Description

The present invention relates to a tape cutter device that can fold a cut end portion of a cut adhesive tape to form a folded portion whose outside is a non-adhesive surface.

There exists a thing shown by patent document 1 as this type of prior art. In this prior art, a reel capable of storing an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one surface and a non-adhesive surface on the other surface, that is, a storage unit, and a rotationally disposed on the adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, And a cutting blade that cuts the adhesive tape that is picked up by a finger from the section and pulled out. In addition, the cut end portion of the cut adhesive tape is folded back with the cutting blade, and a gripping portion, that is, a cylindrical standby portion that forms a folded portion having an outer non-adhesive surface is also provided. .

In the related art configured as described above, when the adhesive tape is applied to a necessary portion, the folded portion of the adhesive tape is grasped with a fingertip so that the length corresponds to, for example, the entire length of the region to be applied. Then it is pulled out and pasted. In addition, when the adhesive tape is attached to the required part and then peeled off, the adhesive tape can be easily peeled off by picking up and pulling up the folded part consisting of the non-adhesive part on the outside of the adhesive tape. it can.
Japanese Patent No. 2958331

By the way, in order to improve the work efficiency of the adhesive tape attaching operation, when the adhesive tape is attached to a member to be attached such as corrugated cardboard, the length corresponding to the entire length of the region where the adhesive tape is to be attached as described above. Without sticking out and sticking so that only the tip of the adhesive tape is attached to the adherend, and then moving the main body side holding the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is moved You may want to paste the in the pasted area. When sticking the adhesive tape in this way, unlike the configuration of the prior art described above, it is desirable to arrange the cutting blade on the non-adhesive surface side that is the surface opposite to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape. . However, if the cutting blade is simply disposed on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, it is difficult to form a folded portion where the outer side is a non-adhesive portion, which is convenient when peeling off from the adherend member.

The present invention has been made from the above-described actual state of the prior art, and its purpose is that a cutting blade can be disposed on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, and the outside is non-adhesive to the cut end of the adhesive tape easily after cutting. An object of the present invention is to provide a tape cutter device capable of forming a folded portion composed of a surface.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a storage unit capable of storing an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface on one side and a non-adhesive surface on the other side, and cutting for cutting the adhesive tape drawn from the storage unit. The cutting blade is fixed to a main body arranged to be rotatable in the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape drawn out from the storage portion. In addition, a biasing member that biases the main body together with the cutting blade in a direction opposite to the pulling direction is provided, and is further pulled out from the storage portion between the cutting blade and the storage portion. disposed above the non-adhesive side of the adhesive tape, and rotating rollers the adhesive tape drawn out from the housing section to guide into the cutting blade, mounted in the body, to conform to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roller A pressing plate having a concave curved surface portion is provided with a charging mechanism for charging the adhesive tape drawn out from the housing section, after which the adhesive tape drawn out from the housing portion has been cut by the cutting blade, the When the cutting blade and the pressing plate rotate in the direction opposite to the pulling direction of the adhesive tape, the cut end of the adhesive tape is sandwiched between the curved surface portion of the pressing plate and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roller. By being pressed, a folded portion whose outside is formed of the non-adhesive surface is formed.

In the present invention configured as described above, when the adhesive tape is attached to an adherend member such as cardboard, the tip of the adhesive tape is first attached to the adherend member. Subsequently, the apparatus main body side including the storage unit is moved, and the pulled-out portions of the adhesive tape are sequentially attached to the adherend member while the adhesive tape is pulled out through the guide member. At this time, static electricity is generated by the charging mechanism as the adhesive tape is pulled out, and the static electricity is charged to the adhesive tape, and the cutting blade rotates against the biasing force of the biasing member in the direction of pulling out the adhesive tape. Move. Thus, an adhesive tape is affixed on the whole plan attachment area | region of a to-be-adhered member.

Thereafter, this adhesive tape is cut with a cutting blade arranged on the non-adhesive surface side. When the cutting blade is cut, the urging force of the urging member causes the cutting blade and the press plate to rotate in the direction opposite to the direction of pulling out the adhesive tape, and the cut end of the adhesive tape charged with static electricity is The non-adhesive surface side is bent so as to form a convex curved surface while temporarily adhering to the cutting blade, and between the curved surface portion of the presser plate and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roller as the cutting blade rotates. is clamping the, the cut end of the adhesive tape, the folded portion outside made of a non-adhesive surface is formed. As described above, the present invention can arrange the cutting blade on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, and provide the urging force of the urging member after cutting and the cutting blade and presser plate rotating in the direction opposite to the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape. The adhesive tape can be bent so that the non-adhesive surface side of the cut end of the adhesive tape forms a convex curved surface through the adhesive force due to static electricity charged to the adhesive tape by the charging mechanism. A folded portion whose outside is a non-adhesive surface can be formed at the cut end of the adhesive tape.

Further, the present invention is the above invention, wherein the charging mechanism includes the rotating roller and a brake member that applies a rotating load to the rotating roller, and the rotating load is applied when the adhesive tape is pulled out from the storage portion. It is characterized in that the adhesive tape is charged by rubbing the applied rotating roller on the rotating roller. In the present invention configured as described above, when the adhesive tape is pulled out, static electricity is charged to the adhesive tape via a rotating roller that is restrained from rotating by the brake member, and after the adhesive tape is cut, The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape tends to bend so as to be wound around the rotating roller due to static electricity, whereby a folded portion can be reliably formed at the cut end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

Further, in the present invention according to the above invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is stored in the storage unit in a wound state, and the charging mechanism is in the state of being wound in the storage unit. A friction generating member that comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive, and when the adhesive tape is pulled out from the storage portion, the adhesive tape is charged by friction between the friction generating member and the adhesive tape. It is a feature. According to the present invention configured as described above, when the adhesive tape is pulled out from the storage portion, static electricity is charged to the adhesive tape through the friction generating member, and the adhesive tape is surely attached to the cut end of the adhesive tape through the adhesive force due to the static electricity. A folded portion can be formed.

Further, the present invention is the above invention, wherein when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is pulled out, the cutting blade is brought into contact with the non-adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to resist the urging force of the urging member. A guide portion that rotates in the pull-out direction is provided, and the charging mechanism includes the guide portion, and when the adhesive tape is pulled out from the storage portion, the guide portion is placed on the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape. It is characterized in that the adhesive tape is made to be charged by rubbing. In the present invention configured as described above, when the adhesive tape is pulled out, the guide portion slides on the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape and rotates in the direction to open the cutting blade, so that the adhesive tape is not damaged. While being able to affix on a sticking member, a cutting blade can be smoothly opened by a guide part. Further, static electricity is charged to the adhesive tape through the guide portion, and the folded portion can be reliably formed at the cut end portion of the adhesive tape through the adhesive force due to the static electricity.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, the guide part includes a torsion coil spring made of a synthetic resin extending along the cutting edge of the cutting blade. The present invention configured as described above can reliably charge static electricity to the adhesive tape via the synthetic resin torsion coil spring.

According to the present invention, the cutting blade can be arranged on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape, and after the cutting, the urging force of the urging member, and the cutting blade and the press plate that rotate in the direction opposite to the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape. In addition, the adhesive tape can be bent so that the non-adhesive side of the cut end of the adhesive tape has a convex curved surface through the adhesive force due to static electricity charged to the adhesive tape by the charging mechanism. The part can be easily folded back to form a folded part whose outside is a non-adhesive surface. Thereby, when peeling the adhesive tape affixed to the to-be-adhered member, a return | turnback part can be hold | gripped and an adhesive tape can be easily peeled off, and also the adhesive tape performed by moving the main body side of an adhesive tape Adhesion work becomes possible, and the work efficiency of the adhesion work of this adhesive tape can be improved.

The second charging mechanism includes a rotating member 36b that comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 that is wound around the friction generating member provided in the rotary pressing portion 36 shown in FIGS. In addition, the adhesive tape 2 is made of a material that charges the adhesive tape 2 by friction between the rotating body 36b and the non-adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out from the storage unit 3.

The third charging mechanism includes the first guide portion 33 and the second guide portion 34 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 described above, and when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out from the storage portion 3, the first guide portion 33 and the second guide portion 34. [Adhesive tape application]
7-14 is a figure which shows the sticking operation | movement of an adhesive tape, FIG. 7 is a side view which shows the state at the time of the sticking work start of an adhesive tape, FIG. 8 shows the state in the middle of the sticking work of an adhesive tape. FIG. 9 is a side view showing a state when the adhesive tape is cut. FIG. 10 is a side view showing a state immediately after cutting the adhesive tape, and FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of a main part substantially corresponding to the state of FIG. FIG. 12 is an enlarged view of a main part showing a state in the middle of forming a folded portion at the cut end of the adhesive tape after the adhesive tape is cut. FIG. 13 is a side view showing a state where a folded portion is formed at the cut end of the adhesive tape, and FIG. 14 is an enlarged view of a main part substantially corresponding to the state of FIG.

Based on these FIGS. 7-14, the sticking operation | work in this embodiment which sticks the adhesive tape 2 on the corrugated cardboard 14 which is a to-be-adhered member is demonstrated below.

When affixing the adhesive tape 2 to the corrugated cardboard 14, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, the palm is brought into contact with the handle 13, and the rotating roller 11 is attached to the corrugated cardboard 14 with the adhesive tape 2 accommodated in the accommodating part 3 being sandwiched between them. The tip of the adhesive tape 2, that is, the vicinity of the base of the folded portion 2 c is attached to the corrugated cardboard 14 with the rotating roller 11. And as shown in FIG. 8, the main body 1 side is moved along the pasting plan area. During this time, the torsion coil spring 33 b mounted on the columnar body 33 a of the first guide portion 33 slides on the non-adhesive surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2 by the operation of pressing the rotating roller 11 against the corrugated cardboard 14. The second torsion coil spring 34b slides on the non-adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2, and the frame body 5 rotates in the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape 2 against the urging force of the torsion spring 30. The cutting blade 9 rotates in the direction to open against the biasing force of the torsion spring 30.

During this period, the large-diameter second torsion coil spring 34 b of the second guide portion 34 tends to move downward relative to the small-diameter first torsion coil spring 34 a, so that the cutting edge of the cutting blade 9 is applied to the adhesive tape 2. Keep out of contact. In addition, the roller member 12 rotates in accordance with the movement of the main body 1 and the rotating roller 11 receives a braking force of the leaf spring 35 as a brake member while receiving a light sliding resistance by the restricting member 7. While rotating. The torsion spring 30, the torsion coil spring 33 a of the first guide part 33 and the second torsion coil spring 34 b of the second guide part 34 slide on the non-adhesive surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2. Tension is applied to the portion of the adhesive tape 2 between the first guide portion 33 and the second guide portion 34 and the portion of the adhesive tape 2 between the second guide portion 34 and the rotating roller 11 by the urging force of 37. The adhesive tape 2 can be firmly attached to the cardboard 14 by this tension.

During the above-described operation, when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out from the storage unit 3, the rotating body 36 b of the rotary pressing unit 36 provided on the handle 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 wound around the storage unit 3 Due to the frictional contact, static electricity is generated, and the static electricity is charged on the adhesive tape 2. Further, static electricity is generated when the non-contact surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2 rubs against the rotating roller 11 to which a rotational load is applied, and the static electricity is charged to the adhesive tape 2. Furthermore, static electricity is generated when the torsion coil spring 33b of the first guide portion 33 and the second torsion coil spring 34b of the second guide portion 34 rub against the non-adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2, and this static electricity is generated by the adhesive tape. 2 is charged. That is, the adhesive tape 2 is charged by the first to third charging mechanisms described above.

When the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out over the entire region to be pasted and reaches the cutting position, the adhesive tape 2 is cut by the cutting blade 9 disposed on the non-adhesive surface 2b side of the adhesive tape 2 as shown in FIG. Is disconnected. At this time, as described above, tension is applied to the adhesive tape 2 with the first guide portion 33 and the second guide portion 34 and the rotating roller 11 as fulcrums, and the cutting blade provided integrally with the frame body 5 by this tension. The adhesive tape 2 is reliably cut by the cutting blade 9 in a state in which the 9 is wide open.

Immediately after the cutting, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the cutting blade 9 provided integrally with the frame body 5 by the urging force of the torsion spring 30 tries to vigorously return in the direction opposite to the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape 2. Suruga, by cut ends of the adhesive tape 2 to be pushed back to the rotating roller 11 side cutting edge, and while temporarily contacting the second torsion coil spring 34 b of the second guide portion 34 of the cutting blade 9, the rotating roller 11 and the cutting edge of the adhesive tape 2 positioned between the cutting blade 9 and the holding plate 32 and the supporting member 17 are so close that the side facing the holding plate 32 and the supporting member 17 is convex. Can be bent. By the subsequent rotation of the frame body 5 and the cutting blade 9, as shown in FIG. 12, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is bent so as to come into contact with the curved surface portion 32a of the presser plate 32. Further, FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2, the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is sandwiched between the presser plate 32 and the rotary roller 11, and the adhesive surfaces 2a of the cut end portions of the adhesive tape 2 are joined together. As shown in FIG. 14, a folded portion 2 c whose outside is a non-adhesive surface 2 b is formed at the cut end.

When the adhesive tape 2 attached to the cardboard 14 is peeled off, the adhesive tape 2 can be easily peeled off from the cardboard 14 by picking the folded portion 2c and pulling it up, for example.

[Effect of this embodiment]
According to the present embodiment configured as described above, the cutting blade 9 can be disposed on the non-adhesive surface 2b side of the adhesive tape 2 as described above, and the urging force of the torsion spring 30 and the adhesive tape 2 Adhesion by static electricity charged to the adhesive tape 2 through the cutting blade 9 rotating in the direction opposite to the pulling direction and the second torsion coil spring 34b of the second guide portion 34 and by the first to third charging mechanisms. The non-adhesive surface 2b side of the cut end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 can be bent so as to form a curved surface through force, and the cut end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 can be easily folded back so that the outer side extends from the non-adhesive surface 2b. The folded portion 2c can be formed. Thereby, when peeling the adhesive tape 2 affixed on the cardboard 14, the folding | returning part 2c can be grasped and the adhesive tape 2 can be peeled easily, and the main body 1 side of the adhesive tape 2 is moved and performed. The sticking work of the adhesive tape 2 becomes possible, and the work efficiency of the sticking work of the adhesive tape 2 can be improved.

Further, since the first charging mechanism including the rotating roller 11 and the leaf spring 35 constituting the brake member is provided, when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out, the rotating roller is restrained from rotating by the leaf spring 35. As described above, static electricity is charged on the adhesive tape 2 via 11, and after the adhesive tape 2 is cut, the adhesive tape 2 tends to bend around the rotating roller 11 due to electrostatic adhesive force. Thus, the folded portion 2 c can be reliably formed at the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2.

In addition, since the second charging mechanism including the rotation pressing portion 36 having the rotating body 36b constituting the friction generating member that contacts the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 in a state of being wound around the storage portion 3 is provided. When the storage portion 3 of the tape 2 is pulled out, static electricity is charged to the adhesive tape 2 through the rotating body 36b as described above, and it is reliably folded back to the cut end portion of the adhesive tape 2 through the adhesive force of this static electricity. The part 2c can be formed.

In addition, since the third charging mechanism including the first guide portion 33 and the second guide portion 34 is provided, when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out, the first guide portion 33 and the second guide portion 34 are interposed. Static electricity is charged on the adhesive tape 2, and the folded portion 2 c can be reliably formed at the cut end of the adhesive tape 2 through the adhesive force due to the static electricity. In addition, since the 1st guide part 33 and the 2nd guide part 34 slide on the non-adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 and rotate it in the direction which opens the cutting blade 9, it will be in the corrugated cardboard 14 without damaging the adhesive tape 2 While being able to stick, the cutting blade 9 can be smoothly opened by these 1st guide parts 33 and the 2nd guide parts 34. FIG. Further, during the sticking operation for sticking the adhesive tape 2 to the corrugated cardboard 14, as described above, the cutting edge 9 of the cutting blade 9 can be kept from excessively protruding by the second torsion coil spring 34a of the second guide portion 34. Can be attached to the cardboard 14 without damaging the adhesive tape 2.

In addition, since each of the torsion coil spring 33b of the first guide portion 33 and the second torsion coil spring 34b of the second guide portion 34 that can come into contact with the adhesive tape 2 is constituted by a torsion coil spring made of synthetic resin, these Static electricity can be reliably charged to the adhesive tape 2 via the torsion coil spring 33b and the second torsion coil spring 34b.

Further, since the rotary pressing portion 36 shown in FIG. 1 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 wound around the storage portion 3, the handle 13 is interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 and the handle 13. A gap into which a little finger or the like can be inserted can be formed when gripping the handle 13, thereby facilitating the gripping operation of the handle 13.

In another embodiment, a contact pressing portion 38 is provided instead of the rotary pressing portion 36 provided on the handle 13 described above. As shown in FIG. 16, the contact pressing portion 38 includes a nylon cloth 38a that comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 that is wound around the storage portion 3, that is, the non-adhesive surface 2b, and the nylon cloth 38a. And an adhesive tape 38b for adhering to the handle 13. That is, the second charging mechanism includes a nylon cloth 38a that is a friction generating member. Other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiment.

In another embodiment configured as described above, when the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out from the storage portion 3, the contact pressing portion 38 provided on the handle 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive tape 2 wound around the storage portion 3 Due to the frictional contact, static electricity is generated, and the generated static electricity can be charged to the adhesive tape 2, and the outer side of the adhesive tape 2 is surely attached to the cut end of the adhesive tape 2 through the adhesive force due to the static electricity. The folded portion 2c can be formed. Other functions and effects are equivalent to those in the above-described embodiment.
