resistant seal having the black part as described above, up and down, left and right, rotation, etc. The image shift is corrected. Further, when it is necessary to connect a plurality of pieces of image data, the black portion may be used as an index for superimposing the black portion on the image.
