Claims (8)
- 上面発光垂直キャビティ表面発光レーザと、底面発光垂直キャビティ表面発光レーザとで成る群から選択される光電子デバイスと、
前記光電子デバイスの基板内にエッチングされた光透過性材料からなり、光ファイバの長さに沿って挿入されて前記光ファイバと前記光電子デバイスとを光学的に結合して、それらの間で光を伝送するように構成されるペネトレータと、
を備えている光ファイバシステム用の光インターコネクト装置。 - 前記ペネトレータが角錐形に形成されている、請求項1に記載のインターコネクト装置。
- 前記ペネトレータが円錐形に形成されている、請求項1に記載のインターコネクト装置。
- 前記ペネトレータは、前記光電子デバイスへの光の後方反射を最低限に抑制するように角度調整した少なくとも1個の壁部を備えている、請求項1に記載のインターコネクト装置。
- 前記ペネトレータが、前記光電子デバイスから前記光ファイバへの光の結合を促進する材料で被覆された少なくとも1つの壁部を備えている、請求項1に記載のインターコネクト装置。
- 前記光電子デバイスを前記光ファイバに光学的に結合するために、前記ペネトレータにより前記光ファイバを穿孔した、請求項1に記載のインターコネクト装置。
- 前記光電子デバイス、ペネトレータおよび/または光ファイバを少なくとも部分的に包囲するカプセル化層をさらに備えている、請求項6に記載のインターコネクト装置。
- 前記光ファイバがプラスチック光ファイバであり、前記ペネトレータが、前記プラスチック光ファイバの直径を少なくとも半分横断して挿入され、前記プラスチック光ファイバの長さに沿って配置されている、請求項1に記載のインターコネクト装置。
