Claims (13)
- マトリックスの形態に編成されたN個のRF又はマイクロ波回路素子(1、2、301)を備えており、該回路素子を互いに接続させる能力を有する電気的な接続手段(3、302)を有する再構成が可能なデバイスであって、
該接続手段が、光学的に切り換えられることができる接続のマトリックスの形態に編成されており、
該接続手段が、該回路素子間の接続を発光によって作動させる光学素子に関連付けられていて、
該発光が、該接続手段の導電率を増大させ、または導電率においてその反対の挙動をもたらす
ことを特徴とする再構成可能デバイス。 - それぞれの接続手段が、接続を作動させる多層光学素子に関連付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記多層光学素子がOLED(4)型であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記OLED型の光学素子が、前記接続手段のマトリックスに関連付けられた能動マトリックスの形態に編成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記接続手段が、前記光学素子と前記N個の素子との間に置かれた低密度の光導電性材料層によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記接続手段が、非バイアス・フォトニック能動素子によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記光学素子のマトリックスが、接続点を形成するさまざまな素子を動的に駆動するデバイス(54、64)に関連付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記駆動デバイスが、想定される種々の構成のためのプログラムを含む記憶領域を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 前記接続のマトリックスが、所望の接続点に対応した光学素子のマトリックスに関連付けられたマスクの形態として作製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再構成可能デバイス。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された、所与の構成において光学的に再構成が可能なデバイスの素子によって形成されたアンテナ(52)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された、所与の構成において光学的に再構成が可能なデバイスの素子によって形成されたフェーズド・アレイ回路(62)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された、所与の構成において光学的に再構成が可能なデバイスの素子によって形成された再構成可能アレイ回路。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された、所与の構成において光学的に再構成が可能なデバイスの素子によって形成されたPBG構造の移相器。
