上記切断刃を上記粘着テープの上記非粘着面側に配置するとともに、
上記粘着テープの切断端部を上記粘着面どうしが接合するように折り返す折り返し面を有し、上記切断刃による上記粘着テープの切断時に回動可能な回動部材と、
この回動部材を上記粘着テープの引き出し方向とは反対方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
上記回動部材の上記粘着テープの引き出し側と反対側である上記収納部側において、上記粘着テープの上記非粘着面側に配置され、上記粘着テープの上記非粘着面を引き付ける引き付け部材とを備えたことを特徴とするテープカッター装置。
